Objective To investigate the application value of combined detection of enterovirus 71 type(EV71) nucleic acid and antibody in diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods From Jan.to Nov.2015,a total of 180 children with suspected HFMD were divided into nucleic acid detection group, antibody detection group and combined detection group, with 36 subjects for each group.Viral nucleic acid was detected by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Antibody was detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. All detected results were analyzed. Results The positive rate of nucleic acid detection group was the highest(80.55%),while that of antibody detection group was the lowest(47.22%).Among various symptoms, the positive rates of nucleic acid, antibody and combined detection in subjects with skin rash were the highest. Conclusion Combined detection of EV71 nucleic acid and antibody could avoid the false positive result of nucleic acid detection and false negative result of antibody detection, thus could be helpful for increasing diagnostic accuracy rate of HFMD.

ObjectiveTo investigate the social and family support in the recrudescent schizophrenia. MethodsThe Social Support Scale and The Family Environment Scale were adopted in the 71 patients with recrudescent schizophrenia. Other 49 non-recrudescent patients were adopted as control. ResultsAs compared with controls, the scores of recrudescent schizophrenia in external support, social support, familiarity and expressiveness were obviously lower, while the scores of the conflict and the control were higher. Logistic regression showed the familiarity was the protective factor, while conflict and control were risk factors of recrudescence. ConclusionThe patients with recrudescent schizophrenia get lower social and family support which might play an important role in the recrudesce of the schizophrenia.

Objective To measure the expression of circulating microRNA (miRNA)in patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related liver failure and its relationship with disease prognosis. Methods The miRNA expressions in serum of 5 patients with HBV-related liver failure and 5 healthy control subjects were compared using Exiqon miRCURY LNATM miRNA microarray. The sera from 20 patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB),20 patients hepatitis B related cirrhosis,50 patients with HBV-related liver failure and 40 healthy persons in Ruijin Hospital were collected. The relative expression of miRNA-595 was measured using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR).The relative expressions of miRNAs among groups were analyzed using student t test, the correlations were analyzed by Pearson and Spearman correlation. Results Microarray informed that 92 miRNAs changed significantly in patients with HBV-related liver failure, and miRNA-595 increased most significantly. The results of real-time PCR showed that the relative expressions of miRNA-595 ,miRNA-300 and miRNA-122 were 6.03 (t=3.134, P =0.003),3.12 (t=7.221 ,P <0.01)and 2.77 (t=2.671 ,P =0.021),which were higher compared to those in healthy control group. In the analysis of the relationship between miRNA-595 expression and disease prognosis in patients with HBV-related liver failure, the relative expressions of miRNA-595 in patients with CHB,hepatitis B related cirrhosis and HBV-related liver failure were 2.26 (t =3.780,P =0.001),3.32 (t = 6.111 ,P < 0.01)and 6.03 (t = 3.134,P = 0.003),respectively,which were all increased compared to that of the healthy control. The relative expression of miRNA-595 of patients with HBV-related liver failure was 2.66 times (t=2.450,P =0.043)higher than that of patients with CHB. When dividing patients according to prothrombin activity,miRNA-595 increased significantly in patients with early stage liver failure. When dividing patients according to model of end-stage liver disease (MELD) score,MELD score was positive correlated with the expression of miRNA-595 when MELD score was under 30 (r=0.673,P =0.004).The expression of serum miRNA-595 in survival group (11 .08,n=23) was higher than that in non-survival group (3.67,n = 27,t =4.309,P =0.041).Conclusions The expressions of miRNA595 ,miRNA-300 and miRNA-122 are all increased in patients with HBV-related liver failure, especially the expression of circulating miRNA-595 at early stage of the disease. The miRNA-595 may be used as a new serum biomarker for monitoring the severity of disease.

Objective:To study the remote multi-disciplinary team (MDT) model in diagnosis and treatment of plague, in order to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment of plague. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on the diagnosis and treatment process of a case of bubonic plague, a sudden imported Class A infectious disease, which was secondary to septicemic plague, involving a remote MDT team consisting of the Infectious Diseases Department, Intensive Care Unit, Respiratory and Critical Care Department, Cardiology Department, Pharmacy Department, and Nosocomial Infection Department of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University. Results:The patient was a middle-aged female who was engaged in herding work on the grassland. The first symptom was a sudden pain in the left lower abdomen for three days, accompanied by chest tightness and shortness of breath. After hospitalization, blood culture indicated Yersinia, abdominal CT indicated left lower abdominal lymph node enlargement, and lymph node puncture fluid was positive for Yersinia pestis nucleic acid. Combined with clinical symptoms and signs, the patient was diagnosed as bubonic plague secondary to septicemic plague, and was isolated for treatment. After remote MDT consultation, comprehensive treatment was given, including anti-infection treatment of streptomycin and ciprofloxacin, short-term application of hormones, nutritional support, and local application of chloramphenicol ointment, etc. Secondary acute pancreatitis occurred during the course of the disease, which improved after symptomatic treatment. Finally, after 20 days of treatment, MDT expert group assessed that it met the discharge criteria. No abnormalities were found in follow-up visits outside the hospital. Conclusion:The remote MDT is effective in the treatment of bubonic plague secondary to septicemic plague, which is worth popularizing.

Objective To investigate the impairment of intertemporal choices in adolescents with positive and negative schizophrenic symptoms. Methods 30 adolescent schizophrenia patients with positive symptoms (positive symptoms group),30 adolescent schizophrenia patients with negative symptoms (negative symptoms group)and 30 healthy controls were selected. All the subjects were investigated with intertemporalchoice Test. Results (1) Under now conditions ((37.22±30.92)%,(19.67±16.35)%,P<0.05)),notnow conditions ((35.74±31.69)%,(19.33± 18.07)%,P<0.05)) and overall condition ((36.48±30.44) %,(19.50± 13.82)%,P<0.05)),the ratio of later-large (LL) choice in negative symptoms group were significantly higher than those in the healthy controls.Under now conditions ((37.22±30.92) %,(20.37±22.33) %,P<0.05)),not-now conditions ((35.74± 31.69) %,(22.04±22.05) %,P< 0.05)) and overall condition ((36.48±30.44) %,(21.20±21.57) %,P<0.05)),the ratio of LL choice in negative symptoms group were significantly higher than those in positive symptoms group. There were no differences in the ratio of LL choice between positive symptoms group and healthy controls (P> 0.05).(2)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the Vocabulary Fluency Test of negative symptoms group was positively correlated with LL selection ratio under now conditions (r=0.411,P=0.024).Conclusion The ability of intertemporal choices in adolescents schizophrenia patients with negative symptoms is impaired remarkably, while this kind of ability is impaired unremarkable in adolescence with negative symptoms. The ability of intertemporal choices in adolescents schizophrenic patients with negative symptoms is correlated with cognitive executive function.
