Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(6):408-411
Objective To analyze the effect of applying KTH [knowledge-attitude-belief practice model (KABP model), transtheoretical model of behavior (TTM) and health belief model (HBM)] integrated health education into nursing of elderly patients with hypertension in institutions in poor areas. Methods KTH integrated health education was established. Before the intervention and 12 weeks after intervention, the Questionnaire of Hypertension Knowledge, the Primary Hypertension Patients′Compliance Scale and Chinese version of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-100) were used to investigate 84 cases of elderly patients with hypertension of four pension institutions in three poverty-stricken counties of Chaoyang city. Results After 12 weeks of intervention, the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge, compliance behavior and quality of life scores were higher than those before intervention, the complete awareness rate was 100.0% (84/84) vs. 3.5% (3/84);the high level of compliance behavior was 48.8%(41/48) vs.15.5%(13/84),the difference was significant (χ2=156.41, 86.27, P<0.01). The total score of quality of life was 86.95±5.41, higher than that before the intervention (76.93±6.60), the difference was statistically significant (t=8.662, P<0.01). Conclusions KTH integrated health education is an effective way to be applied in pension institutions of poor areas.
4.THE DIFFERENTIATION OF MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS INDUCED BY THE SUPERNATANT OF CULTURED HAIR FOLLICLE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Objective To observe the possibility of inducing mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)to differetiate into hair follicle stem cells by the supernatant of cultured hair follicle in vitro and to investigate the transdifferentiation potentiality of MSCs. Methods MSCs were isolated and cultured from rat bone marrow by complete adherence.MSCs of passage 3 were characterized with markers CD44 and CD29 by immuohistochemical staining technique. The stem cells were induced by the supernatant of cultured hair follicle. The morphological character was observed by inverse phase-contrast microscopy. The expression of keratin 15 was detected by immunohistochemical staining technique and immunofluorescence staining technique.RT-PCR was further used to detect the expression of keratin 15. Results The isolated and separated MSCs were immunostaining positive in CD44 and CD29.After induced by the hair follicle conditioned medium in vitro,MSCS could be partially identified by the positive staining for keratin 15,a specific antibody of hair follicle stem cells. After 3 weeks′ induction, keratin 15 was detected by RT-PCR in MSCs induced by supernatant of cultured hair follicle. Conclusion MSCs have the potential to differentiate into hair follicle stem cells induced by the supernatant of cultured hair follicle in vitro.
5.An assay of RT-PCR on the time-related expressions of TGF-?_1 mRNA in rat skin wounds
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(02):-
Objective To explore the time-related expressions of TGF-?1mRNA during the healing process of rat skin wounds. Method Using the method of the reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reac-tion (RT-PCR) on intra-vital rat skin incised wounds (0.5h, 1h, 3h, 6h, 48h, 72h, 96h, 168h after incision) and postmortem rat skin incised wounds (0.5h, 1h, 3h after incision) to detect the dynamics of expression Ievel of TGF-?1mRNA. The strength of the expression of TGF-?1mRNA in scanned image was using ID-Advanced software. Results The results of RT-PCR showed that TGF-?1mRNA Ievel increased at 0.5h after incision and elevated significantly after 3h. The peak of TGF-?1mRNA occurred at 48h. There was no obvious expression of TGF-?1mRNA in postmortem incised wounds. Conclusion The characteristics of the TGF-?1mRNA expression were potentially indicative for the wound aging. RT-PCR was a sensitive method for detection of the expression of cytokines in genic level.
6.Study on extraction techniques of dietary fiber from Undaria pinnatifida
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 2001;0(05):-
Objective To extract dietary fiber from Udaria pinnatifida by using enzymatic-chemical extraction method. Methods All the factors that affect the extraction rate are enzyme content, enzymolysis temperature, enzymolysis time,Na2CO3concentration,Na2CO3extraction temperature,Na2CO3content and extraction time. They were tested with orthogonal experiment. Results The optimal conditions for extraction were determined as follows:the material was hydrolyzed at 50℃ for 1.5h with protease and cellulase mixed at the ratio of 30∶1,followed by the extraction at 65℃ for 3h with 30 volumes of 1% Na2CO3 solution.Under these conditions, the extraction rate could be as high as 12.65%with the color near light yellow. It could be used as additive source of dietary fiber for functional foods. Conclusion The optimum conditions for extraction dietary fiber were established.

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2001;0(01):-
Objective To find a sensitive index which can reveal the mild cognitive impairment in non-demented patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD).Methods Thirty PD patients without clinical dementia and 34 age-matched normal controls performed a matching-to-sample task while event-related potential (ERP) was recorded from their scalp. There were two kinds of stimulus pairs in this study: condition 1, the second stimulus (S2) in a pair was identical to the first one (S1) (match condition); condition 2, S2 conflicted with S1 in their color attribute (conflict condition). Subjects were required to press a button in the match condition and another button in the conflict condition. Results In the match condition, P100, N150, P180, N200, and P300 were elicited by S2. In the conflict condition, potentials following N200 went continuously to negativity and formed another component,N270,before P300. The N270 component was evoked by S2 of conflict condition in both controls and patients. The patient group showed a delayed and smaller N270 than the control group[peak latency: P3,patients:(317?37) ms,controls:(298?31) ms;P4, patients: (313?35) ms,controls: (293?34) ms;amplitude: P3,patients: (-3.06?2.51) ?V,controls: (-4.55?2.86) ?V]. The peak amplitude of P300 was decreased in the patient group [P4,patients: (6.94?3.95) ?V,controls: (9.58?3.80) ?V], but the peak latency of P300 did not differ significantly between the two subject groups. There was no difference between the two groups in peak latency and amplitude of N150.Conclusion PD patients have cognitive impairment even in the absence of a clinical dementia. N270 is subtler than P300 in revealing the mild cognitive impairment.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2015;(1):11-14
Objective To study the expression of S100B and glial fibrillory acidic protein (GFAP) after primary brainstem injury in rat and discuss the changes with brainstern injury time and their mechanism in the injury. Methods The brainstem injury animal model was established using the mechanical impact-ing method. The HE staining, Gless argentaffin staining and SP immunohistochemical method were ap-plied to observe the changes of S100B and GFAP at different injury time. The immunostaining results were measured statistically with imaging analysis technology. Results A large number of S100B positive cells could be seen in 30 min. Afterward, expression increased gradually with time and peaked up in 24 h, and reversed back the normal in 72 h. The GFAP positive cells showed rise continually in 30 min, and reached the peak in 48 h, then started to decrease, but still higher than that in control. Conclusion The expression of S100B and GFAP is correlated with post traumatic intervals after brainstem injury in rat, and may be useful in estimation post traumatic intervals and nerve regeneration.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(1):65-67
Objective To investigate the expression of fragile histidine triad (FHIT) gene in cervical carci-noma and relationship with its clinical-pathological implication. Methods The expression of FHIT was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 42 cases of cervical carcinoma and 13 cases of adjacent tissue. Results 47.6% (20 of 42) of cases expressed FttIT in the tumor cells, and 92.3% (12 of 13) of cases of the adjacent tissue were present. There was a significant positive correlation between cervical carcinoma and adjacent tissue(P <0.01). The positive rates of FHIT in high and middle desrees of differentiation were significantly higher than that in low degree of differentiation(54.2% vs 38.9%). Tumors with lymph node metastases(45.9%) had loss FHIT protein expression than those without metastasis(60.0%) (P <0.05). The FHIT expression between Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage, the difference was significant(55.0% vs 45.5%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion FHIT gene plays an improtant role in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma. It is suggested that FHIT can be a useful marker for predicting invasion and metas-tasis ability of cervical carcinoma.
