Objective Comparing the diagnostic values for the malignant obstruction diseases of biliary tract between endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)and MR cholangiopancreatography (MRCP). Methods Parallel analysis for the ERCP and MRCP data of 142 malignancies confirmed by surgery and/or ERCP among 383 biliary tract patients was retrospectively carried out. Results MRCP and ERCP were performed with exploration of 137 cases, showing the total conformity of 96.4%; together with localization conformities of 92.3% and 87.3%,qualitative conformities of 78.5% and 89.8% respectively. Conclusions In diagnosing the malignant obstructing disease of biliary tract,MRCP has the advantages in convenience, safety and low false negative, but with higher false positive than ERCP; however,if combined with ERCP can get higher positive conformity.(J Intervent Radiol,2007,16: 673-675)

Objective Observe the effect of of U8 similar bioelectricity stimulant therapy of infertility with gracile endometrium on endometrium reception .Methods 80 cases of patients in 252 natrual period with infertility caused by poor endometrial develop-ment for unknown reasons were randomly divided into two groups .The treatment group was intervened by U8 similar bioelectricity stimulant other day from the eighth day of menstruation until the day to inject HCG .After ovulation ,patients were sustained by progestin with a dose of 20 mg per day .The control group was given estradiol valerate with a dose of 2mg per day from the eighth day of menstruation until the day to inject HCG .After ovulation ,patients were sustained by progestin with a dose of 20mg per day as well .To compare the generral conditions on HCG injection day of the two groups anterior-posterior :both groupsal thickness and types ,parameters of intramembrane and submucosal uterine blood flow ,biochemical pregnancy rates and clinical pregnancy rates . Results The endometrial thickness and types on HCG injection day in treatment group were improved significantly (P<0 .05) . The parameters of intramembrane and submucosal uterine blood flow were better than the control ,there was a significant difference ( P<0 .05) .And the clinical pregnancy rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group there was a significant differ-ence(P<0 .05) .Conclusion U8 similar bioelectricity stimulation can promote the grow th of endometrium ,improve the endometrial receptivity and the clinical pregnancy rate .

Background and purpose:Arsenic trioxide(As_(2)O_(3)) injection actually has an effect on solid tumors such as hepatoma in the clinic. In order to find out its mechanism of action,we studied the action of arsenic trioxide injection on angiogenesis of chick embryo chrioallantoic membrane(CAM).Methods:The effect of arsenic trioxide injection on angiogenesis was investigated by CAM model and computer image analysis. Results:Administered at three different concentrations of arsenic trioxide injection at 10,20 and 40,3 days later, the vessel area were 25.66%?4.17%,24.74%?2.54% and 21.51%?6.70%,respectively.Compared to the NS control group(vessel area was 30.68%?(4.64%)),there was an obvious difference(P0.05 among the three different concentration groups). Conclusions:arsenic trioxide injection has a strong inhibitory effect on angiogenesis, which may be used in suppressing cancer angiogenesis.

OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical constituents of Euonymus amygdalifolius.METHODS:Silica gel column chromatogram, gel column chromatogram,TLC and semi-preparative HPLC were adopted to isolate and purify ethanol extract from E.amygdalifolius.The structure of compounds was analyzed and identified according to physical and chemical properties, spectral data (mass spectrurn, hydrogen spectrum and carbon spectrum).RESULTS:Ten compounds were isolated from ethanol extract of aerial part of E.amygdalifolius,i.e.taraxerol (1),sophoradiol (2),taraxerone (3),sorghumol (4),heptaecanoic acid (5),octadecenoic acid (6),β-Sitosterol (7),daucosterol (8),epifriedelinol (9) and friedelin (10).CONCLUSIONS:Above compounds are all isolated from E.amygdalifolius for the first time;compounds 1,2,4,5,6 are isolated and obtained from Euonymus A.for the first time. The study lay a foundation for quality evaluation of E.amygdalifolius.

Objective Through testicular sperm aspiration (TESA),testicular biopsy, and detection of serum reproductive hormone levels and testicular volume in azoospermia patients,to explore the correlation between spermatogenic function of testis and serum FSH,LH,INHB levels, and testicular volume. Methods 76 cases of azoospermia patients were collected as the research objects.Chemiluminescence method was employed to detect the levels of serum reproductive hormone, and testis model was used to detect testicular volume.Routine disinfection was given to make TESA.According to TESA results, patients were divided into sperm group (group A),and azoospermia group (group B).According to testicular biopsy results, patients were divided into normal spermatogenic function group (group C),sperm maturation block group(group D),permatogenic dysfunction group (group E),and sertoli-cell-only syndrome group (group F).At the same time,40 cases of healthy male were selected as the control group (group G),and they received sperm routine examination, serum reproductive hormone and testicular volume detection. Results The level of serum FSH,LH,INHB and testicular volume in group A and C had no significant difference compared with that in group G(P>0.05).The level of serum FSH and LH was significantly higher in group C than that in group G.The level of serum INHB and testicular volume was significantly lower than that in group G (P<0.05).The level of serum FSH in group E was higher than in group G.The level of serum INHB in group D and E was lower than that in group G,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the spermatogenic function of testis was negatively correlated with serum FSH and LH levels, and positively correlated with serum INHB level and testicular volume (P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum FSH,LH,INHB levels and testicular volume has important clinical value for predicting testicular spermatogenie function in azoospermia patients, and can be used to guide clinical testicular sperm aspiration.

OBJECTIVE:
To develop and validate radiomics models based on non-enhanced magnetic resonance (MR) imaging for differentiating chondrosarcoma from enchondroma.
METHODS:
We retrospectively evaluated a total of 68 patients (including 27 with chondrosarcoma and 41 with enchondroma), who were randomly divided into training group (=46) and validation group (=22). Radiomics features were extracted from TWI and TWI-FS sequences of the whole tumor by two radiologists independently and selected by Low Variance, Univariate feature selection, and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO). Radiomics models were constructed by multivariate logistic regression analysis based on the features from TWI and TWI-FS sequences. The receiver-operating characteristics (ROC) curve and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) analyses of the radiomics models and conventional MR imaging were performed to determine their diagnostic accuracy.
RESULTS:
The ICC value for interreader agreement of the radiomics features ranged from 0.779 to 0.923, which indicated good agreement. Ten and 11 features were selected from the TWI and TWI-FS sequences to construct radiomics models, respectively. The areas under the curve (AUCs) of TWI and TWI-FS models were 0.990 and 0.925 in training group and 0.915 and 0.855 in the validation group, respectively, showing no significant differences between the two sequence-based models (>0.05). In all the cases, the AUCs of the two radiomics models based on TWI and TWI-FS sequences and conventional MR imaging were 0.955, 0.901 and 0.569, respectively, demonstrating a significantly higher diagnostic accuracy of the two sequence-based radiomics models than conventional MR imaging (<0.01).
CONCLUSIONS
The radiomics models based on TWI and TWI-FS non-enhanced MR imaging can be used for the differentiation of chondrosarcoma from enchondroma.
