ObjectiveTo investigate the needs and services of rehabilitation for persons with disabilities. MethodsThe questionnaires were issued through the journal Disability in China and collected the posted questionnaire to be analyze. ResultsPersons with disabilities have urgently needed rehabilitation, education, employment and barrier free environment reconstruction, yet short of services were supplied. ConclusionBased on the urgent comprehensive rehabilitation needs of persons with disabilities, the rehab-protective system and rehab-service system should be established and perfected in order to improve service quality constantly.

Apoptosis plays a crucial role in various physiology and pathologic processes of organisms.The non-invasive imaging of apoptosis may have potentially important diagnostic and prognostic predictive values on apoptosis-associated diseases, such as neurodegenerative diseases and neoplasms.Molecular imaging of nuclear medicine provides a useful tool to investigate these features in vivo by using suitable radiopharmaceuticals.This review summarizes the recent advances in imaging agents targeting the apoptosis process.
4.Precision medicine and standardization of clinical laboratories

Diverse technological advances in laboratory testing like DNA sequencing,have played important roles at the beginning of precision medicine.And the development of precision medicine will also require the advances of laboratory testing.However,with more new methods and biomarkers applied in clinical practice,the standardization of clinical laboratories testing is confronting great challenges.We will discuss the key challenges related to standardization of commercial reagents or systems and clinical tests,such as the choice of biomarkers,laboratory-developed tests and interpretation and reporting of the results.
5.Development of PET agent for cardiac sympathetic nervous system

Many cardiac sympathetic changes occur before clinical symptoms being found in heart disease.PET/CT imaging can sensitively detect abnormal cardiac sympathetic nerve function.The recent development of several 11 C and 18F labeled cardiac sympathetic imaging agents is reviewed in this paper.11C-meta-hydroxyephedrine (11 C-HED) and 6-18F-fluorodopamine (18F-FDA) have been comprehensively studied already.N-11C-CH3-dopamine (11C-MDA) and N-(3-bromo-4-(3-18F-fluoropropoxy)-benzyl)-guanidine (18F-LMI1195) are novel imaging agents with potential for clinical application.

Hepatitis B virus ( HBV) serological markers are common indicators for clinical diagnosis of hepatitis B.Qualitative anajysis of the markers is usually used in the diagnosis of HBV infection.while quantitative analysis is helpful to predict virological response of anti-virus therapy.Sometimes HBV serological markers will give unusual serological profiles,which make technicians and clinicians confused.This review discusses how to correc(t)ly report and explain the results of HBV scrological markers and how to apply the markers correctly for clinicians to analyse HBV infection status.
9.The importance of quality assurance in laboratory test for personalized medicine

Modern medicine has entered the era of personalized medicine,the most mature of which is based on analysis of the specific gene polymorphism and tumor-related gene mutation and expression detection.Usually the test is related to the PCR technique such as real-time PCR,PCR-sequence,PCR-hybridization (on chip,membrane,latex particles),which leads to the gene amplification process.Now,some laboratories do or will to conduct such clinical tests.But most of them are non-classic clinical laboratories,which belong to the pathology,pharmacy or oncology department.There is a problem in front of us face that is how to standardize the clinical test on the key point of the test including design of the laboratory,collection and handling of the samples,quality control of testing procedure in the laboratory and report and results explanation for personalized testing and establish quality assurance system.
10.Effect of Chuan Shen Tong Injection in the Treatment of Prostatic Hyperplasia: An Observation of 2090 Cases

Objective: To make further evaluation on the efficacy and safety of Chuan Shen Tong Injection (CSTI) on benign prostatic hyperplasia with blood-stasis syndrome. Methods: A self-contrast between pre-and post-treatment and multicenter trial was carried out in 2090 subjects treated with CSTI over 4 weeks. Results: The markedly effective rate of CSTI in controlling symptoms is 60.77 %and the total effective rate is up to 91.67 %. Conclusion: Chuan Shen Tong Injection is effective and safe in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia with blood-stasis syndrome.
