Wanglaojichongfu Herb Tea was found to possess the following actions: (1)antibiosis and anti-inflammation, (2) diuresis, (3) inceasing the contraction power of smooth muscle of gastrointestinal canal, (4)promoting the peristalsis of intestinum, (5) contracting the trachea link, (6) decreasing the perfusion amount of lung. The toxic test suggested that the maximal tolerance dose of mice with its extract a day was 220 times as much as clinical administration dose.

Objective To investigate risk factors of Alzheimer's patients with aspiration pneumonia and inter-vention,to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods From January 2013 to June 2014,322 patients with Alzheimer's disease were selected,the incidence of aspiration pneumonia was analyzed,and the age,gender,depression Tian water test grading,underlying diseases,aspiration and other potential factors were analyzed to get risk factors of aspiration pneumonia,and summarized countermeasures.Results Multivariate analysis showed that underlying disea-ses (95%CI =1.694 -5.319,P =0.011),invasive procedures(95%CI =1.884 -6.362,P =0.001),depression Tian water test grade(95%CI =2.184 -9.636,P =0.000),malnutrition(95%CI =2.501 -11.114,P =0.000), Glasgow Coma Scale(95%CI =1.271 -3.569,P =0.011),were risk factors for Alzheimer patients with aspiration pneumonia(P <0.05).Conclusion Alzheimer's patients with inhalation pneumonia have multiple risk factors,more expectoration should be done for caring,e.g.oral care,in order to reduce the probability of pneumonia.

Objective: To study the action of Zhongjiangweiling Capsule (Fructus Amoni, Cortex cinnamoni, Rhizoma Alpiniae officinarum Radix Glycyrrhizae) on the experimental gastric ulcer. Methods: Area of ulcer, gastric juice volume, acidity and pepsin output were measured on experimental gastric ulcer models induced by the ligated pylorus and burned acetic acid and i.p Reserpine in rats. Results: Zhongjingweiling Capule showed to be able to reduce areas of ulcers, gastric juice volume, acidity and pepsin output. Conclusion: Zhongjingweiling Capsule had antiulcer effect in rats.

AIM: To study the effects of Zhongjingweiling Capsule (Fructus Amomi, Cortex Cinnamemi, Rhizoma Alpiniae Galangae, Fructus Foeniculi, Radix Glycyrrhizae, etc.) on analgesia, anti inflammation and gastrointestinal peristalsis inhibition. METHODS: The effect of analgesia was tested by the method of writhes and hot plate on mice. The effect of anti inflammation was tested by injecting acetic acid and implanting cotton pellet and xylene into mice. RESULT: Zhongjingweiling Capsule effectively inhibited the swelling of mouse pinna induced by xylene and the increase of peritoneal capillary permeability caused by the acetic acid injected into mice. The capsule also decreased the proliferation of granuloma caused by implantation cotton pellet significantly and had an abirritant effect on the algesia induced by acetic acid and hot plate. Besides, it effectively inhibited the gastrointestinal peristalsis. CONCLUSION: Zhongjingweiling Capsule is an effective medicine in anti inflammation, analgesia, and gastrointestinal peristalsis inhibition.

Objective To discuss the influence of psychological nursing on the therapeutic effect of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods Patients (60 cases) who received psychological nursing were set as the nursing group. Patients (65 cases) who did not received psychological nursing were set as the control group. The number of patients who received early insulin treatment and whose fasting plasma glucose return to normal value on the 7th and 30th days after treatment was observed. Results The number of patients who received early insulin treatment and whose fasting plasma glucose return to normal value on the 7th and 30th days after treatment in the nursing group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions Psychological nursing of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes could make patients obey doctors' advice and accept early insulin treatment to control plasma glucose and delete the toxicity of high concentration of plasma glucose as soon as possible.

Objective To build the schema of combination between commercially available ultrasound contrast agent SonoVue and self-made liposomes,and determine its efficiency. Methods Microbubbles was labeled by carbocyanines dye DiI. The effect of DSPE-PEG-FITC labelling was determined by flow cytometer to evaluate the insertion efficiency of the amphipathic molecule DSPE-PEG(2000)Amine into lipid monomers shell. Aminated fluorescent liposomes were prepared by rotary evaporation and their size were determined by laser particle size analyzer. Liposomes and microbubbles were combined by two-step glutaraldehyde crosslinking. The impact of liposome concentration and DSPE-PEG (2000)Amine concentration on the construction efficiency of the complex of SonoVue conjugated to liposomes was determined by flow cytometer and multifunctional ELIASA respectively. Results The configuration of SonoVue microbubbles labeled by DiI and DSPE-PEG-FITC showed fine. The combination between liposomes and microbubbles was realized by glutaraldehyde crosslinking. The flow cytometer showed that 200 μl liposomes solution per 200 μl microbubbles suspension was the optimal proportion, with the peak positive rate as (87.80 ± 5.91)%. Multifunctional ELIASA showed that 150 μl DSPE-PEG (2000)Amine (100 μm) solution per 200 μl microbubbles suspension was the optimal proportion, with the peak carry efficiency as (83.41±2.21)%. Conclusions The amination of commercially available SonoVue is realized by the insertion of DSPE-PEG (2000) Amine molecule. Glutaraldehyde crosslinking the liposomes and microbubbles is feasible. Moreover, we can choose other active groups to modify the microbubbles and liposomes, construct more convenient methods with higher efficiency.

Objective:To find out markers of endometriosis. Methods: The two dimensional gel images of proteins extracted from eutopic endometrium from endometriosis patients and controls were analyzed by software Phoretix 2D,and the proteins expressed differently were identified primarily by query of data base.The proteins extracted from ectopic endometrium of ovarian endometriosis were transferred from two dimensional gel onto nitrocellulose membranes,followed by incubation with sera from women with and without endometriosis. Analyzed by MALDI-TOF-MS,the proteins hybridized differently were identified through their Peptide Mass Footprints. Results: Having compared the reproducible two dimensional gel images of proteins from eutopic endometrium of women with and without endometriosis,we obtained 11 proteins expressed differently.Through Western Blot technique,we found three proteins hybridized differently which were identified as vimentin,?-actin and ATP synthase ? subunit respectively. Conclusion: The protein expression spectra of eutopic endometrium from patients with endometriosis are significantly different from those of the controls,and the anti-endometrial autoantibodies against vimentin, ?-actin and ATP synthase ? subunit may be induced.

[Objective] To observe the pharmacological action of Ganoderma Lucidum Brewage (GLB) in decreasing blood lipid. [ Methods ] Eighty rats were randimized into 8 groups: blank control (Group A), model ( Group B) high-dose GLB ( Group C), moderate-dose GLB ( Group D), low-dose GLB ( Group E), Ganoderma Lucidum Decoction (Group F), Ganoderma Lucidum Capsule (Group G) and Xuezhi Kang (Group H). So did the mice. Hyperlipidemia mouse models and rat models were induced by yolk and high-fat diet respectively. Effect of GBL in various doses to decrease blood lipid was observed in the two kinds of hyperlipidemia models and was compared with that of Xuezhi Kang, Ganoderma Lucidum Decoction and Ganoderma Lucidum Capsule. Objective To retrospectively analyze of clinical application of BF-XP60 micro-bronchoscopy.Methods 135 clinical data of patients who adopted ultrafine micro-bronchoscopy and intervention were collected and analyzed for the complications.Results The frequency of local rhinomusoca damaging and errhysis was in 3 cases,the mucous of the glottis damaging and errhysis was in 2 cases,local mucous of the tracheal bronchus errhysis was in 3 cases.After intervention,the frequency of fever was in 13 cases,massive haemorrhage was in 1 case,pneumothorax was in 1 case,chest pain was in 2 cases,part fiber of inner untrafine micro-bronchoscopy broken was in 2 cases,check failure due to ultrafine micro-bronchoscopy broken in trachea was in 4 cases,and arrhythmia,asphyxia,and death were in 0 case.The overall incidence of side effects was 22.9％ (31/135).Conclusion Application of ultrafine micro-bronchoscopy was contributed to find the lesions within the bronchioles and around the lungs,moreover,it could evaluate the distal bronchus of airway obstruction which was planned to adopt intervention.The topic that how to reduce the incidence of the side effects of the micro-brohchoscopy and improve the success rate and safety of inspection and intervention was worth to be concerned.

Objective To explore the influence of alimentary tract reconstruction after gastrectomy on the blood glucose level in patients with gastric cancers combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2004 to December 2009, the level of blood glucose and body weight before operation and 1,3,6 months after operation in 87 gastric cancer combined with type 2 diabetes mellims patients were retrospectively analyzed. These patients underwent different alimentary tract reconstructions,including 48 patients for Billroth I after distal subtotal gastrectomy (group A), 39 patients for esophageal Roux-en-Y jejunostomy after total gastrectomy (group B). Fasting blood glucose (FBG) level and body weight of these patients were compared. Results In group A, change of FBG before and after operation were not significant (P ＞ 0.05 ). The levels of FBG in group B were significantly lower in 1,3,6 months after operation [(6.7 ±0.8), (6.6 ±0.6), (6.8 ±0.7) mmol/L] than that before operation [(9.7 ± 1.4) mmol/L](P＜0.05). The lower value average difference of FBG at 1,3,6 months was significant between group A and group B (P＜0.05 ). In group B, 6 months after operation's total effective rate was 87.2% (34/39). Changes of body weight before and after operation in group A and group B were significant (P ＜ 0.05 ). But between two groups, the changes of body weight between 1,3,6 months and before operation were not significant (P ＞0.05).Conclusions Esophageal Roux-en-Y jejunostomy after total gastrectomy has obvious influence on FBG level in patients with gastric cancers combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It takes about 1 month to reveal the effect of operation and has nothing to do with weight loss.
