Objective To study the influence of CRT brightness on image reading. Methods Both physical testing and compared viewing were used in the study. (1) Setting the CRT brightness at high and low grade (the blank brightness of CRT was 112 cd/m 2 and 82 cd/m 2, respectively). (2) 21 films with the density ranging from 0.27 to 2.71 were digitized by a scanner and displayed on the CRT. The brightness of CRT that varied with film density was measured by a bright meter, then the relation chart between CRT brightness and the film density was drawn. (3) Thirteen films on which there were many small and low contrast signals were viewed on CRT by three doctors. The tested data were calculated by statistics (? 2 test, the difference was significantly marked when P 0.05), but the signals viewed in the lung were 87 and 29, and the difference was significantly marked (? 2=53.73, P

Objective To probe into the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) by studying expression of TLR4 acetylation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of gravida with GDM as well as its role in TLR4 inflammatory pathway. Methods 30 normal gravidas and 30 gravidas with GDM were enrolled in the study, 15 mL peripheral blood from every participant was collected for extraction of mononuclear cells via density gradient centrifugation and culturing in vitro by LPS. The expression of TLR4 acetylation in the mononuclear cells was detected using immunoprecipitation and western blot and the levels of inflammatory cytokines, TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-10 in the supernatant were detected by ELISA. Results TLR4 acetylation appeared positive in GDM group, and negative in the control group. After the LPS intervention, the degree of TLR4 acetylation was enhanced significantly and the latter was significantly higher than those of the GDM group and the normal + Lps group (P < 0.05). The differences in the levels of inflammatory cytokines, TNF-α, IL-1, IL-10, were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion TLR4 acetylation exists in mononuclear cells of gravida with GDM, and mediates the release of inflammatory cytokines by influencing the activation of TLR4 inflammatory pathobenesis, which contributes to the promoted antiinflammatory - proinflammatory imbalance in gravidas. In this way, it is involved in the growth of GDM.

Objective:To analyze the superficial retinal blood flow around the optic disc of optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) in non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NA-AION) patients with affected eyes and contralateral healthy eyes, compared with healthy people. Methods:From May 2018 to may 2019, 30 patients with NA-AION in Xi′an No. 1 Hospital were selected. The changes of superficial retinal blood flow density and perfusion around the optic disc on OCTA of 30 patients with NA-AION, whose contralateral healthy eyes were compared. The pattern visual evoked potential (PVEP) of both eyes was also compared. 30 healthy people with no history of eye disease and history of eye surgery were selected as healthy control group, and differences between healthy control group and contralateral healthy eye group in NA-AION patients of the superficial retinal blood flow density and perfusion around the optic disc were compared. Results:The average values of serum homocysteine, apolipoprotein E and low density lipoprotein in 30 patients with NA-AION were higher than the normal reference range. Compared with the contralateral healthy eyes, the effected eyes of NA-AION patients had lower retinal blood flow density and perfusion in the center, inner layer and complete area of the optic disc, with significantly difference ( P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the latency and amplitude of PVEP-P100 between the two groups ( P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the density and perfusion of superficial retinal blood flow in the center, inner layer and complete area of the optic disc between the contralateral healthy eyes of NA-AION patients and healthy control ( P>0.05). Conclusions:OCTA is a safe, rapid and non-invasive test, and it can detect blood perfusion defects promptly, which can be used as the most commonly test method for patients with NA-AION in order to make auxiliary diagnosis and gain time for clinical treatment.
