Abstract?AlM: To study the effect of Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with trabeculectomy and bevacizumab on neovascular glaucoma? METHODS: Neovascular glaucoma patients were enrolled from January 2011 to February 2014 in our hospital, according to the different methods of treatment were divided into observation group given traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with trabeculectomy, and control group received Western medicine combined with trabeculectomy. Objective To analyze reasons of common malfunctions of air compressor and the handling during the mechanical ventilation for elderly patients. Methods 87 cases of malfunctions of air compressor of ventilators from June 2005 to June 2007 were analyzed. Results unsteady pressure:31cases(account for 36%); low pressure: 28 cases (account for 32%), startup failure: 15 cases (account for 18%); dead halt: 13 cases (account for 14%). Conclusion Well grasping principles of the air compressor of ventilators, and timely & correct analysis of malfunctions reasons play key roles in solving all kinds of malfunctions associated with the air compressor of ventilators.

In order to improve the effect of teaching and teachers' ability,make our teaching methods adapt to the social development,the department of Endocrinology used the method of preparing lessons collectively in our teaching.We found that the method not only made the the supply of teachers reasonably but also made good contribution to the students' culture.Practice testified that the method of preparing lessons collectively could adapt to the new model of cultivation and create substantial results.

AIM：To introduce evidence-based pharmacy in respect to the definition,contents and principle in applying to decisions of clinical pharmacotherapy.METHODS：We focused the discussion on a brief summary of different study designs,factors affecting the strength of scientific evidence,and interpretation of the data.RESULTS：These application principles are helpful to guide clinical pharmacists solving clinical problems.CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacist should use concepts in the evidence-based practice when making pharmacotherapeutic decisions in the future.

Syndrome of Inappropriate Antidiuretic Hormone Secretion (SIADH) was a common complica-tion of small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Recent studies have suggested that the origin of this disease is related to seceration of tumor cells and application of medecine. The inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion can lead to disturbance of metabolism of water and sodium, resulting in hyponatremia. Because the symp-toms are atypical, the diagnosis is difficult. Many cases are misdiagnosed or misseddiagnosed. The primary tumor must be treated and the restriction of water intake is the main and effective method to deal with SIADH. Prognosis of SCLC patients with SIADH is poor in most reports.

Objective To explore the effects and safety of citalopram combined with low-dose risperidone on refractory depression. Methods All of 54 patients with the refractory depression were ran-domly divided into two groups: augmented treatment group (taken citalopram 20 mg/d, risperidone 0.5-2.0mg/d) and mono-thempy group (taken citalopram alone 20 mg/d). The treatment lasted for 6 weeks. They were estimated with Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) at baseline and every two weeks subsequently. Results In the augment-ed treatment group, total effective rate was 60.7% and recovery and excellence rate was 50.0%, while that was 26.9% and 15.4% in mono-therapy group (P< 0.05). The adverse effect of two groups was minor. Conclu-sion Rispefidone may be a useful and safe adjunct to citalopram in treatment of refractory depression.

[Objective] To compare the clinical cure effects of different operations on myomectomy, and screen out best clinical treatment for hysteromyoma in child-bearing period. [Method] Trace back and analyse 200 cases of such patients, divide them into laparotomy group, laparoscope group, vaginal group and UAE group under different therapies, compare cure effect analysis. [Result] On operation time, operation bleeding and evacuation time, the UAE group ,vaginal and laparoscope groups were successively better than the laparotomy group; but on post-operation medication rate and average in-hospital days, the UAE group was successively less than laparoscope, vaginal and laparotomy groups. On complication rate,the laparoscope was successively less than UAE, vaginal and laparotomy groups.[Conclusion] 4 therapies have respective advantages, UAE and laparoscope myomectomy have little trauma, quick re-covery and reliable cure effect, however, laparotomy can't be completely replaced owing to its wide indications.
