[Objective]We established a model of Lung-Yang Deficiency.[Methods]The factors such as smoking(exogenous evil effect on lung),swimming in ice water(cold body and exhaustion),swimming in common water(exhaustion),and taking the methimazole ice solution(immune suppression and inhale cold)were adopted to establish this Lung-Yang Deficiency model.SD rats were treated for 35 days,and their physical signs(diet changes,drinking and other typical symptoms)were observed.The hemorheological parameters of the treated animals were measured.[Results]At the later period,rats in the Lung-Yang Deficiency model showed several symptoms,such as wheeze,breathlessness,meanwhile,accompanied with dullness,drinking less water,chill.Compared with the normal group,the body weight and the back temperature of the treated rats were decreased significantly.The whole blood viscosity(WBV)and whole blood reduced viscosity(WBRV)on the low shear rate were significantly increased from the normal.So was found the rigidity finger,deformed finger and electrophoresis finger of RBC parameters.[Conclusion]This model is fit to the clinical investigation of Lung-Yang Deficiency,resulting in that our method for model establishment is feasible.

[Objective]To evaluate the two plates internal fixation treating the distal humeral comminuted and complicated fracture.[Method]Twenty-eight patient with comminuted distal humeral fracture were treated with the double-plate internal fixation from April 2004 to April 2007.According to AO/ASIF classification method,all fractures were C types.There were 9 C1 types,15 C2 types,4 C3 types.All cases were taken from the middle of posterior elbow incision.The patients were treated with the open reduction and double plate internal fixation.Fifteen cases were done through the triceps tongue-shaped flap,13 cases were olecranon osteotomy (including one case with olecranon fractures with ipsilateral).Surgical steps included:the articular surface reduction of intra-articular fractures,small temporary Kirschner wire fixation,making the complete fractures into simple comminuted fractures of humerl condylar fractures,then resetting metaphysis.Internal fixation method used the restruction plate according to the size of fracture.The restruction plate was fixed in the back of the distal humeral radial column.One-third of a good-shaped tubular plate was used to fix the inner edge of humeral ulnar column,two 90 ? of each other into the plane separately fixed on the inner lateral humeral column.[Result]All cases were followed up for an average of 17 months(ranged,8-33 months).Fracture healing time ranged 8-16 weeks.Myositis ossificans was found in 1 case,joint space narrowing was found in 4 cases.No non-union and ulnar nerve injury were found.The final good-to-excellent rate was 82.1%.[Conclusion]The distal humeral comminuted fracture has complicated structure.The internal fixation with two plates and screws,and early functional exercise could improve the elbow function.It has satisfactory curative effect in clinic.

Objective To observe the influence of Kuailvning capsule(KLN)and its drug serum on the concentration of Ca2 + in rat ventricular muscle cells.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:the control group,serum control group,KLN high -dose group,KLN medium -dose group and KLN low -dose group,six mice in each group.The rat ventricular myocytes were separated by enzymatic hydrolysis.The influence of KLN and its drug serum on the concentration of Ca2 + in rat ventricular muscle cells were observed by Fluo -3 /AMprobe.Results The mean fluorescence intensity of cytosolic Ca2 + in the KLN high -dose group,KLN medium -dose group and KLN low -dose group after 50s,100s,150s,200s,250s were [(18.75 ±1.55),(16.69 ±0.93),(17.76 ±1.26)], [(25.47 ±1.118),(17.86 ±1.49),(17.81 ±1.13)],[(29.05 ±1.31),(20.14 ±1.73),(18.26 ±1.37)], [(35.21 ±1.33),(23.19 ±0.97),(18.18 ±1.46)],[(41.08 ±1.21),(26.34 ±1.69),(17.91 ±1.01)], which were higher than those in the control group(F =5.556,7.007,8.816,10.208,12.232,all P <0.01 ).The mean fluorescence intensity of cytosolic Ca2 + in the KLN high -dose group after 50s,100s,150s,200s,250s were (17.85 ±1.69),(18.95 ±1.73),(21.85 ±1.39),(23.01 ±1.48),(24.07 ±1.42),which were higher than those in the serum control group(t =3.642,4.406,6.074,7.402,8.625,all P <0.01 ).The mean fluorescence intensity of cytosolic Ca2 + in the KLN medium -dose group after 100s,150s,200s,250s were (18.01 ±1.42), (18.76 ±1.22),(19.73 ±1.37),(21.04 ±1.16),which were higher than those in the serum control group(t =3.902,4.033,4.126,4.326,all P <0.01).There were no statistically significant difference between the KLN low -dose group and the serum control group(P >0.05).Conclusion KLN drug serum can promote myocardial cell spon-taneous extracellular calcium influx,the mechanism of KLN antiarrhythmic effect may be related to the Ca2 + channel.

Objective To analyze sputum culture results in pneumoconiosis patients ,to provide reference for the prevention , treatment and rational drug use of pneumoconiosis .Methods A total of 122 sputum samples from pneumoconiosis patients were collected to do sputum bacterial culture and drug sensitive test .Results The infection rates of Ⅱ ,Ⅲ pneumoconiosis patients were significant higher than that of Ⅰ pneumoconiosis patients (P< 0 .05) .The infection rates of pneumoconiosis associated with tuber‐culosis was significant higher than that of patients only with pneumoconiosis (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion It is necessary to use drug ra‐tionally to eliminate or avoid the abuse of antibiotics ,in order to improve the treatment effect of pneumoconiosis .

Methods Divided 55 elder patients with swallowing obstacle into the A (31 cases) and B (24 cases) group. Objective Gastrointestinal rehydration is a simple and effective method in treatment of burn shock during war-time, fire disaster and other harsh conditions , and practice has proved the exact curative effect of HCO 3 salt sugar liquid .This article was to investigate the effect of pyruvate-enriched oral rehydration solution ( Pyr-ORS ) on intestinal mucosal blood flow ( IMBF ) , activity of Na +-K+-ATPase and intestinal absorption rate during en-teral resuscitation of a 35% TBSA third-degree scald in rats . Methods 90 male rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: scald without fluid resuscitation ( S group ); sham scald resuscitated with HCO3 salt sugar liquid ( SS HCO3 group ); sham scald resuscitated with Pyr-ORS ( SS Pyr-ORS group ); scald resuscitated with HCO 3 salt sugar liquid (S HCO3 group); scald resuscitated with Pyr-ORS (S Pyr-ORS group) (n=18).Each group was divided into 2 subgroups of 1.5 and 4.5 h after scald injury.Intestinal absorption rate of water and Na +, IMBF and activity of Na +-K+-ATPase were detected on each group . Results Compared with shame scald groups , the intestinal absorption rates of water and Na +decreased ob-viously in scald groups with fluid resuscitation (P<0.05);at 1 h after scald injury, the intestinal absorption rates of water and Na +in S Pyr-ORS groups were both higher than those in S HCO 3 groups(P<0.05).Compared with shame scald groups , IMBF and activity of Na+-K+-ATPase at 1.5 and 4.5 h after scald injury decreased obviously in scald groups with fluid resuscitation (P<0.05); at 1.5 and 4.5 h after scald injury, IMBF in S Pyr-ORS groups (95.250 ±5.096/112.765 ±7.215) were greater than those in S HCO3 group (80.764 ±7.852/94.671 ±8.469), which was of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Pyr-ORS is a simple and effec-tive method in treatment of burn shock during wartime , fire disaster and other harsh conditions .

Objective To investigate the renal pathologic changes in both donors and transplant recipients with delayed graft function (DGF).Methods The clinical and laboratory data were retrospectively analyzed in 144 renal recipients with DGF.All the patients received renal biopsy,and donors' biopsy was performed on 131 recipients.The pathological changes were examined under the light microscopy (LM),immunofluorescence (IF) and electron microscopy (EM).Results (1) The incidence of DGF was 10.16%-7.48% during 1994 to 2005,and decreased to 5.35 % during 2006 to 2009.(2) Anuria occurred in 24 cases (16.67 %),oliguria in 24 (16.67%) and hypertension in 68 cases (47.22 %).The enlargement of transplanting kidney and the increased vascular resistance was detected in 79.67 % (98/123 cases) and 45.53 % (56/123 cases) respectively by ultrasound examination.(3) The level of serum creatinine was ranged from 451 to 707 μmol/L.The high level of urinary NAG enzyme was found in 102 cases (70.83 %),proteinuria in 79 recipients (54.86 %) and hematuria in 77 cases (53.47 %).(4) The acute rejection was observed in 66 cases (45.83 %),toxicity of CNI in 22 (15.28 %),IgA nephropathy in 18 (12.50 %),acute tubular necrosis in 8 (5.56 %),and recurrent FSGS in 2 cases (1.39 %).(5) In most recipients (66/109 cases,60.55 %)immunosuppressive regimen altered and renal replacement therapy was given.Conclusion The causes of DGF are complicated.The quality of donors' kidney and early histological changes of recipients are contributed to the development of DGF.It is necessary to perform renal biopsy not only in donors but also in recipients with DGF.And kidney biopsy in transplanted patients was also beneficial to the treatment.
