Objective To search for novel antifungal structures produced by marine fungus.Methods Using the Pyricularia oryzae (P.oryzaae) bioassay method to screen marine fungi led to the isolation of marine fungus 09-1-1-1.Active metabolites were isolated from the broth of the marine fungus 09-1-1-1.Results Two compounds were extracted from the mycelium and their structures were elucidated by various spectroscopic methods as 3a,12c-dihydro-8-hydroxy-6-methoxy-7H-furo\furo\xanthen-7-one(Ⅰ,sterigmatocystin) and 1,3,6,8-tetrahydroxy-2-(1-hydroxyhexyl)anthraquinone(Ⅱ,averantin).Conclusion The P.oryzae bioassay was a cheap,quick and convenient method for the screening of bioactive substances from marine fungi.Compound Ⅱ showed potent inhibitory activity to the mycelia of P.oryzae.The MIC of compound Ⅱagainst P.oryzae was 1.6 ?g?mL~(-1).

Objective To observe the real-time efficacy of balance acupuncture in treating primary hypertension. Method Totally 160 patients with primary hypertension were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 80 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by balance acupuncture, while the control group was by oral administration of Captopril. The blood pressure and symptom score were observed before and after intervention. Result There were no significant differences in comparing the total effective rate at different time points between the two groups (P>0.05). There was a significant difference in comparing the headache score in male patients at 30 min after treatment between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Balance acupuncture is an effective method in treating primary hypertension, and can release headache of the patients.

[Objective] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yanyan Decoction on treating yin deficiency of lung and kidney chronic pharyngitis . Objective To observe the effectiveness of routine nursing plus foot exercise on the peripheral neuropathy and plantar pressure in patients with diabetic foot.Methods Toally 100 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into 2 groups.On the basis of routine nursing care,50 patients in the observation group were given foot exercises for 12 weeks,50 patients in the control group were given routine nursing only.Before and after intervention,the Toronto clinical scoring system (TCSS),left and right foot peak pressure variation were observed.Results Before intervention,there was no statistical difference between the two groups' TCSS sore and the peak pressure of left and right foot (P ＞0.05).After intervention,the observation group's average total score of TCSS was lower,there was significantly different between two groups (P＜ 0.001).The peak pressure of left and right foot is lower in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Foot exercises is worthy of clinical promotion,because it can improve the peripheral neuropathy of patients with diabetic foot,so as to reduce the plantar pressure,reduce the pain of patients and improve their life quality.

This study explored a novel systemic community-based model for detecting and managing people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Both quantitative and qualitative research methods were used in this study. A quantitative questionnaire investigation was conducted in a sample of 1192 subjects which were randomly selected from two areas with high HIV prevalence, Xiangfan City and Shiyan City of Hubei Province, China. Twenty-two medical and health service staffs were interviewed by semi-structured questionnaire focusing on awareness, status, problems, and suggestions about community-based Voluntary Counseling and Testing and Provider Initiated Testing and Counseling (VCT/PITC). And they were organized to discuss about the aforementioned issues in Xiangfan City and Shiyan City, respectively. Our results showed that the accessibility and availability of the general VCT/PITC were bad. About 28.3% had known and only 4.9% had made use of VCT/PITC. Developing community-based VCT/PITC had some special advantages that can overcome some existing problems to remedy the aforementioned defects. We are led to conclude that, to maximize the availability and uptake rate of the VCT/PITC, we plan to detect PLWHA by developing the community-based VCT/PITC through 4 paths. Then we establish the community HIV health care center constituted of 8 sectors to provide an overall management. Thus, we can effectively detect and manage the PLWHA with a new systemic community-based model.
