Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(4):244-247
Graft versus host disease is the most common complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. It includes two different types,i.e.acute and chronic types.Acute graft versus host disease (aGVHD) is the immune response of T cells from the donor to unmatched major histocompatibility complex (MHC) from the host.It has unique pathogenesis and pathological changes and complex clinical manifestations with multiple organs involved. This paper reviewed the progress from home and abroad in diagnosis and treatment of acute graft versus host disease.
2.Studies on the changes of fibronectin content in rabbits of hemorrhagic and endotoxic shock
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
The changes of plasma Fn content in rabbits of hemorrhagic and endotoxic shock has been assayed by means of single and double immunodiffusion tests. The results showed that Fn level significantly declined at 30 minutes after hemorrhagic shock and remained at low level with development of shock. But in the rabbitns transfused at 30 minutes after shock Fn level turned to normal as blood pressure increased. Fn content was significantly elevated at 30 minutes and significantly decreased at 60 minutes after endotoxic shock. The possible pathophysiologic and clinical significance of these changes was disscussed.

Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
The ghrompspine fr.agile .sites and micronucleus expression of peripheral lymphocytes were studied in 23 cases with lung cancer 23 cases with uterus cancer 13 cases with ovary cancer and 20 control subjects, using TC199 medium containing 5% bovine serum. The results showed that the chromosome aberration and micronucleus rates of the three group patients were significantly higher than that of the control group, but differences between the three group patients were not statistically significant
8.Expression of interleukin-6 and matrix metalloproteinase-3 in the synovial fluid of osteoarthritis patients
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(33):5259-5263
BACKGROUND:It is confirmed that the onset of osteoarthritis is closely related to inflammatory cytokines. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the levels of interleukin-6 and matrix metaloproteinase-3 in the synovial fluid of patients with osteoarthritis and their correlation with the severity of osteoarthritis. METHODS: Synovial fluid specimens of 78 patients were harvested to detect the levels of interleukin-6 and matrix metaloproteinase-3 using ELISA assay. The severity of osteoarthritis was estimated by the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) score. Pearson correlation analysis was adopted to explore the pairwise correlations between interleukin-6, matrix metaloproteinase-3 and HSS score. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The levels of interleukin-6 and matrix metaloproteinase-3 in the synovial fluid were (13.1±5.7) and (989.3±429.5) μg/L, respectively; the HSS score was (56.4±12.0) points. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression levels of interleukin-6 and matrix metaloproteinase-3 had a significant positive correlation (r=0.70,P< 0.001); the levels of interleukin-6 and matrix metaloproteinase-3 had a negative correlation with the HSS scores (r=-0.70,r=-0.75,P < 0.001). Experimental findings show that there is a positive correlation between interleukin-6 and matrix metaloproteinase-3 in the synovial fluids, and these two cytokines also have a positive correlation with the severity of osteoarthritis, indicating that to measure interleukin-6 and matrix metaloproteinase-3 levels in the synovial fluids of osteoarthritis patients is important for early diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis.
9.Relationship between the phospholipid content of BALL and lamellar body in septic rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
The phospholipid content in BALL markedly increased (P0.01) in septic rats induced by cecal ligation plus punctures as compared with non-septic control. Meanwhile, the lamellar inclusion bodies in type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cells were empty observed in electro-microscopic examination. Authors suggest that the changes mentioned above is a compensatory response related to stress in early stage of sepsis.
10.Preparation and analysis of immunological property of monoclonal antibodies against human apolipoprotein E
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
Apolipoprotein E (ApoE) was purified from human serum and used as the antigen to immunize BALB/C mice. The splenic cells of the mice fused with NS-1 mouse myeloma cells. Three hybridoma cell lines(E3C3, E6C3 and E4C2)secreting anti-human ApoE McAb were established. The immunological property of the McAb was studied. The ascites fluids titer were 8?10~(-5)2?10~(-6). The McAbs did not cross react with the other apolipoprotins. ApoE was purified by immunoaffinity chromatography prepared by using the ApoE McAb. McAbs recognized two distinct respective epitopcs on ApoE. The subclass of immunoglabulin of three McAbs were IgG_1. A double McAb sandwich EL1SA was developed to evaluate ApoE levels in normal and hyperlipidemia human serum.
