[Qbjective]To observe the effects of Zidian prescription extracted by two kinds of process on ITP mice.[Methods] Using APS to inject into mice to induce the ITP model.Mice were divided into 6 groups: C,M,DC,X,S and G groups.The number of platelet on 7th day and 14th day were measured in mice.Meanwhile the weight on 7th day and 14th day and the degree of subcutaneous bleeding were recorded.[Results]There is no significant difference in weight and the number of platelet in all groups before the experiment.Compared with the C group,the weight is in down trend in M group on 7th day,the weight and the number of platelet were declined in M group on 14th day,the petechia was more clearly in M group.Compared with the M group,the weight is up trend in DC,X,S and G groups on 7th day,the weight and the number of platelet are enhanced in DC,X,S and G groups on 14th day,the petechia was decreased in DC,S and G groups significantly.Compared with the DC group,the number of platelet is decreased in X,S and G groups.Compared with the X group,the number of platelet is increased in S and G groups.[Conclusion] Zidian prescription extracted by two kinds of extraction process has an remedial effect on ITP mouse.There is no significant difference between the two kinds of extraction process.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) as prophylaxis against venous thromboembolism after rectal cancer surgery.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients who received rectal cancer surgery at the Tianjin People's Hospital from October 2008 to October 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into the test group (50 patients) and the control group (70 patients).Patients in the test group received subcutaneous injection of 0.4 ml of LMWH (4100 U) at 8-12 hours after operation,and then once a day thereafter until mobilization.LMWH was not given to patients in the control group.Patients in the 2 groups who experienced venous thromboembolism (VTE) and postoperative bleeding were recorded and compared.The clinical data of patients with VTE were proceeded with risk factors analysis.All data were analyzed using the t test,chi-square test or by calculating Fisher exact probability.All factors influencing VTE formation were analyzed using Logistic regression analysis.Results The incidences of VTE in the test group and the control group were 2.0％ (1/50) and 14.3％ (10/70),respectively,with a significant difference between the 2 groups (x2=3.915,P ＜ 0.05).The incidences of postoperative blood loss in the test group and the control group were 6.0％ (3/50) and 2.9％ (2/70),respectively,with no significant difference between the 2 groups (x2=0.149,P ＞ 0.05).Varicose veins of lower limbs,previous cardiopulmonary diseases,obesity and age ＞ 65 years were the independent risk factors of VTE (OR =2.3,2.5,1.4,2.1,P ＜0.05).The number of patients with VTE increased as the increase of the risk factors.Conclusion Early injection of LMWH after rectal cancer surgery is safe and effective in preventing VTE.

Objective To explore the relationship of course experience,course engagement and learning outcomes in medical nursing.Methods Adapted Course Experience Questionnaire and Selfestablished Course Engagement Questionnaire were used to collect data of 142 nursing undergraduates of which 126 were valid.The data were analyzed by regression analysis.Results Course experience had significant impact on course engagement,t=4.621,2.477,4.538,P＜0.01 or 0.05.Course engagement had significant impact on learning outcomes,t=2.439,P＜ 0.05.Course experience had significant impact on learning outcomes,P＜ 0.05.Conclusions It is proposed that the clinical courses should provide students with good experience,increase the deep learning engagement,and reform evaluation methods to improve the students' academic achievement.

Western developed countries have already made multi-site physician practice a mainstream in their physicians'regulatory system,which remains however at the beginning stage in China during the ongoing health reform since 2009.This article justified the significance of this practice,then analyzed its main roadblocks encountered in China,and in the end proposed countermeasures in terms of better awareness,better policy support and practicality of the practice.

Objective To investigate the signal transduction of bFGF to regulate the colorectal carci- noma cell growth via PI3K/PKB pathway.Methods MTT assay was used to determine the suppressive effect of bFGF on the growth rate of LoVo cell;(?-~(32)P)ATP incorporation assay was used to detect the increased activity of PKB in LoVo cell;the RT-PCR technique was used to test the expression of cyclin A;Western Blot analysis was used to detect the expressions of PKB and cyclin A protein.Results When the bFGF worked on the LoVo cell at various times,it was found that the PKB activity of the LoVo cell was increased by the(?-~(32)P) ATP incorporation assay.By preprocessing by the depressor-LY294002 and bFGF,the activity of PKB was sig- nificantly reduced(P

Objective To investigate the protective effects of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. extract on experimental myocardial ischemia injury in mice. Methods The myocardial ischemia injury model was induced by isoproterenol in mice. The survival time of mice,the activities of LDH and CK in serum,the activity of SOD and level of MDA in myocardium were all measured. Results Compared with model group,Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. extract can prolong the survival time of mice after injured by isoproterenol in the close normobaric hypoxia,and decrease the activities of LDH and CK in serum. It can also increase the activity of SOD and decrease the level of MDA in myocardium. Conclusion Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. extract has protective effects on myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol in mice.
