Stress-related diseases are closely related to an abnormal cortisol secretion.Recent research implied that hair cortisol concentration which retrospectively records long-term cortisol basal level might possess superiority in the diagnosis of stresS-related diseases.This paper reviewed recent progresses in application of hair cortisol concentration in stress-related diseases (metabolic syndrome,obesity,cardiovascular disease,depression,PTSD,etc.) which showed abnormal long-term cortisol secretion in a wide range of situationS.This review proposed that the future research needs to take into accounts exclusion and/or balance of the influence factors,a longitudinal design in combination with acute-stress and chronic-stress biomarkers,and to develop new bio-markers related to hair cortisol concentration for study of stress related diseases,and establishment of standard protocols and clinical standards.

AIM: To observe the effect of Tanreqing Injection on patients with viral pneumonia. METHODS: 80 cases of viral pneumonia were divided into two groups randomly:40 cases of treatment group and 40 cases of contrast group. The two groups were treated with Tanreqing Injection and ribavirin differently, once per day, 10 to 14 days for one treatment period. RESULTS: The total effective rate of treatment group was superior to that of the contrast group. CONCLUSION:Tanreqing Injection is effective on treating viral pneumonia.

AIM:To investigate the effect of Epstain-Barr virus latent membrane protein 1 (EBV-LMP1) on proliferation and cell cycle of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cells. METHODS:The expression of EBV-LMP1 was detected by immunohistochemical method (LSAB). Proliferation of NPC cells was identified by MTT method. Cell cycle percentage was detected by flow cytometry analysis. RESULTS: OD value of EBV-LMP1 expressive NPC cells L-CEN1 was much higher than that of both EBV-LMP1 negative NPC cells V-CEN1 and CNE1 ( P 0.05).CONCLUSION:The expression of EBV-LMP1 on NPC cell might cause some change of cell cycle and enhance cell proliferation.

AIM: To explore the effect of EBV infection on growth and apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) cell line.METHODS: NPC cell line CNE1 was directly infected by Epstein Barr virus (EBV). The expression of EBV-latent membrane protein 1 (EBV-LMP1) and bcl-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry method (LSAB). The growth of NPC cells was identified by MTT method. Objective To evaluate the efficacy of interventional MRI in radiofrequency ablation (RFA)of breast cancer.Methods 12 patients with breast carcinoma proven by core-needle biopsy-were enrolled in this study.Among them, 7 patients were in phase Ⅳ(6 with lung metastasis, 1 with bone metastasis),and 5 patients were in phase Ⅲ(all of them rejected the surgical operation because of various contraindications,including severe hypertension,diabetes mellitus,liver or kidney dysfunction,and advanced age).Moreover, all of the tumor size could not be further shrunk after medical treatment (such as 4-6 cycles chemotherapy, endocrine therapy or targeted therapy).Additionally,breast lesions were still remained to be confirmed by imaging examination and biopsy pathology.Then the tumor and surrounding breast tissue were ablated with radiofrequency,followed by clinical follow-up and imaging examination after 1, 3, 6 and 12 months.Results All the patients completed 18 times RFA treatment.MRI showed that all the tumor lesions were necrotic, blood supply was disappeared and therewas no enhancement.Radiographic examination showed the original breast lesions were fuzzy or disappeared.All the tumors were achieved complete remission (CR) examined by imaging,and the effective rate was 100%.All the postoperative patients survived 1 year according to the follow-up data.Conclusion Interventional MRI is safe and effective method in the radiofrequency ablation of breast cancer.

A total of 272 methadone maintenance treatment was studied using a self-designed questionnaire, interpersonal sensitivity scale in symptom check list (SCL-90), self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS). If interpersonal sensitivity level ≥ 2 points, it was positive. In this study, through independent sample t test, analysis of the social demographic characteristics, depression and anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity level. Non conditional logistic regression analysis was used to explore a variety of factors, and the relationship of these factors with interpersonal sensitivity.

RESULTSThe depression score, the anxiety score and the level of interpersonal relationship sensitivity in 272 methadone maintenance treatment (1.65 ± 0.51, 47.66 ± 8.58, 42.38 ± 9.40) was higher than the national norm (1.65 ± 0.51, 41.88 ± 10.57, 29.78 ± 0.46) (t values were 8.23, 17.63 and 22.27, respectively; all P values < 0.001). In 272 methadone maintenance treatment, the percentage of men was 75.0% (204/272) and the percentage of women was 25.0% (68/272). SDS score of male and female was (48.38 ± 8.30) and (45.90 ± 9.34) points (t = 5.67, P = 0.037); Aged 20-29, 30-39, 40-49 and ≥ 50 years old group, SDS scores were (48.26 ± 7.59), (47.73 ± 8.38), (47.79 ± 9.22) and (48.09 ± 6.33) points (F = 3.90, P = 0.046); According to the drug's time, divided into 1-3, 4-6 and ≥ 7 years group, SDS scores were (45.92 ± 7.47), (47.41 ± 7.57) and (48.07 ± 8.57) points (F = 4.49, = 0.039). SAS score of male and female was (41.21 ± 9.53) and (42.91 ± 9.42) points (t = 2.23, P = 0.043). The positive rate of interpersonal sensitivity was 47.1% (128/272). Multivariate analysis showed that, with SDS and SAS scores increased by 1, respectively, interpersonal sensitivity increased 23.23 (8.62-96.68) and 11.97 (6.42-19.27) points.

CONCLUSIONInterpersonal sensitivity level in methadone maintenance treatment was higher than normal and depression; anxiety and depression both were the risk factors of interpersonal sensitivity level.

Mentalizing is the vital cognitive basis of understanding of action intention.However,there are few studies on the complex relationship of them.The present study,firstly,discusses the concepts and the brain mechanisms of empathy and understanding of action intention,indicating the temporal dynamic features of mentalizing as well as understanding of action intention.Secondly,based on Intention Processing Network,the process of mentalizing in understanding of action intention is in hierarchy and division.During which,ventral medial prefrontal lobe plays a vital role on integrating and transforming the cognitive and affective information.Empathy and mentalizing transform into each other through ventral medial prefrontal lobe.So empathy probably mediates the relationship of mentalizing and understanding of action intention.Empathy,mentalizing and understanding of action intention can be integrated under the framework of hybrid models.Future studies should examine the relationship between empathy and understanding of action intention by empirical researches.
