1.Research contents and performance evaluation of tissue engineered blood vessels
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(3):186-189
Cardiovascular disease is a frequently-occurring disease of human society, each year many patients in need of vascular graft surgery. The emergency and application of tissue engineered blood vessels, in particular the application of nanomaterials, will hopefully solve the problem of vascular sources. Here this article reviews the research contents and performance evaluation of tissue engineered blood vessels.
3.The application of tracer methodology in the management of medical high-value consumables
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(3):117-119
Objective:To discuss the application of tracer methodology in the management of medical high-value consumables, find out the problems and existing risks, and propose possible solutions. Methods: The system tracing based on high-value consumables and the case tracing based on patient were used to track and check the medical high-value consumables in hospital. The inspectors summarized and discussed the issues as well as the possible risks after inspection, to develop the appropriate improvements. Results: There were many problems that were found in the management of medical high-value consumables in this tracing program, of which the main aspects were the species introduction, the implementation of procurement and relative departments, and the organization and leadership among departments. Conclusion:The management of medical high-value consumables is an important part of hospital management, and the tracer methodology provides an effective guarantee for the medical equipment management in hospital.
4.The important factors influencing the functions of periodontal ligament stem cells
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Periodontal ligament stem cells(PDLSCs) are not only the crucial type of cells in maintaining dynamic homeostasis and wound repair of periodontal tissues but also the basis for novel therapeutic strategy for periodontal regeneration.Although possessing the excellent proliferation and differentiation ability,PDLSCs behave differently under various conditions representative of several influential factors.Understanding of these influential factors will help us to exploit more about PDLSCs,and more importantly, lead a new modality in treating periodontal diseases based on stem cells. Here we review multiple important factors affecting function of PDLSCs and propose its use in future regenerative therapy of periodontal defects.
5.EFFECTS OF NATIVE ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE ON HEMODYNAMICS IN RATS WITH MYOCARDIAL INFRACTION
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
Tho effects of native isosorbide mononitrate ( ISMN ) on the hemodynamics in rats with early myocardial infarction by left coronary artery occlusion were investigated. LVSP and dP/dtMAX were increased, and LVEDP was decreased with ISMN 5mg/kg i.v. 20 min after coronary occlusion. However, ISMN did not significantly effect the HR, SAP, DAP and MAP. The results showed that ISMN can improve cardial function in early myocardial infarction.
6.Relationship between ECG Abnormalities and Prognosisin in Patients with Cerebrovascular Accident
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between cerebrovascular accident and abnormal electrocardiogram. Methods The ECG abnormalities and clinical data of 314 patients with cerebrovascular accident were analyzed. Results 56.7% patients developed arrhythmia. Among them, the morbility of arrhythmia in patients with cerebral hemorrhage was higher than that of cerebral infarction ( P
7.On the Ethical Conflicts in Clinical Practice from the Event of Peking University Hospital
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
Clinical practice is an important transformational process for medical students to grow into qualified doctors.Interest conflict exists between patients and medical students during clinical practice, which is sketched and analyzed in this paper. It is held that it is of crucial significance to strengthen the education of medical ethics for physicians and medical students during clinical practice.

9.Influence of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone Replacement Therapy on Glucose Metabolism in Children with Growth Hormone Deficiency
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the effects of recombinant human growth hormone(r- hGH)replacement therapy on glucose metabolism in children with growth hormone deficiency(GHD) Methods Replacement therapy with domestic r - hGH was done in 15 children with GHD for 3 months. Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and insulin .releasing test (IRT) were performed before and after 3 months of r-hGH replacement therapy. Venous blood was sampled before and 30,60,120 min after glucose load for measurements of plasma glucose (PG) and insulin (INS).Results OGTT were normal in 15 patients before treatment. After 3 months of r-hGH therapy, fasting plasma glucose remained unchanged, but PG 30 min(P
10.Recurrent implantation failure: gamete and embryo factors.
National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(6):544-547
Despite the immense achievement in the field of IVF in recent years, many patients still suffer from recurrent implantation failure. Therefore, much attention has been drawn to its etiology and treatment. Chromosomal abnormality, sperm DNA damage, zona hardening, and inappropriate culture conditions are important factors that lead to recurrent implantation failure. Results of studies suggest that preimplantation genetic screening does not improve the rate of implantation or live birth. Comparative genomic hybridization array and single nucleotide polymorphism array could offer a more comprehensive screening of chromosomes. Assisted hatching may help to solve the problem of zona hardening in some situations. Co-culture and blastocyst transfer could be conducive to the improvement of the rates of implantation and pregnancy. Cytoplasmic transfer may give a solution to ooplasmic composition anomalies.
