2.Correlative analysis between anxiety and coping mode of parents of children with airway foreign bodies
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2016;23(6):328-330
OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlative between anxiety and coping mode of parents of children with air way foreign bodies. METHODS Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) were used to investigate the anxiety level and coping mode among 212 parents of children with airway foreign bodies. RESULTS The SAS scores of parents of children with airway foreign bodies was considerably higher than China normal, there was significant difference between the two (P <0.01), the positive coping style score was higher (P<0.05), while the negative coping style score was lower than the normal (P <0.01). The SAS score was significantly and positively related to the negative coping style score (P<0.01), and not related to the positive coping style score (P>0.05). CONCLUSION The parents of children with airway foreign bodies have higher anxiety level than the norm, they often take an positive coping style.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of Wallerian degeneration (WD) of secondary pyramidal tract after supratentorial cerebrovascular diseases, and to study the relationship between secondary WD and clinical performance. Methods We retrospectively reviewed and investigated the results of brain CT films of 272 cases suffered from supratentorial cerebral vascular diseases during 2001 till 2004. The number of supratentorial disorders was counted respectively in WD group and non-WD group, the distribution feature of these disorders was analyzed, and the changes in the cerebral peduncles of the midbrain and Activities of Daily Living Scale (ADLs) were determined. The information obtained was analyzed statistically respectively. Results Seventy-four cases of secondary WD were found, the rate of WD outbreak was 27.2%. In WD group, the ipsilateral cerebral peduncle of supratentorial disorder was significantly narrower than contralateral cerebral peduncle (P

In this study, immunotoxin (IT) was prepared by conjugating BAC5 and CT with SPDP. The effects of IT on NPC and its mechanisms were explored using double labeled with radioactive nuclides, immunography and electron microscope technique in vivo and in vitro. The specific concentration of BAC5 in the tumor area showed. The radioactivity rate of tumor/nontumor (T/NT) was up to 10.26. IT had cytotoxic effects both on the cultured CNE-2 cell line and tumor multicell spheroides. In vivo, the preliminary result indicated that IT also had a inhibitory action on the nude mice models bearing human NPC (Reported in another article). Under electron microscope, the necrosis and apoptosis of tumor cells were found. The membranes of most tumor cells were found intacted not or corrosined, some of them had the character of apoptosis, including reduce of tumor cells membrane villi, condensation of cytoplasm and pyknosis or cleavage of nuclear. There were many of apoptosis bodies, which were occasionally phagocytosed by tumor cells. The infiltration of immunocytoes in tumor tissue could be seen. The results indicated that BAC5 can specifically combine with NPC cells and BAC5-CT has the inhibitory effect on NPC in vitro and in vivo, mechanism of which may be related to the effects that ‘warhead' CT dissolute the membrane of tumor cells directly, or/and IT promote the infiltration of immunocytoes so as to induce the apoptosis of tumor cell.

Objective To explore the changes of serum leptin level in patients with diabetic microangiopathy. Methods A total of 90 subjects were assigned to three groups which included 30 healthy controls,30 diabetic patients without microangiopathy and 30 patients with diabetic microangiopathy. The studing groups were matched for sex and BMI.The level of serum leptin ,ⅣC,insulin and glucose of these patients were measured, and the correlation between serum leptin level and other indexes was analyzed. Results The level of serum leptin in controls, diabetic patients without microangiopathy and patients with diabetic microangiopathy were (7.20?2.11) ?g/L, (7.95?3.78)?g/L and (10.26?4.37)?g/L respectively .The patients with diabetic microangiopathy had higher serum leptin levels than in the diabetic patients without microangiopathy( t =2.18, P

Objective:To promote the application of the best evidence in the prevention of venous thrombosis in patients with lung cancer in thoracic surgery, so as to improve the nursing management, elevate the nursing quality and reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis. Methods:High quality literature guidelines related to perioperative venous thromboembolism prevention of lung cancer were searched and screened, and the evidence was extracted. Combined with clinical background, nursing strategies were generated through expert demonstration meetings and used as clinical review indicators. On the basis of evidence-based i-PARIHS as the theoretical framework, through the establishment of core groups, removal of existing obstacles, education and training and quality control, the evidence was applied to the clinical practice effectively, and the data were collected by means of on-the-spot observation and consulting cases, and the effect of evidence application was evaluated from the three aspects including system, nurses and patients. Results:Systemically speaking, in the process of evidence application, the department established the standards and procedures for perioperative venous thromboembolism prevention of lung cancer patients, improved thrombus risk assessment tools, made educational materials, brought thrombus prevention into the scope of quality control, and optimized the organizational environment with full consideration of manpower and materials. For nurses, after the application of evidence, the scores of nurses' knowledge, attitude and practice of venous thromboembolism prevention were (17.6 ± 1.8), (17.4 ± 1.8), (18.8 ± 1.2), (53.8 ± 2.9) respectively, which were higher than those before the application of evidence (12.0 ± 2.9), (14.5 ± 2.8), (11.6 ± 2.7), (38.3 ± 5.1), the differences were significant ( t values were -11.40 - -3.90, all P<0.05). For patients, the incidence of venous thromboembolism before the application of evidence was 4.7% (19/403), and venous thromboembolism after the application of evidence was 0 (0/118), and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2 value was 5.774, P<0.05). Conclusions:The best evidence of perioperative venous thromboembolism of lung cancer on the basis of evidence-based is of great scientificity. Its application on clinical practice could effectively optimize the systematic organizational environment, standardize nursing behavior, improve nursing quality, and reduce the occurrence of venous thromboembolism in patients with lung cancer surgical procedures.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2016;32(7):988-991
Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect and mechanism of different doses of Xiao Chai Hu Tang on C6 glioma cells cultured in vitro. Methods:C6 glioma cells were inoculated in 96 holes,24 holes and 6 holes, each culture plate was divided into 4 groups:control group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group, when the cells covered the bottom of culture plate 80%-90%,began adding, cultured for 24 hours after the ter mination of training. Cell proliferation activity, cell viability, protein content and protein positive expression intensity of VEGF and ESM-1,cell apoptosis in early and late stage were detected by CCK-8,in vivo staining,ELISA, immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry. Results: CCK-8 assay showed that the growth of C6 glioma cells was inhibited by low, medium and high dose group;ELISA and immunocytochemistry showed that the expression of VEGF and ESM-1 was lower in the lower, middle and high dose groups, and the levels of protein expression and protein levels were decreased. The flow cytometry showed that the low dose of small radix, middle and high dose group could promote the cell apoptosis. Inverted microscope ob-servation showed that with the increase of dose, the number of cells increased gradually, and the number of dead cells increased, and all kinds of detection methods showed that the inhibition effect increased with dose and dose dependence. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0. 01). Conclusion:The growth of C6 glioma cells was significantly inhibited by Xiao Chai Hu Tang. It may play a role in inhibiting tumor growth by down regulating ESM-1 and VEGF protein level and promoting cell apoptosis.
