1.Research Progress on Degradation of Triazophos
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
With the wide application of triazophos in agricultural production, increasing attention has been paid to the contamination of this pesticide to the environment. The studies on triazophos residue and degradation have made certain progress in recent years. This paper gives an outline of micro-organisms degrading triazophos and the possible pathways by which they degrade this pesticide. The reaction kinetics and mechanisms of triazophos hydrolysis and photolysis are also reviewed briefly.
2.ITS sequence analysis on medicinal plants of Euphorbia L. in Anhui and Jiangsu Provinces
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(06):-
Objective To study the correlation and variation between plants of internal transcribed spacers (ITS) sequence of the six medicinal plants of Euphorbia L. in Anhui and Jiangsu Provinces, in (order) to provide their DNA molecular marker to identify and explore the phylogenetic relationship of the plants of [WTBX]Euphorbia L. Methods To determine rDNA ITS sequence for the plants of Euphorbia L. by PCR technology. Results The sequences of ITS1 in the six species ranged from 255 to 262 bp in length and those of ITS2 from 214 to 236 bp. The dendrogram was obtained with Mega2 analysis. The analysis result was consistent with those from morphology. Conclusion The method can be used to identify the plants of [WTBX](Euphorbia) L. among different species and to differentiate their fakes.
3.Oxycodone combined with propofol for anesthetic effect and Safety of hysteroscopic surgery
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):211-212
Objective To observe the application of oxycodone with the efficacy and safety of propofol anesthesia in hysteroscopic surgery. Methods 60 cases of hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital in January 2016 January 2017 were admitted during the period, according to the anesthesia were divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each. The study group used oxycodone with propofol the control group was treated with fentanyl anesthesia with propofol anesthesia effect and safety of anesthesia. Results Before anesthesia, study group and control group, heart rate and arterial pressure comparison, no statistically significant; after anesthesia, study group and control group, heart rate and arterial pressure contrast, comparison was statistically significant. The study group and the control group of adverse reactions during and after the operation, there was statistical significance. Compared with the control group, the analgesic effect of uterine contractions after 5min, 1 h and 2 h in the contrast group was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of oxycodone analgesia with propofol in the operation is effective in hysteroscopic surgery anesthesia, intraoperative respiratory depression, little effect on the circulatory system, high safety.
4.Calcitonin gene-related peptide in bone repair and bony remodeling
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(37):-
Fracture healing is regulated by a complex array of factors,of which calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) has been shown to play an anabolic role in bone metabolism. It has been reported that CGRP-containing sensory nerve fibers increased apparently at bone fracture site.CGRP is an important sensory neuropeptides expressed in bone tissue, although the primary function of this neuropeptides is to induce vasodilatation and blood flow, substantial evidence has shown that targeted expression of CGRP to mouse osteoblasts increased bone density, stimulated cancellous bone formation in vivo, especially the presence of CGRP receptors on rat osteoblast provides further evidence for a direct role for CGRP in modulating the function and growth of bone.CGRP is also proved to be a neuropeptide with proinflammatory activities,it may play a direct role in initiating the local inflammatory cell infiltration in the fracture site.Although it has been recognized that CGRP plays an important role in bone repair and reconstruction, the mechanism of this activation still remains to be elucidated.
5.Congenital muscular dystrophy type 1A: a report of one case with literature review
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2017;35(5):369-371
Objective To investigate the clinical features and genetic tests of a case with congenital muscular dystrophy type 1A (MDC1A). Methods Clinical data of proband were collected, and genetic change were tested using next generation sequencing, and literatures pertinent to the epidemiology, mechanisms, especially genetic testing of lisencephaly were reviewed. Results A 5 year and 2 month old boy present with normal intelligence and delayed motor development, he can be sit alone but not walk at two years old. Physical examination showed normal mental reaction, muscular dystrophy, hypotonia, and joint contracture at early age. From biochemical tests, we found creatine kinase (CK) and CK-MB were increased (491U/L, 41.8U/L). EMG test suggested possible muscle-derived damage. Brain MRI showed white matter abnormality. And a heterozygous mutation (c.2045-2046delAG) inherited from his mother in LAMA2 gene, and another novel heterozygous mutation (del Exon5) inherited from his father were identified by genetic test. Conclusions LAMA2 gene deficiency can lead to MDC1A, and gene testing can help diagnosis.
6.An Ethical Reflection on Agential Maternity and Its Realistic Value
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
Concerning the dilemma between legal and ethical issues in the evolution and development of agential maternity for infertile women, this paper focuses on related ethical issues, including moral conflicts, rights and obligations, and moral evaluation, etc. The realistic value of agential maternity is also explored.
7.Analysis of interocular symmetry of primary angle-closure suspects by IOL Master
International Eye Science 2017;17(6):1153-1154
AIM: To observe the interocular symmetry of primary angle-closure suspects` (PACS) parameters using IOL Master.METHODS: A cross-sectional observational study.Totally 112 eyes from 56 subjects were enrolled to detect the difference of the bilateral axial length (AL), anterior chamber depth (ACD) and white to white distance(WTW), and to evaluate the correlation between the interocular differences of △AL, △ACD and △WTW and age, gender.RESULTS: All the parameters were analyzed by paired-samples t test and there were no significant interocular difference (P>0.05).There was no relation of ΔAL,ΔACD and ΔWTW with age and gender.CONCLUSION: Interocular symmetry of parameters by IOL Master was observed in PACS, and we found that the symmetry would not be altered when the age and gender had changed.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(2):11-13
Objective To evaluate the value of preoperative color Doppler flow imaging findings for predicting possible difficuulties encountered during laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).Methods Eighty-six Datients with acute cholecystitis underwent color Doppler flow imaging examination were divided into operation difficult group(67 cases)and operation easy group(19 cases)according to the diffculty score. The parameters were measured pre-operation including the volume of gallbladder, the thickness of the gallbladder wall, the condition of arterial flow in the gallbladder wall, the conditions of gallbladder cavity and gallbladder fossa and the intra-and extra-hepatic bile duet. The relationships among imaging results, operation difficulties and operation findings were investigated. Results Gallbladder volume, gallbladder wall thickness.the presence rates of plentiful arterial flow in the gallbladder wall, adhesion of gallbladder and stone incarceration In operation difficult group were significantly different from those in operation easy group [(52.6±14.6)mm~3 vs(32.6±10.4)mm~3,(9.7±4.1)mm vs(3.8±0.9)mm,89.5%(17/19)vs 17.9%(12/67),78.9%(15/19)vs 11.9%(8/67),10.5%(2,19)vs 0(0/67)](P<0.05 or<0.01).The accurate rate was 94.2%(81/86)in predicting. Conclusion Preoperative color Doppler flow imaging is helpful in predicting difficulties of LC.
