cases of coronary heart disease with the left main coronary artery (LM) Lesion (≥50% stenosis) were analyzed In 8 cases the LM Lesion was only involved, and in the others (43),the LM Lesions were accompanied by other branch lesions of coronary artery Compared with 210 cases of coronary heart disease without LM Lesions,in the LM Lesion groups, the patients clinically manifested severe unstable angina, and the incidences of acute myocardial infarction and sudden death were higher In the two groups of patients with and without LM Lesion The risk factor for coronary heart disease and left ventricular ejection fraction was unsignificantly different The clinical manifestations were similar in the two groups of patient with only LM Lesion and without LM Lesion But when angina onset myocardial ischemia is severe in the patients with only LM Lesion The coronary artery bypass graft may improve symptom and prognosis of patients with LM Lesion
3.Toxic Effects of Brominated Flame Retardants on Human and Mammals
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Brominated flame retardants (BFRs) are widely used industrial chemicals. Several BFRs were found to be at detectable level in the wildlife as well as in human, however, up to now there were few related papers which could be found for the adverse effects of BFRs on the wildlife, especially, on human. The recent research works on the biological effects of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) or derivates, hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) and polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) are reviewed in the present paper.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2001;28(2):176-180
Gene disruption by homologous recombination is a powerfu l tool for investigating gene function in yeast. Since 1980’s, it has been deve loped a lot. PCR-mediated gene disruption technique makes the manipulation easi er and it can be used to precisely delete genes in yeast. Multi-gene disruption technique can delete several genes successively in the same yeast strain. After the completion of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome sequencing, the gene disruption technique for systematic analysis meets the need of the functio nal genomics in yeast. It also enlighten the study on human functional genomics.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(02):-
Objective To determine the efficacy of stent based rapamycin (Rapa) and methotrexate (MTX) alone or in combination of them to reduce in stent neointimal hyperplasia Rapamycin is a potent immunosuppressive agent that inhibits smooth muscle cell (SMC) proliferation by blocking cell cycle progression Methods Stents were coated with PLGA (poly/lactic co glycolic acid) polymer containing 68-96 ?g Rapa or 250-300 ?g MTX or 58-81 ?g Rapa and 120-170 ?g MTX respectively Twenty five stents (metal, n =8; MTX, n =5; Rapa, n =7; Rapa and MTX, n =5) were implanted in the coronary arteries of 25 pigs Results After 28 days, the mean neointimal thickness was (2 18?1 03) mm 2 in the bare metal stent group; (0 94?0 88) mm 2 in the Rapa group; (0 47?0 24) mm 2 in the combination Rapa and MTX group, (3 93?1 48) mm 2 in the MTX group Compared with metal group the mean neointimal thickness was significantly decresed in Rapa groups and combined group The in stent restenosis was 25% (2/8) in metal group and 80% (4/5) in MTX group after 28 days, and there was no restenosis in the other two groups Conclusion Stent based delivery of Rapa via PLGA polymer can feasibly and effectively reduce in stent neointimal hyperplasia by inhibiting cellular proliferation However there are no effects to reduce in stent neointimal hyperplasia by MTX eluting stents in this study
7.Advantageou functions of macrophage on tumor growth
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
Present studies have proved that tumor in-situ is infiltrated with plenty of macrophages (M?), M? may contribute up to or more than half of a tumor’s mass. It’s frustrated that as the main component of immune system, M? promote the tumor growth, and create a suitable microcircumstance to promote the progression of tumor as well. The furtherknowledge of the mechanism mentioned focusing on finding the new way to anti-tumor clinical research were reviewed.
8.The regulatory effect of tissue plasminogen activator involved in central nervous insult
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
Tissue plasminogen activator(tPA) had been used clinically as a choice drug for the therapy of ischemic shock.Evidence in animal experiments suggests that tPA may play a neurotoxic role in central nervous system(CNS) via the induction of microglial activation, degradation of laminin matrix and enhancement of the N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA) receptor-mediated signaling in neurons, other reports imply tPA could protect rat neuronal cells from zinc-induced toxicity.

10.Clinical significance of molecular markers and routine coagulation tests in patients with cerebral infarction
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Objective To study the clinical significance of molecular markers and routine coagulation tests in patients with cerebral infarction and to set up a serial programs of laboratory diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Prothrombin fragment 1+2(F1+2),thrombin antithrombin III complex(TAT), D-dimer(D-D),Von willebrand Factor(vWF),antithrombin(AT), protein C(PC),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and thrombin time (TT) were determined in 90 patients with cerebral infarction and 60 normal control subjects. Results The levels of F1+2,TAT,D-D,vWF were significantly higher in patients with cerebral infarction than that in control subjects. But the levels of PC,AT,PT,APTT,TT in patients with cerebral infarction were no different from that in control subjects. Conclusion There were hypercoagulable states in patients with cerebral infarction. The activity of prothrombin is higher, thrombin is generated more, the activity of fibrinolysis is higher too, but anticoagulation system is not sufficiently activated .Meanwhile, perhaps endothelial lesion would be the main role of coagulation system activating and pathogenesis.Molecular markers such as F1+2,TAT,D-D,VWF can be as diagnositic signs but routine coagulable tests can not display the hypercoagulable states in patients with cerebral infarction.
