Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(07):-
Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and E-cadherin(E-cad) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods Immunohistochemical method (SP) was used to detect the expression of the MMP-9 and E-cad in 62 NSCLC tissues and 18 normal lung tissues. Results The positive expression rate of MMP-9 and the abnormal expression rate of E-cad in NSCLC were closely related to the TNM stages, pathological grades and lymph node involvement (P

Clinical Medicine of China 2013;(6):586-590
Objective To investigate the functions of blood plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and high sensitivity C-response protein (hs-CRP) in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in pathogenesis plays, and observe whether there was associations with disease severity and the correlations. Methods Forty-one patients with COPD were collected from August 2010 to February 2011,and 35 healthy persons as control group.Blood plasma Hcy,hs-CRP,forced expiratory volume in one second account predicted (FEV1% predicted),and arterial pressure of oxygen (PaO2,arterial blood gases analysis) were measured in COPD patients and controls. Results Plasma Hcy concentration was (22.07 ± 12.13) μmol/L in COPD patients, but (9.89 ±4.41) μmol/L in controls, there were significant differences between two subjects (t =1.674,P <0.01).COPD patients had a higher serum hs-CRP concentration (8.60±3.85) mg/L than control's (4.24 ±0.57) mg/L (t =1.682,P < 0.01).Along the descent of FEV1% predicted, plasma Hcy and hs-CRP were elevated gradually, both sides show a negative correlation (r =-0.45,-0.49,P < 0.05).And plasma Hcy and hs-CRP present a positive correlation in COPD patients (r =0.68,P < 0.01).Conclusion Plasma Hcy was significantly elevated in COPD patients, positive correlation related to COPD severity and positive correlation related to serum hs-CRP.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2001;28(2):176-180
Gene disruption by homologous recombination is a powerfu l tool for investigating gene function in yeast. Since 1980’s, it has been deve loped a lot. PCR-mediated gene disruption technique makes the manipulation easi er and it can be used to precisely delete genes in yeast. Multi-gene disruption technique can delete several genes successively in the same yeast strain. After the completion of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome sequencing, the gene disruption technique for systematic analysis meets the need of the functio nal genomics in yeast. It also enlighten the study on human functional genomics.
4.Toxic Effects of Brominated Flame Retardants on Human and Mammals
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Brominated flame retardants (BFRs) are widely used industrial chemicals. Several BFRs were found to be at detectable level in the wildlife as well as in human, however, up to now there were few related papers which could be found for the adverse effects of BFRs on the wildlife, especially, on human. The recent research works on the biological effects of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) or derivates, hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) and polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) are reviewed in the present paper.

Objective To design a vehicle-mounted X-ray diagnosis simulation training system based on the field X-ray diagnostic vehicle to solve the problems during its training and utilization. Methods The field X-ray diagnostic vehicle had its internal and external structure analyzed, and was divided into several functional modules. The technologies of computer programming and database were used for the simulation of the modules. An example was given to simulate the operating process of the vehicle by establishing traumatic condition model, war injury image library and etc.esults The system developed realized the simulation training of the vehicle, and the trainee gained feedback after simulation as references. Conclusion The system implements informatized training of the field X-ray diagnostic vehicle, shortens the training period, decreases the training cost and increases the training efficacy.
6.Advantageou functions of macrophage on tumor growth
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
Present studies have proved that tumor in-situ is infiltrated with plenty of macrophages (M?), M? may contribute up to or more than half of a tumor’s mass. It’s frustrated that as the main component of immune system, M? promote the tumor growth, and create a suitable microcircumstance to promote the progression of tumor as well. The furtherknowledge of the mechanism mentioned focusing on finding the new way to anti-tumor clinical research were reviewed.
8.Clinical significance of molecular markers and routine coagulation tests in patients with cerebral infarction
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Objective To study the clinical significance of molecular markers and routine coagulation tests in patients with cerebral infarction and to set up a serial programs of laboratory diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Prothrombin fragment 1+2(F1+2),thrombin antithrombin III complex(TAT), D-dimer(D-D),Von willebrand Factor(vWF),antithrombin(AT), protein C(PC),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and thrombin time (TT) were determined in 90 patients with cerebral infarction and 60 normal control subjects. Results The levels of F1+2,TAT,D-D,vWF were significantly higher in patients with cerebral infarction than that in control subjects. But the levels of PC,AT,PT,APTT,TT in patients with cerebral infarction were no different from that in control subjects. Conclusion There were hypercoagulable states in patients with cerebral infarction. The activity of prothrombin is higher, thrombin is generated more, the activity of fibrinolysis is higher too, but anticoagulation system is not sufficiently activated .Meanwhile, perhaps endothelial lesion would be the main role of coagulation system activating and pathogenesis.Molecular markers such as F1+2,TAT,D-D,VWF can be as diagnositic signs but routine coagulable tests can not display the hypercoagulable states in patients with cerebral infarction.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the clinical features of intrahepatic arteriovenous shunt(AVS) in patients with hepatic carcinoma. Method The clinical data including results of therapy of 538 hepatic carcinoma patients admitted between 1996 and 2001 were retrospectively reviewed. Results There were 71 cases of AVS altogether with 61 cases of arterio-portal shunt and 8 cases of hepatic arterio-venous shunt. Thirty out of 39 AVS cases with fistula formed between hepatic artery and main portal branch developed portal hypertension. The patients received a total of 84 sessions of transarterial chemotherapy and embolization(TACE) with a success rate of 61%(51 sessions). After TACE liver failure ensued in 3 cases. The mean survival time of these patients was 5.77 months. Conclusion Arterio-portal/venous fistula is a common complication among hepatic carcinoma patients which often predicts poor prognosis. A high percentage of AVS patients will not tolerate TACE and in which the portal hypertension will be exacerbated.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(03):-
cases of coronary heart disease with the left main coronary artery (LM) Lesion (≥50% stenosis) were analyzed In 8 cases the LM Lesion was only involved, and in the others (43),the LM Lesions were accompanied by other branch lesions of coronary artery Compared with 210 cases of coronary heart disease without LM Lesions,in the LM Lesion groups, the patients clinically manifested severe unstable angina, and the incidences of acute myocardial infarction and sudden death were higher In the two groups of patients with and without LM Lesion The risk factor for coronary heart disease and left ventricular ejection fraction was unsignificantly different The clinical manifestations were similar in the two groups of patient with only LM Lesion and without LM Lesion But when angina onset myocardial ischemia is severe in the patients with only LM Lesion The coronary artery bypass graft may improve symptom and prognosis of patients with LM Lesion
