OBJECTIVE:To study the hemostatic, antipruritic, and anti-crissal ulcer effects of Zhishuxi lotion.METHODS:The experimental animals were randomized into four groups(normal control group,Mayinglong-branded musk hemorrhoid ointment,Zhishuxi lotion high-dose group and low-dose group). The time needed to stop bleeding in all groups were tested by cutting mouse tail;the itch-threshold in each group of guinea pigs was determined by inducing itch with histamine phosphate;and the ulceration was observed by causing crissal ulceration in mice with acetic acid.RESULTS:Zhishuxi lotion could shorten the bleeding time, increase the itch threshold in guinea pig,and had some curative effect on acetic acid-induced crissal ulcer in mouse,as compared with the control group.CONCLUSION:Zhishuxi lotion has re-markable effects of hemostasis,itch-relief and anti-crissal ulceration.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality criteria for Huangzhi oral liquid.METHODS:TLC was employed to for the qualitative identificaiton of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Leech and Fructus Arctii;the content of total nitrogen was determined by KjeLdahL determination and content of Chrysophanol in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in Huangzhi oral liquids was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The TLC chromatograms of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Leech and Fructus Arctii presented the spots of the same colors with those at the corresponding places in the chromatograms of the controls. There was a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 1.696~ 8.480? g? mL-1 for Chrysophanol(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 99.60%(RSD=1.37%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The methods are accurate and reliable with a strong specificity and can be used for the quality control of Huangzhi oral liquid.

OBJECTIVE: To study the action mechanism of kunzao tiaozhi capsule in the treatment of fatty liver with hyperlipidemia.METHODS: A total of 59 rats were randomly divided into normal control group(n=10),model group(n=11),positive control group(n=10) and kunzao tiaozhi capsule group(at high, medium and low doses,n=9,9,10).Rat model with fatty livers was established in all the groups except the normal control group by feeding high-fat forage and 30% alcohol, and the corresponding solvents or medicine were given during the modeling,10 weeks later, the S-phase cell percentages(SPF) of the liver cells in rats and proliferation index(PI) were determined by flow cytometry methods.RESULTS: As compared with the normal control group,PI and SPF values in the modeled rats increased significantly(P

Objective:To optimize the dispatch of pre-hospital emergency resources and address the assessment challenge of ambulance demand, a pre-hospital emergency demand prediction model based on multi-model fusion was constructed. Methods:The retrospective study design method was adopted, and historical pre-hospital emergency dispatch records and corresponding weather data were extracted. Three types of primary learners were trained by 5-fold cross-validation, and the training results of the primary learners were fused by Stacking. The fusion results were input into the secondary learner as new features, and the final prediction results of ambulance demand were obtained by the secondary learner. Results:By comparison experiments, results showed that the multi-model fusion prediction model based on Stacking was superior to the single model in both mean absolute error and root mean square error, indicating that the model could predict ambulance demand more accurately. Conclusion:The pre-hospital emergency demand prediction model based on multi-model fusion could improve the accuracy and generalization ability of ambulance demand prediction by using historical emergency data and weather data, and provide strong support for the optimization of pre-hospital emergency resources.

The Spt-Ada-Gcn5-acetyltransferase (SAGA) is an ancillary transcription initiation complex which is highly conserved. The ADA1 (alteration/deficiency in activation 1, also called histone H2A functional interactor 1, HFI1) is a subunit in the core module of the SAGA protein complex. ADA1 plays an important role in plant growth and development as well as stress resistance. In this paper, we performed genome-wide identification of banana ADA1 gene family members based on banana genomic data, and analyzed the basic physicochemical properties, evolutionary relationships, selection pressure, promoter cis-acting elements, and its expression profiles under biotic and abiotic stresses. The results showed that there were 10, 6, and 7 family members in Musa acuminata, Musa balbisiana and Musa itinerans. The members were all unstable and hydrophilic proteins, and only contained the conservative SAGA-Tad1 domain. Both MaADA1 and MbADA1 have interactive relationship with Sgf11 (SAGA-associated factor 11) of core module in SAGA. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that banana ADA1 gene family members could be divided into 3 classes. The evolution of ADA1 gene family members was mostly influenced by purifying selection. There were large differences among the gene structure of banana ADA1 gene family members. ADA1 gene family members contained plenty of hormonal elements. MaADA1-1 may play a prominent role in the resistance of banana to cold stress, while MaADA1 may respond to the Panama disease of banana. In conclusion, this study suggested ADA1 gene family members are highly conserved in banana, and may respond to biotic and abiotic stress.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the efficacy of decitabine (DAC) bridging therapy followed by allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
METHODSThe clinical characteristics and curative effect of MDS patients who received allo-HSCT from 2010 July to 2013 December were retrospectively analyzed. Of them, 25 MDS patients who received decitabine bridging allo-HSCT were randomly selected (referred to as the bridging group),while at the same time another 33 MDS patients who did not receive decitabine for allo-HSCT in MDS were also randomly selected as control group. The effect of decitabine bridging allo-HSCT on the patients' survival and occurrence of graft versus host disease (GVHD) was analyzed.
RESULTSWith decitabine bridge therapy, 64.0% patients (16/25) achieved marrow complete remission before allo-HSCT, while the control group was only 15.1% (5/33, P<0.05). Decitabine bridging group of early transplant-related mortality was lower than that of the control group (4.0% vs 18.2%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.106). Up to follow-up deadline, the mortality of decitabine bridging group was 12.0%, while that of the control group was 30.3% (P<0.05). The 2-year OS of decitabine bridging group was 83.0%, while that of the control group was 59.0% (P<0.05). Of the 14 patients in decitabine bridging group with aGVHD, 7 was grade IaGVHD, 3 grade II and 4 grade III. Of the 16 patients in control group with aGVHD, 7 was grade IaGVHD, 8 grade II and 1 grade III.
CONCLUSIONDecitabine bridging therapy followed by allo-HSCT in the treatment of MDS is safe and effective.
