Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2012;(11):1029-1031
Objective To assess the violence risk levels of the community patients with severe mental illness and Analyze the associated factors. Methods A working group composed of psychiatrists, community police,FIMITIC staff, community physicians, neighborhood or village committee members was established.501 community patients with severe mental illness were evaluated with Violence Risk Assessment Scale by working group. While the data of the general demograpbic, medical history and violence history was investigated.Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the factors associated with violence. Results In 501 patients, risk levels of grade 0:124cases (24.8%),grade 1:165 cases (32.9%),grade 2:118 cases (23.5%),grade 3:59 cases (11.8%),grade 4:28 cases (5.6%) and grade 5:7 cases (1.4%).Logistic regression analysis showed four significant risk factors, which were schizophrenia (OR 4.139),no taking medicine (OR 6.883),unstable condition (OR 234.534) the number of previous violence(OR 3.457) (P < 0.05).Logistic regression equation:Logit (severe violence) =-8.511 + 1.420 (schizophrenia) + 1.929 (no taking medicine) + 5.458 (unstable condition) +1.241 (the number of previous violence). Conclusion The results of violence risk assessment and risk factors have directive significance for management of community patients with severe mental illness.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of Haikangling Mixture on immunological function in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide. METHODS: Mice were given Haikangling Mixture intragastrically for 14d, and the level of hemolysin was determined by sheep erythrocyte (SRBC) immunization to exploer the influence of Haikangling on humoral immunity in mice; splenic lymphocytes were measured by MTT to observe the influence on cell immunity; the clearance of macrophage were measured by carbon particle clearance method to explore the influence on non-specificity immunity. RESULTS: The level of hemolysin, the cell reproductive activity, splenic lymphocytes and the phagotrophy of mononuclear macrophage were improved obviously by Haikangling Mixture in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide. CONCLUSION: Haikangling Mixture can enhance the immunological function in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of thiopental on T lymphocyte subsets in mice. MethodsT lymphocyte subsets were measured by flow cytorneter and monoclonal antibodies and immunofluorescence technic. ResaltsThe CD4 T cell and the CD4/CD8 ratio decreased after thiopental anaesthesia in mice. At the same time the whole amount of white blood cells has no statistical significant difference between test group and control group. ConclusionThiopental anaesthesia inhibits immune function.

China Pharmacy 2001;12(4):238-239
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determination of the contents of puerarin in infant Fuxieling effervescent granules with HPLC.METHODS:The puerarin was extracted by ultrasonics, using methanol as solvate. The stratographic column was Shim - Pack C1s with acetonitrile - water( 10: 90) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 2.0ml/min and the detecting wavelenghth was 250nm.The temperature of column was 25℃ .RESULTS:The resolution between the puerarin and the adjacent peaks was >1.5 .The number of theoretical plates was 18 550 .The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.964μg~7. 712μg .The average recovery was 100.2% (RSD = 1.76%, n = 6).CONCLUSION:The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control of the preparation.

Objective To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (KDR)in human cervical carcinomas, to clarify the relationship between the expression and invasion, metastasis, prognostic value in human cervical carcinoma. Methods KDR was stained immunohistochemically in 80 cases of human cervical carcinoma. Results The expression of KDR in the endothelial cells of tumor vasculature is: the high KDR expression rate of clinical cancer stages ≤Ⅰb and Ⅱa~Ⅲa was 21 4% and 60 6% (P

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To study the effects of hyperthermia on apoptosis in human colonic cacinoma cell line Lovo. Methods:Lovo cells were exposed to hyperthemia and apoptosis was measured with fluorescent Hocehst 33258 staining, electropherogram gel, flow cytometry (FCM). Results:Significant changes in cell morphology , apoptosis peak apeared before the G1 phase and DNA ladder was observed in various group cells which were exposed to different temperature and in different time. Most significent changes were observed in cells exposed to 43℃ for 3,4 h and 44℃ for 1,2 h. Also cell cycle was found changed. Conclusion:Hyperthermia can cause apoptosis in human colonic cacinoma cell line Lovo, and has phase-specificity.

AIM: To study the enhancing effect of penetration enhancer on percutaneous absorption of antifungal agents. METHODS: Percutaneous penetration experiment was performed on device in vitro, and the deposit effects were observed with vivoperception. RESULTS: Combination of 1-menthol (1%) and azone (1%) showed the best effect on percutaneous absorption of cidopicox olamine, and 1-menthol (1%) had the best effect on percutaneous absorption of salysic acid. The compound penetration enhancer, consisting of 1-menthol (1%), azone (1%), propylene glycol ( 2.5%) and oleic acid ( 2.5%), had prominent action on absorption of cidopirox olamine through rabbit skins, and shorten the lag times obviously. CONCLUSION: L-menthol and azone can significantly enhance the percutaneous absorption of both salysic acid and cidopicox olamine. Combination of 1-menthol and azone can further increase the absorption.c

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
To investigate the effects of different surface conditioning methods on the shear bonding strength of glass-infiltrated ceramic to dentine, 24 glass-infiltrated ceramic testing-pieces were divided into four groups randomly. Among them 3 groups were treated with A(sandblasting+silance), B(etching+silace) or C(silance), separately, while group D was set as the control. Bonding the ceramic pieces to dentine with Super-Bond and the shear bonding strengths was measured. The results showed that the shear bonding strength of group D was lower than that of group A, B and C (P0.05). It is suggested that surface conditioning using combined sandblasting with silance can remarkbly improve the shear bonding strength of glass-infiltrated ceramic to dentine.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(09):-
Phthalate esters have been used as the plasticizers for about 80 years. As a kind of environmental hormone and universal pollutants, they are found widely in air dust, industrial waste water, river, soil and solid waste, moreover, they have been detected in food, drinking water and body fluid. In this paper, the new progresses of the effects of phthalate esters on the rodents and human, including reproductive toxicity and liver toxicity, were summarized and the short-term, quick and accumulative actions of phthalates mono-esters, metabolite of phthalate esters, on the rodents and human body were also reviewed.
