Recently,studies have demonstrated that several signaling pathways including Wnt,Notch,and Hedgehog which are involved in the regulation of the stem cells are abnormally activated in lung cancer.They are closely associated with some properties of the lung cancer stem cells,such as high tumorigenic,high metastasis,drug resistance and so on.In addition,several studies have shown that the population of the lung cancer stem cells,which are resistant to radiotherapy and chemotherapy significantly,highly express drug resistance proteins.Therefore,how to target lung cancer stem cells and ultimately cure the disease is becoming a hotspot in the cancer targeted therapy.

Epigenetics consists of DNA methylation,post-translational modification of histon,microRNA and long non-coding RNA,which regulate angiogenesis by acting on different targets.Epigenetics has become potential targets of anti-angiogenesis in tumor.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of individualized enteral nutritional (EN) support in severe stroke patients.Methods: Totally 120 severe stroke patients with nutritional risk were divided into two groups according to single or double admission number.The 60 patients in the intervention group received an individualized EN with different formula and concentrations according to the clinical status,and supplemented trace elements as occasion required.In the routine group, the patients received EN with standard formula.The energy supply was 83-125 kJ· kg-1·d-1 in both groups.Blood albumin(Alb), pre-albumin(PA), hemoglobin(Hb) and vitamin C(VC) were examined before and after the 21-day nutritional support.The lung infection and gastrointestinal (GI) complications were observed, and the hospital stay and cost were recorded as well.Results: After 21 day''s nutrition support, the serum levels of Alb, PA and VC in the intervention group were not statisticly significant than before (P＞0.05), and the serum levels of Alb, PA and VC were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group (P＜0.05), and the length of hospital stay and hospitalization was shorter than that in the routine group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Individualized enteral nutritional support can significantly improve nutritional status, reduce inflammation reactions and GI complications in severe stroke patients, which is worthy of clinical use.

Objective To explore the protection for ischemic myocardium with warm-up phenomenon and KATP channel blocker interventional effect on it. Methods Patients with chronic stable angina who came into the study were divided into three groups according to the presence of diabetes and its treatment ways: 25 patients without diabetes came into a NDM group, 22 patients with diabetes treated with glibenclamide came into a DMG group and 25 patients with diabetes but on diet only came into a DMD group. All the patients underwent sequential bicycle ergnmeter exercise test twice (EX1, EX2)with a time interval of 15 min. Parameters including exercise duration (ED), time for 1 mm ST-segment depression (T-STD), maximum STD (mm) and corresponding heart-rate systolic blood pressure product (RPP) were observed respectively. The parameters obtained during EX2 were compared with those obtained during EX1.Results In the group NDM,ED and T-STD were prolonged [(546. 04±103.78)s vs (617.52±106. 96) s, P < 0.05 and (378.64±92.34)s vs (436.84±91.25)s, P<0.05], STDmax was shortened [(2.06± 0.37) mm vs(1.75±0.41)mm,P<0.01]and RPP was increased[(173.77±34.73) beats±min~(-1)·nun Hg~(-2) vs (199.23±37.07 beats·min~(-1)·mm Hg~(-2), p<0.05]as the parameters during EX2 were compared with those during EX1. In the group DMG, there was no difference in these analysed parameters except that T-STD was prolonged [(328.45±64.66)s vs (363.00±81.48)s, P<0.01]when these of EX2 and EX1 were compared. In the group DMD,all the analysed parameters improved significantly during the second test (EX2) in comparison with the first test (EX1) as the results in the group NDM. Conclusions Exercise test can induce warm-up phenomenon in patients with chronic stable angina poctoris.The KATP channel blocker glibenclamide can block the warm-up phenomenon.

Objective To explore the relationship between expressions of VEGF-C, VEGF-D and metastasis in papillary carcinoma of the thyroid. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the microvessel density(MVD) and expressions of VEGF-C and VEGF-D protein in 20 samples of nodular goiter and 115 samples with papillary carcinoma of the thyroid. Results The positive rates of VEGF-C and VEGF-D protein in nodular goiter were 15.0% and 20.0% respectively, and those in papillary carcinoma of the thyroid were 87.0% and 72.2%, respectively. The intratumour MVD in nodular goiter and papillary carcinoma of the thyroid was 15.2?6.7 and 21.5?8.5 respectively. The expressions of VEGF-C, VEGF-D protein and MVD in papillary carcinomas of the thyroid were significantly higher than those of nodular goiter. OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational allocation of earth quake medical rescue drugs. METHODS:The number and types of drugs used by Chinese government medical detachment in Nepal earthquake in 2015 were analyzed statistical-ly. RESULTS:Top three kinds of drugs were antipyretic analgesics,Chinese patent medicine for activating meridians to stop pain and antihypertensive drugs;among which,Yunnan baiyao capsule,Ibuprofer sustained release tablet,Nifedipine sustained release tablet were more used;main dosage form was oral preparation,followed by external application and topical preparation. CONCLU-SIONS:Foreign aid relief teams can foresee the quantity and type of rescue drugs depending on station sanitary conditions,medica-tion habits,the characteristics of patients to guarantee the medical detachment work and avoid medical resources waste.

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of monoclonal anti EGFR antibody leading chemotherapy to human tumors.Methods:To prepare immunoconjugate of chemotherapy drugs with anti EGFR antibody and apply to clinic,and to observe it′s therapeutic effect and side effect. Results: This conjugated method could relief clinic symptoms and reduce side effect of tissues and organs significantly.Conclusion:Conjugates of monoclonal therapy of anti EGFR antibody and drug attached chemotherapy is a new and effective way for treatment of human tumors, and it can reduce side effect of the drugs meanwhile.
