2.The effectiveness of intensive insulin therapy for preventing intensive care unit acquired weakness:a Meta-analysis
Chongqing Medicine 2016;45(11):1531-1533,1538
Objective To assess the effect of the intensive insulin therapy for preventing the intensive care unit acquired weakness systematically ,in order to provide reference for making the intervention strategy .Methods We searched the database CBM ,CNKI ,WanFang Data ,VIP ,PubMed ,Cochrane Library ,EMBASE and ISI from the day of establishment to Dec 2014 to find the relevant studies with computer and by hand .Two researchers selected the studies ,evaluated the quality of the articles and ex‐tracted data according to the rigorous criterion ,then we performed the Meta‐analysis on the data with the software RevMan5 .3 .Re‐sults Three articles were enrolled ,2 788 patients in the intensive care unit were recruited ,including 1 380 patients were from the experimental group and 1 408 patients came from the controlled group .The result of the Meta‐analysis showed that compared to the conventional insulin therapy ,intensive insulin therapy reduced the incidence of intensive care unit weakness(RR= 0 .61 ,95% CI:0 .42-0 .89 ,P=0 .01) ,but there was no statistical significance of it on the the intensive care unit mortality(RR=0 .74 ,95% CI:0 .47-1 .17 ,P=0 .20) ,the hospital mortality(RR=0 .81 ,95% CI:0 .58 -1 .13 ,P= 0 .22) ,the duration of intensive care unit stay (MD=0 ,95% CI:-0 .37-0 .37 ,P=1 .00) and the duration of mechanical ventilation(MD= -1 .48 ,95% CI:-3 .43-0 .47 ,P=0 .14) . Conclusion Intensive insulin therapy can reduce the incidence of intensive care unit acquired weakness ,but the effect of it on the intensive care unit mortality ,hospital mortality ,duration of intensive stay and duration of mechanical ventilation needs further research to verify .
3.Effects of inter-stimulus interval on pain evoked potential in rabbits
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2003;9(7):412-413
ObjectiveTo study the effects of painful inter-stimulus interval on event-related potentials in rabbits for best inter-stimulus interval.MethodsElectrode was attached to F4 site on rabbits' skull. An Oddball paradigm stimulus were adopted. The waveforms recorded under different inter-stimulus interval were analysed.ResultsThe latency of pain evoked potentials P2,N2,P3a under different inter-stimulus interval showed no significant difference. The amplitude was highest when the interval was 8s.ConclusionsThere is a best inter-stimulus interval for pain evoked potential.

International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(12):810-812
Objective Discusstheinfluence of early diagnosis of myocardial damage and heart-type fatty acid binding protein(h-FABP)on patients with severe head injury after rehabilitation. Methods The sorum h-FABP was detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent one-step quantitative detection,cTnI using solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),CK-MB using the method of immunosuppressive. Results The sorum levels of h-FABP,cTnl and CK-MB in severe head injury patients levels were significantly higher than that of healthy control group(P<0.01),the positive serum h-FABP in severe head injury patients Was significantly higher than cTnI,CK-MB or ECG(P<0.01);8 cases died in47 cases of severe head injury patients, the mortalisty rate was 17.02%(8/47),the mortality rate of abnormal sentrum h-FABP,cTnI and CK-MB group was significantly higher than the normal group(P<0. 01);The serum h-FABP in predicting the death of severe head injury patients was high in sensitivity and negative predictive value, but lower in specificity and accuracy.Condusiom The serum h-FABP quantitative assay as a high-sensitive indicators to minor myocardial dsmage can be used an objective indicators forjudging severity ofacute severe head injury, evaluating incidence of accidents.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(5):72-74
Objective To explore the effect of labels management on high-risk drugs. Methods Labels management group was established, to be responsible for use and storage of high-risk drugs. The management methods included taking analysis on adverse nursing events, designing and making labels in drug storage and use, and making a field survey on adverse nursing events before and after the management. Result After manipulation of the labels management, the number of adverse nursing events of drug use fell from 35 to 0. Conclusion Drug storage and use with special, standard labels is effective in preventing nursing adverse events in high risk drugs.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the value of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on patients with traumatic brain injury and to explore the possibility of C-reactive protein(CRP) as a index for estimating the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods 70 patients with traumatic brain injury were divided into two groups by randomization:hyperbaric oxygen treatment group(group A) and control group(group B).The recovery of patients was evaluated with Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),while the content of serum CRP in 70 patients was measured before and after a course of treatment. Results ⑴After a course of treatment,GCS of group A was (11 9?1 7) scores, while GCS of group B was(10 7?2 0) scores, there was significantly difference between two groups(P

Clinical Medicine of China 2009;25(2):141-143
Objective To measure the correlation between the levels of blood serum nitric oxide(NO) ,the activity of nitric oxide synthetase(NOS) and depression. Methods 136 patients with depression were diagnosed by CCMD-3 and 120 healthy control subjects were included in the study.NO and NOS levels in blood serum of both groups were tested, and the variation of NO and NOS between the two groups were compared. Results The blood se-rum NO levels[ (70.05±10.34)μmol/L w.(67.17±16.52) μmol/L] and the activity of NOS [(29.49±5.12)U/L vs.(26.99±2.87) U/L] in the patients with depression were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood serum NO levels and the activity NOS in the treatment patients was lower than the oth-er patients[(74.42±8.80) μmol/L vs.(78.81±12.28) μmol/L;(27.71±5.46)U/L vs.( 30.49±4.65 )U/L,P <0.05].Conclusion The blood serum NO levels and the activity of NOS increase in the patients with de-pression.NO might be involved in the pathogenesis of depression. The antidepressants might descend the NO levels so to relieving depression.
