Objective To understand the occupational prevention status of clinical nurses in Guangdong province.Methods We investigated 500 nurses in 15 class-three-grade-one hospitals in Guangdong province on occupational prevention status by questionnaires.Results The incidence of pricking wound and incised wound by ampule was frequent.The percent of everyday incidence reached 44.2% and 49.0%.There were 68.2% of nurses wore gloves when contacting the body fluid and blood of patients,55.3% of nurses wore gloves when contacting chemotherapeutic drugs,53.1% of nurses wore gloves during hemospasia,57.2% of them wore gloves when handling urine.There were 52.1% of nurses did not use gauze for protection when handling ampule.There were 61.3% nurses knew related protection law,18.2% of nurses knew the coping process after the incidence of occupational injury.58.2% of nurses established related preventive measure and instructions,43.1% of nurses thought it was necessry for hospitals to produce more comprehensive and systemic occupational prevention instructions.Conclusions The cognition of occupational prevention of nurses was weak and they lacked occupational prevention knowledge.It is necessary to strengthen the occupational prevention education and training.

Objective To construct a scientific,valid evaluation system for excellent clinical nurses.Methods Based on the framework of competency theory,systematic literature reviewing,nursing experts discussion and the Delphi method were used to determine the primary indexes for the evaluation system.The evaluation system was determined from three perspectives,doctors',nurses' and patients'.Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was then used to determine the weight of each index.Results The weight of doctors',nurses' and patients' perspective was 0.2,0.4,0.4 respectively.Doctors' and nurses' perspective(hereinafter referred to as staff's perspective) had the same evaluating indexes,which both consisted of 5first-dimensions,22 second-dimensions.The patients' perspective contained 3 first-dimensions,14 seconddimensions.In two-round Delphi technique,the rates of questionnaire retrieve were 91.2％ (31/34),100.0％(31/31),respectively;the colleagues' coordination coefficients were 0.784,0.858,respectively,and the patients' coordination coefficients were 0.05,0.216,respectively.Conclusions A evaluation system of high reliability and validity for excellent clinical nurseshas been successfully constructed.It may be utilized as a tool to for nursing administrator selection,training,assessment of excellent clinical nurses.

Objective To construct the competency model of emergency and critical care clinical nurses and provide a reference for allocation and selection of the emergency and critical care clinical nurses. Methods Twenty emergency and critical care clinical nurses were interviewed by using behavioral event interview method. The optimal competency elements were screened by comparing the difference in their competency in different performance levels, so the competency model was constructed. Results Two distinctive competencies and nine threshold competencies were comprised in the competency model. The category agreement of the competency model was 0.790 and the coding reliability coefficient was 0.882. Conclusions The competency model of emergency and critical care clinical nurses is of high reliability. The model provides a scientific basis for allocation and selection of appropriate emergency and critical care clinical nurses and develops human resources from newly graduated nurses.

Objective To discuss the socialized management model of medical transportation service in large-scale grade three hospital.Methods Selected a company through a competitive bidding,using dual management model of company and nursing department.The nursing department developed and implemented a unified regulatory system,introduce competition mechanism,participate incentives reform quality inspection programs,hold multi-sect oral coordination meetings regularly and also the hospital and company projeot management meetings.Results Socialization of medical transportation service not onlyreduced the problem of the hospital management cost to solve the hospital's birth control and labor,but also improved the satisfaction of patients and medical staff to the transportation members,it provided a strong support system to clinical service.Conclusions Implementation of social management in allied transportation service in hospital is feasible.The company management,nursing supervision model is a new path for transportation management.It is a guarantee of mechanism innovation,intensive training,strict management and supervision of a stable multi-party transport team to provide high-quality transportation service.

Objective To investigate the method of disinfection and sterilization of ventilator tubes and accessories in order to increase the sterilization quality of them. Methods 120 ventilator tubes and accessories from ICU and emergency department were randomly dividied into the control group,and the study group. Bacteriologic tests were conducted in the two groups. Results There was significat differ-ence in bacteriologic tests between the two groups. Conclusions It is necessary to research into steriliza-tion method of ventilator tubes and accessories.

Objective:To explore the current level of knowledge, attitude and practice of rehabilitation for postpartum diastasis recti abdominis inpuerperae, and analysis the influencing factors of behavior, in order to provide a reference frame for nursing staff to formulate effective health education programs.Methods:From November 2020 to April 2021, a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 522 puerperae from 4 tertiary hospitals in Guangdong province, Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province, to explore their level of knowledge, attitude and behavior of rehabilitation for postpartum diastasis recti abdominis. Mann-Whitney Utest or Kruskal-Wallis Htest was used for univariate analysis, Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to analysis the influencing factors of rehabilitative behavior.Results:The median score of knowledgedimension, attitude dimension and behavior dimension of rehabilitation for postpartum diastaisis recti abdominis in puerperae respectively were 47.0 (36.0, 55.0), 26.0 (24.0, 31.0), 15.0 (10.0, 18.0) points. The results show that the main factors influencing of rehabilitation behaviorfor postpartum diastaisis recti abdominis in puerperae were knowledge ( χ2 = 87.78, P<0.05), attitude ( χ2 = 4.77, P<0.05), number of deliveries ( χ2 = 3.94, P<0.05) and family personal monthly income ( χ2 = 4.88, P<0.05). Conclusions:At present, puerperae have a positive attitude towards rehabilitation for postpartum diastasis recti abdominis, but the level of knowledge and practice of rehabilitation for postpartum diastasis recti abdominisneed to be improved.Nursing staff should focus on puerperae with incomplete knowledge, negative attitude, multiple deliveries and low family personal monthly income.

Objective:To investigate the status of family function of patients after hysterectomy, explore the effect of self-concealment on family function.Methods:From January to November 2021,the 177 patients after hysterectomy in Guangdong Provincial People ′s Hospital were investigated by General Data Questionnaire, Family APGAR Indexand Self-Concealment Scale (SCS), and the influencing factors of family function were analyzed by univariate analysis and binary logistic regression. Results:The total score of APGAR and SCS was 9.00 (6.50, 10.00) and 24.00 (17.00, 33.00) after hysterectomy. Univariate analysis showed that marital status, working conditions and tendency of self-concealment were the influencing factors of family function. In the regression analysis of binary Logistic, tendency of self-concealment( P<0.01) and marital status ( P<0.01) entered the regression equation. Conclusions:The family function of patients after hysterectomy is generally good, and self-concealment is a risk factor. It is suggested that in clinical work, attention should be paid to the tendency of self-concealment in patients after hysterectomy, and targeted intervention measures should be taken to improve their family function.

Objective:To develop a pressure injury risk assessment scale for surgical patients and test its reliability and validity.Methods:From October 2017 to December 2018, the evaluation items for the pressure injury risk assessment scale for surgical patients were formulate by combining domestic and foreign literature studies and retrospective analysis of cases. The pressure injury risk assessment scale for surgical patients was developed through expert consultation. The scale was used to evaluate the surgical pressure injury risk of 400 surgical patients in 4 Class Ⅲ Grade A general hospitals in Guangdong Province to verify its reliability and validity.Results:Totally 39 experts participated in 3 rounds of consultation, and the mean of expert authority coefficient was 0.88. Finally, an assessment scale with 13 evaluation items was formulated, with a total score of 14 to 44. The higher the score, the higher the risk of surgery-related pressure injury. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.68, and the corrected Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.73 with a split-half reliability of 0.72. The inter-rater reliability was 0.985, and the scale-level CVI ( S- CVI) was 0.94. Conclusions:The risk assessment items for pressure injury of surgical patients constructed in this study can be quantified and have strong objectivity, good reliability and validity, which can reduce the bias caused by the subjective factors of the measurer, are suitable for pressure injury risk assessment in clinical surgical patients.
