2.Glutamate and early neurological deterioration in ischemic stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;(2):132-137
The mechanisms underlying early neurological deterioration (END) after ischemic stroke are not clear. There are no reliable predictive factors and effective preventive measures for END.The glutamatemediated excitotoxicity plays a very important role in the cascade reaction of ischemic events.High level of glutamate in plasma is one of the important predictors for END.Studies have shown that the polymorphism in the promoter of the excitatory amino acid transporter-2 gene is a potential cause for individual susceptibility to END.Some therapeutic strategies of interrupting the glutamatergic pathways may be as the strategies of intervention END.
3.Research advances in brain-targeted nanoscale drug delivery system.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2013;48(10):1532-43
The blood-brain barrier (BBB) exerts its central nervous system (CNS) protective function as it hinders the delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic agents to the brain. With the development of nanotechnology during the last thirty years, the nanocarriers for delivering drugs make it possible to transport drugs across the BBB. The brain-targeted drug delivery system usually consists of two parts: nanocarriers and brain-targeted strategies. In this review, several kinds of nanocarriers are introduced for brain-targeted drug delivery. We focus on several possible strategies for brain-targeting and comment on their advantages and disadvantages in application.
4.Research development on drug resistance of taxol and β tubulin Ⅲ
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(2):137-139
The taxol s effect of inducing apoptosis is mainly related to its ability to promote tubulin polymerization and prevent tubulin chain depolarization. Drug resistance is the main restriction factor for clinical usage of taxol. Some basic and clinical studies support that poor response to taxol and poor prognosis are related to overexpression of β tubulin Ⅲ.
5.A Review on Researches on Self-handicapping Abroad
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
This study reviews the researches on self-handicapping in about more than 20 years. It summarizes the practical researches of self-handicapping from 7 aspects: (1)manifestations and types of self-handicapping behaviors;(2)evaluative conditions that typically elicit self-handicapping;(3)motives underlying self-handicapping; (4)factors influencing on self-handicapping; (5)consequences of self-handicapping; (6) measurements of self-handicapping. On this basis, it raises some questions in self-handicappping researches and points out the future direction.
6.Progress in the study of the association between diabetes mellitus and abdominal aortic aneurysm
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2017;33(2):153-155
Epidemiologic evidence suggests that diabetes mellitus appears to be negatively associated with abdominal aortic aneurysm formation. Diabetes mellitus may affect the physiological characteristics of the aorta and reduce the prevalence, incidence and expansion rate of abdominal aortic aneurysm. But the impact of diabetes mellitus on the rupture, operative complication and clinical outcome of abdominal aortic aneurysm is unclear. Randomized controlled trials are needed before conclusions can be drawn on the link between development and expansion of abdominal aortic aneurysm and medicines for diabetes. This review aims to analyze updated evidence of the association between diabetes mellitus and abdominal aortic aneurysm.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(6):783-785
Objective To investigate the value of procalcitonin in guiding the antibiotic use in acute exacerbation of chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) .Methods A total of 184 patients with AECOPD in our hospital from March 2014 to Sep-tember 2015 were selected and divide into two groups by the random number table method .Ninety-two cases in the control group received the antibiotic therapy according to clinical experience .Ninety-two cases in the observation group was implemented the anti-biotic therapy according to serum procalcitonin level .Results Compared with before treatment ,the procalcitonin level after treat-ment in the observation group was decreased significantly (P<0 .05) .The procalcitonin level after treatment ,occurrence rate of a-cute exacerbation within six months and re-hospitalization rate within six months in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0 .05) .The antibiotic use time ,antibiotic expenses ,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the obser-vation group were less than those in the control group(P<0 .05) .The total effective rate and hospitalization mortality rate had no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Serum procalcitonin is significantly increased in the patients with AECOPD .Procalcitonin can be used for the optimized use of antibiotics .
8.A Study on the Mediation of Stress Between Perfectionism and Life Satisfaction
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Objective: To explore the mediation of stress between perfectionism and life satisfaction. Methods: 317 college students were surveyed with questionnaires. The data were analyzed by hierarchical regression. Results: ①Regarding general perfectionism, both male and female students' stress fully mediated negative perfectionism and life satisfaction but did not mediate positive perfectionism and life satisfaction;②Regarding domain-specific perfectionism, male students' appearance stress fully mediated related perfectionism and satisfaction, but for female students its mediation was partial. Both male and female students' personality stress fully mediated personality perfectionism and satisfaction.Mediation models involved academic, love, interpersonal relationship perfectionism and their related satisfaction were not found. Conclusion: The mediations of stress between perfectionism and life satisfaction are different in different life domains.
9.Statistical Analysis on Tagging in Medication of Special Population according to Package Inserts
China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the tagging condition in medication of special population in package inserts in order to give reference for rational drug use of special population. METHODS: 389 pieces of common Chinese and western medicine package inserts of our inpatient and out-patient dispensaries were randomly collected and analyzed statistically in terms of the content of package inserts for special population, including pregnant and lactant women, children and the aged. RESULTS: A part of medication items of special population in package inserts had deficiency. According to the classification of dosage form, the tagging rate of injection exceeded other dosage forms reached to more than 90%, except of medication items for children. The tagging rate of oral formulation arrived at more than 90% only in terms of contraindications and cautions. According to the classification of manufacturer, the tagging rate of domestic drugs was kept at the low level while that of imported drugs exceeded 90%. CONCLUSIONS: Package inserts need to be improved with the effort of drug supervision management department, drug production department and population of using drugs to guarantee the safety of drug use in special population.
10.The preparation of human IL-2R cDNA probe and its application in the detection of mRNA levels
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
We obtained human IL-2R cDNA 673 bp fragments from plasmid pJSB15 and prepared ?-32 p-IL-2 R cDNA probe. Dot hybridizations of RNA extracted from human lymphocytes were done by using the probe. The results showed that PHA or TPA could induce IL-2 R mRNA, respectively; and the synergistic effects were seen when used them together. IL-2R mRNA could be expressed spontaneously in many kinds of leukemic lymphocytes isolated freshly from PBL of leukemic patients.
