Anesthesiology rotation is an important part in resident standardization training of surgery. However, there are many problems in the teaching process. For example, the key points of teaching is not clear, the process of teaching is not coherent, and teachers and students lack interaction. The Rotation Record is introduced in order to solve those problems. The Rotation Record effectively reflects the fundamental process and major learning point of anesthesiology department which contains three items: the usage and recording of instrument; the communication and the basic knowledge and operating skills of anesthesia. The Rotation Record can initiate learning activity, emphasize important contents, supervise and urge teaching and improve the learning effect. By introducing Rotation Record, the assessment results in the surgical residency in anesthesiology has greatly improved compared to the previous ones, and has effectively improved the teaching quality of anesthesia.

Objective:To develop scientific and practical sensitive indicators with its own characteristics for nursing quality of breast specialty. Methods:A research team was established in August 2018, which searched the databases both at home and abroad, screened and identified relevant literatures according to John Hopkins' evidence level and quality evaluation standards. A sensitive indicator framework for nursing quality of breast specialty was preliminarily formed based on the indicators involved in the literatures. In January 2019, the expert correspondence questionnaire was prepared. Twenty experts were randomly selected from the Qingdao Medical Doctors Association and the Nursing Experts Committee and received two rounds of correspondence consultations using the Delphi method in order to build, modify and confirm the sensitive indicator system for nursing quality of breast specialty. Results:The authority coefficients of the experts in the two rounds of consultation were 0.815 and 0.858; the expert authority coefficient was> 0.80; and the coefficient of variation of each indicator was< 0.30. Eleven sensitive indicators for nursing quality of breast specialty including the awareness rate of functional exercise of the affected limb and lymphedema prevention measures were developed. Conclusions:The sensitive indicators of nursing quality of breast specialty based on the Delphi method is highly practical and credible, which have distinctive specialty characteristics, may be used for the overall care quality assessment and management of breast disease patients, and provide accurate and scientific evaluation for clinical nursing work.

Objective:
To investigate the pathogen spectrum distribution and drug resistance of febrile neutropenic patients with hematological diseases in Shanghai.
Methods:
A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical isolates from the febrile neutropenic patients hospitalized in the departments of hematology in 12 general hospitals in Shanghai from January 2012 to December 2014. The drug susceptibility test was carried out by Kirby-Bauer method. WHONET 5.6 software was used to analyze pathogenic bacteria and drug susceptibility data.
Results:
A total of 1 260 clinical isolates were collected from the febrile neutropenic patients. Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 33.3% and Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 66.7%.

Cyanobacteria are important photosynthetic autotrophic microorganisms and are considered as one of the most promising microbial chassises for photosynthetic cell factories. Glycogen is the most important natural carbon sink of cyanobacteria, playing important roles in regulating its intracellular carbon distributions. In order to optimize the performances of cyanobacterial photosynthetic cell factories and drive more photosynthetic carbon flow toward the synthesis of desired metabolites, many strategies and approaches have been developed to manipulate the glycogen metabolism in cyanobacteria. However, the disturbances on glycogen metabolism usually cause complex effects on the physiology and metabolism of cyanobacterial cells. Moreover, the effects on synthesis efficiencies of different photosynthetic cell factories usually differ. In this manuscript, we summarized the recent progress on engineering cyanobacterial glycogen metabolism, analyzed and compared the physiological and metabolism effects caused by engineering glycogen metabolism in different cyanobacteria species, and prospected the future trends of this strategy on optimizing cyanobacterial photosynthetic cell factories.

Two pediatric heart failure patients were treated with pulmonary artery banding(PAB)at Fuwai Hospital, from December 2021 to January 2022.In the first case,an 8-month-old patient presented with left ventricular non-compaction cardiomyopathy(LVNC),left ventricular systolic dysfunction, ventricular septal defect, and atrial septal defect. The second case was a 4-month-old patient with LVNC,left ventricular systolic dysfunction, and coarctation of the aorta. After PAB,the left ventricular function and shape of both patients were significantly improved, without serious surgery-related complications. In these individual cases of pediatric heart failure, pulmonary artery banding exhibited a more satisfactory efficacy and safety compared to pharmacological treatment, especially for those with unsatisfactory medication results.Future clinical data are needed to promote the rational and broader application of this therapeutic option for indicated patients.

Aiming at the problems of missing important features, inconspicuous details and unclear textures in the fusion of multimodal medical images, this paper proposes a method of computed tomography (CT) image and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) image fusion using generative adversarial network (GAN) and convolutional neural network (CNN) under image enhancement. The generator aimed at high-frequency feature images and used double discriminators to target the fusion images after inverse transform; Then high-frequency feature images were fused by trained GAN model, and low-frequency feature images were fused by CNN pre-training model based on transfer learning. Experimental results showed that, compared with the current advanced fusion algorithm, the proposed method had more abundant texture details and clearer contour edge information in subjective representation. In the evaluation of objective indicators, Q AB/F, information entropy (IE), spatial frequency (SF), structural similarity (SSIM), mutual information (MI) and visual information fidelity for fusion (VIFF) were 2.0%, 6.3%, 7.0%, 5.5%, 9.0% and 3.3% higher than the best test results, respectively. The fused image can be effectively applied to medical diagnosis to further improve the diagnostic efficiency.
