OBJECTIVE:To discuss the adverse reactions induced by compound danshen injection and the preventon and cure measures so as to offer basis for the clinic in the rational use of drugs.METHODS:Compound dansen injection-induced ADR cases reported in the internal pharmaceutical journals retrieved from1997to2005were collected and analyzed statisti-cally.RESULTS:Compound danshen injection could induce multisystem adverse reactions,immune system,cardiovascular system,digestive system,urinary system and nervous system,particularly the allergic reactions.CONCLUSION:Clinicians should know the characteristics of adverse reactions induced by compound danshen injection so as to apply it rationally.

Objective To measure the correlation between the levels of blood serum nitric oxide(NO) ,the activity of nitric oxide synthetase(NOS) and depression.Methods 136 patients with depression were diagnosed by CCMD-3 and 120 healthy control subjects were included in the study.NO and NOS levels in blood serum of both groups were tested, and the variation of NO and NOS between the two groups were compared.Results The blood se-rum NO levels[ (70.05±10.34)μmol/L w.(67.17±16.52) μmol/L] and the activity of NOS [(29.49±5.12)U/L vs.(26.99±2.87) U/L] in the patients with depression were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood serum NO levels and the activity NOS in the treatment patients was lower than the oth-er patients[(74.42±8.80) μmol/L vs.(78.81±12.28) μmol/L;(27.71±5.46)U/L vs.( 30.49±4.65 )U/L,P <0.05].Conclusion The blood serum NO levels and the activity of NOS increase in the patients with de-pression.NO might be involved in the pathogenesis of depression.The antidepressants might descend the NO levels so to relieving depression.

OBJECTIVE:To explore clinical pharmacists participating in anti-infection therapy in intensive care unit(ICU).METHODS:The typical cases of clinical pharmacists participating in anti-infection treatment in ICU were analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Clinical pharmacists developed pharmaceutical care for anti-infection treatment in ICU and helped physicians to design individualized dosage regimen.It can improve the safety and effectiveness of antimcrobials in ICU patients and reflect the role of clinical pharmacists in rational use of drug.

ObjectiveTo explore clinical characteristics and diagnosis of patients with granulocytic sarcoma (GS),and to evaluate the value of FCM in diagnosing it.MethodsClinical data of one patient with GS was reviewed and related literature was reviewed. ResultsThe patient was diagnosed as AML-M2,chromosomal karyotype was 46.XY, t (8;21)(q22;q22)and the AML/ETO gene was positive. Systemic chemotherapy with daunorubicin plus cytarabine was given and complete remission was received. Then a nodular in medial angle of right eye was found. Result of CT indicated the possibility of leukemia infiltration.Needle aspiration cytology was conducted and many blast cells were found by microscope.CD34+ CD117+ CD13+ CD33+CD45dim SSC+ can be found by FCM. The cytology was complete remission and minimal residual disease was negative. Finally diagnosis was GS, relapse of AML. After a systemic chemotherapy with large dose of cytarabine plus teniposide (cytarabine 6.0 g/d, d1-3;teniposide 50 mg/d, d1-3), the mass could not be touched and the follow-up was continued.Conclusion Although relapse of AML often occurs in the testicle or the central nervous system,it pay attention to the possibility of relapse of AML presenting as GS.Fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC)combined with FCM can provide an convenient, handy, practicable and less invasive way of the diagnosis and can be a preferred detection technique.

Objective To study the effects on tissue CT number caused by scan protocols.Methods The phantom was repeatedly scanned in different protocols by changing only one of parameters,such as X-ray tube voltage,mAs and recon kernel,while other parameters were ketp unchanged.The CT number of different materials in phantom were measured and analyzed.Results The CT numbers of tissues changed remarkably with the tube voltage and had different relativity for different tissues.The CT numbers had positive correlation with kV for such maierials as polyethyle,lexan,perspex,but for teflon the correlation was negative.The mAs and recon kernel had no effects on CT number.Conclusions The CT number of tissue changes with scanning X-ray tube voltage,so the setting of scan parameters should be taken into account in image diagnosis and radiotherapy.

OBJECTIVE To study the drug-resistance of commonly encountered pathogens and the manifestations of irrational use of antibiotics,in order to provide the gist for clinical therapy.METHODS The retrospective analysis on the drug-resistance of commonly encountered pathogens that isolated from clinical samples and records of(irrational) use of antibiotics from Jan 2004 to Jon 2005 were carried out.RESULTS Among 870 isolates,the first five kinds of pathogens were Pseudomonas aeruginosa(17.47%),Klebsiella pneumoniae(9.66%),Acinetobacter baumannii(8.85%),Escherichia coli(7.36%)and Candida albicans(11.95%).They had resistance to the commonly used(antibiotics) in various degrees.In 4 462 records,there were 659 records of irrational use of (antibiotics),occupied 14.77%.CONCLUSIONS It is important that to strengthen the management of antibiotics(usage) and institutions in hospitals,to inform doctor the drug-resistance trend,based on the result of drug(sensitivity) test,in order to use antibiotics more rationally and reduce the appearance of drug-resistant bacteria.

Objective To explore clinical characteristics and diagnosis of aggressive natural killercell leukemia (ANKL),and evaluate the value of flow cytometry (FCM) in diagnosing it.Methods A case of ANKL was reported and literatures were reviewed.Results The patient presented with persistent high fever,progressive pancytopenia and hepatosplenomegaly.The untypical cells could be seen by morphology.By FCM,NK cells consisted 83.3 ％ of total lymphocytes in bone marrow and immunophenotypes were CD34-,CD2+,CD7+,CD3-,CyCD3+,CD5-,CD16+,CD56+,CD30-,CD4-,CD8-,CD117-,CD11c,CD19-,CD45++,SSC+-++.T-cell receptor (TCR) and IgH gene rearrangement were negative and chromosome was normal.The patient was diagonised ANKL eventually.Conclusions ANKL is a quite rare disease with highly aggressive,poor prognosis and could be misdiagnosed easily.FCM combined with morphology is a convenient,handy,practicable and less invasive device for the diagnosis,and can be a preferred detection technique in some cases.

Objective To describe the analgesic effect of low-flow rate oxygen inhalation with intravenous mannitol injection for patients after nasal operation and seek for effective method for allevia-tion of pain.Methods 160 patients were divided into group A,B,C and D with 40 cases in each group.Group A received intravenous injection of 125 ml of 20%mannitol and group B got low-flow rate oxygen inhalation through nasal canulas.While group C were given the combination of treatment in that of group A and group B.Group D was named the control group and only adopted routine nursing.The pain alleviation effect was observed by McGill pain evaluation method.Results The score of pain in group C was lower than those in group A and B.While the scores of pain in group A and B were lower than that in group D(P<0.01).Conclusion The nasal swelling in group C lightened compared with those of group B (P<0.01)and group A(P<0.05).The nasal swelling in group A was lighter than that of group D but no difference Was seen between group B and group D

Objective: To understand the epidemiological characteristics of influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 virus in Sichuan population during the monitoring period of 2018-2019, and to clarify the antigenic variation, the gene characteristics and the matching of current epidemic strains, vaccine strains, representative strains at home and abroad. Methods: A total of 118 strains of influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 virus isolated in Sichuan region influenza network laboratory from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected. The hemagglutination inhibition (HI) assay was conducted for antigen analysis. The HA and NA genes of 16 strains with low-response strains were sequenced. Phylogenetic analysis and amino acid locus variation analysis were applied using BioEdit and MEGA5.0 software. Results: The result of the antigen analysis demonstrated that more than 95% of the A(H1N1) pdm09 influenza viruses detected were similar to the WHO recommended vaccine strain A/Michigan/45/2015. The analysis of HA gene characteristics showed that some low-response strains had amino acid site variation in the Sa, Sb and Cb regions of the HA protein. A total of 15 low-response strains belonged to the 6B.1 branch. And their evolutionary relationship were close to the representative strains A/beijin-xicheng/SWL1633/2018 and A/brisbane/02/2018, which were popular at home and abroad. Compared with A/sichuan/1/2009, there are mutations involving 6, 14 and 1 amino acid sites in the antigen-determining regions (Sa, Sb, Ca and Cb), non-determined regions and receptor binding site(RBS) respectively. No amino acid site mutations related to resistance to NA gene were found. Conclusions In 2018-2019, the epidemic A(H1N1) pdm09 influenza virus in Sichuan is consistent with the global epidemic characteristics, which also matched with vaccine strains recommended by WHO in the northern hemisphere. Compared with A/sichuan/1/2009 which was the first isolated in China in 2009, there were amino acid sites mutations in antigen-determining region and receptor binding site of the HA protein, and the transmembrane region of the NA protein, drug and antibody binding sites.

By comparing the similarities and differences in the higher education system and degree levels of stomatology,especially in the undergraduate-level courses,between I.M.Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University and Harbin Medical University,we found that:the class hours for undergraduates majoring in stomatology in Russia are three times as many as those in China,and the former's class hours for PBL accounts for 80％ of its total class hours,which can greatly develop the medical students' competence of life-long learning and innovation.Russia focuses more on the early exposure to oral medical and clinical education.Moreover,they make stomatology penetrate the whole education process.The system of combing postgraduate medical education with residency training in Russia has been developed early and relatively mature,which can provide example for Chinese standardized training of oral residents.The study for the current education system of stomatology in Russia is of great significance in strengthening the cooperation between China and Russia on stomatology education and promoting the reform of Chinese stomatology education.
