Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(7):1006-1008
Objective To understand the children′s development status of deciduous teeth erupt, fontanel closure, expressive language and gross motor in Zhengzhou. Methods According to random cluster sampling, the children health care clinic in three hospitals in Zhengzhou were investigated, all the data was gathered from the chil-dren health care management information system.4 230 healthy children aged 0-3 years old birth from 2000 to 2010 were investigated(2 141 boys and 2 089 girls),We collected the following information about birth situation, the dynamic physical growth, deciduous tooth occurrence, language and motor development. Results (1 )The children's weight, height has been persistent and significantly improved during the past 10 years in Zhengzhou.(2)There was a significant difference between the sexes in deciduous teeth erupt and the fontanel closure time.(3 )With the time, infant motor development and fontanelle closed slightly ahead of time. Conclusion The children's weight, height growth shows a long-term trend in Zhengzhou, with normal condition in neuropsychological development, and presents a slightly ahead of the trend.
2.Selection and Reporting of Outcome Measures in Clinical Trials on Insomnia Treated with TCM Therapy
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(05):-
Because of the disunity use of the outcome measures in traditional Chinese medicinal clinical trials, we explain the application of outcome measures in clinical trials on insomnia, provide the international criteria and guideline on outcome reporting. According to analysis of the concrete cases, we in order to improve the misuse of outcome measures of insomnia, to make the selection and reporting of outcome measures follow with the international practices and, to accelerate the development of traditional Chinese medicine.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2016;34(8):589-591
Objectives To analyze a rare autosomal recessive disease, aggrecan type spondylometaphyseal dysplasia (SEMD), which was caused by ACAN gene mutations. Methods A 7 years old girl was diagnosed with short stature after excluding growth hormone deficiency, idiopathic short stature, and hypothyroidism. Combining family history and clinical features, SEMD were suspected and genetic tests were performed. Results The patient was found with homozygous mutations of c.512C > T inACAN gene, and was diagnosed with aggrecan type SEMD. Her parents were found to be heterozygous mutation carrier. Conclusions In patients with high suspection of a special type of short stature, early genetic tests should be carried out for a clear diagnosis.

Visual analogue scales(VAS) is extensively applied on evaluating symptomatic outcome data, such as the pain intensity, but currently most of the management of relevant data can't conform to the statistical standard. This article categories the data measured with VAS and the eligible statistical methods, give a specific explanation about analysis of repeated measures data which may commonly misused in practice. It provides a reference criterion for statistical analysis with VAS in clinical research.

Objective: To explore the inhibitiory effect of antisense oligodeoxynucleotide(ASODN) of survivin gene on the cultured osteosarcoma cell line MG63 and its sensitization effect to chemotherapy. Methods: survivin phosphorothioate ASODN was synthesized and transfected into MG63 cells by lipofectamine 2000.MTT assay was used to detect cell inhibition ratio.Apoptosis was observed by flow cytometry.Survivin mRNA and protein expression were determined by RT-PCR and Western blot respectively. Results: The proliferation of the cells transfected by lipofectamine 2000 was inhibited by survivin ASODN in a dose and time dependent manner.A higher total apoptosis rate(81.12?3.2)% could be induced in MG 63 cells in group Lip-ASODN than in group Lip-SODN(27.09?2.1)%(P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
To construct a repetitive, objective and consecutive system for evaluating the angiogenesis of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in vivo, a sterile polyvinyl alcohol sponge disc was implanted into the subcutaneous part of rat and five days later pCMV 4 VEGF 165 expressed plasmid and empty vector pCMV 4 were injected into the sponge, respectively. 7 and 11 days after injection, the tissue ingrowth in the implants and expression of VEGF gene in the serum, the tissues in the sponge and the liver were measured by RT polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) .The pathological section of sponge was stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE) and immunohistochemistry of Ⅷ factor specific for vascular endothelial cells. The tissue ingrowth in the implants was analysed by image analysis system and statistical analysis was done with Stata Software. The results indicated that the expression of VEGF gene was located at the injection site and promoted the tissue ingrowth in the implants. In brief, the angiogenesis of VEGF was successfully observed using the sponge implant model, which provides lays the theoretical foundation for local gene therapy of ischemic diseases.

Objective To investigate the effect of total quality management of foreign surgical instruments in nosocomial infection control in the sterilization and supply center. Methods The effect before and after the application of total quality management for foreign surgical instruments in the control of nosocomial infection in the sterilization and supply center was comparatively analyzed. Results The results showed that after the application of total quality management for foreign surgical instruments, the onetime passing rate of sterilization and limits of microbial detection of surgical instruments increased significantly compared with that before application. The passing rate after application was significantly higher than before. The difference was significant. The implementation rate of planed surgery depending on foreign surgical instruments was 98.3%,the rate was 92.4% before application. There was a significant difference before and after application, the nosocomial infection rate after surgery depending on foreign surgical instruments was 0.88%,before the application was 6.50%,there was a significant difference before and after application. Conclusions Application of total quality management of foreign surgical instruments can significantly improve the efficiency of the use of foreign equipment and working efficiency of the operation room, reduce costs and the incidence of nosocomial infection significantly. It should be applied in the management of foreign surgical instruments in the sterilization and supply center.

Objective: To investigate effective matching between computerized physician order entry and charging items in the hospital. Methods: Standard data of computerized physician order has been established, in which physician order items and charging items have been matched. It has effectively solved the problems in the process of computerized physician order entry. Results and Conclusion: The implementation of matching computerized physician and costs has effectively controlled the errors and missing of costs, which released the complaint of patients and received the good reputation and welcome, the compliance of doctors using computerized physician order entry has been obviously improved, meanwhile, it has provided new application experiences for implementing the following charging of national medical services prices in hospitals.

Objective To explore the clinical and laboratory feature of disseminated Penicillium marneffei(PSM) infection in patients with AIDS and to analysis treatment and prognosis. Methods Study clinical data of eight case with PSM infection in patients with AIDS in our hospital from 1999 were definite diagnosed PSM infection in patients with AIDS. Results (1)Eight patients including five females, at a mean age of 26~53, suffered from the diseases for a period of 1~4 months;(2)The most common clinical presentations include fever, stomatomycosis, lymphadenectasis papular skin lesion, anemia, abdominal pain, hepatomegaly, Plenomegaly, Herpes progenitalis, Subcutaneous nodule, Pleural effusion, bad bone ache. Laboratory examination showed elevated hepatic enzymes, coagulated dysfunction, hemocytopenia. Chest X-ray showed nonspecific include bilateval interstitial or alveolar. (3) Fungus cultured: yeast like cells were found in the culture at 37℃ or in tissues. The fungi outside the host cells were elongated, often curved, Sausage like and with clear cemral septate. When cultured at 25℃,the fungus was mycelia-like and produced a characteristic red Pigment, diffusing into the medium. (4) CD4 cell count was reduced significantly, HIV-RNA was high.(5)Mortality was high. Conclusions Definite diagnosis of disseminated Penicillium marneffei requires culture of the pathogenic fungus from clinical specimens. No specific clinical manifestation for Penicillum marneffei infection was found and Amphotericin B are effective in treating penicillosis marmeffei.
