Objective To observe clinical curative effect of of aspirin combined with clopidogrel therapy in the treatment of diabetes complicating acute cerebral infarction.Methods 64 patients with diabetes combined with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into combined treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases),and the joint treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment was given aspirin and clopi-dogrel treatment,the control group on the basis of conventional treatment was given aspirin therapy.14 days before treatment and after treatment,the nerve function defect score(NIHSS)was evaluated,the Barthel index was used to assess daily life ability of patients.The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results Before treatment,NIHSS scores in the combined treatment group and control group were (10.59 ±4.40), (10.63 ±4.35)respectively,Barthel index were (29.40 ±11.50),(28.50 ±12.05)respectively.After treatment, NIHSS scores in the combined treatment group and control group were (5.65 ±1.52),(10.63 ±4.35)respectively, Barthel index were (70.60 ±16.50),(51.65 ±11.45)respectively.NIHSS score was lower than before treatment in the two groups (t =11.48,P <0.01,t =3.10,P <0.01),Barthel index was higher than before treatment(t =44.04, P <0.01;t =27.01,P <0.01),those of the combination therapy group were improved more significantly than the control group (t =12.06,P <0.01;t =19.12,P <0.01).Intracranial hemorrhage and serious adverse reactions were not observed in the two groups.Conclusion The curative effect of aspirin in combination with clopidogrel dual anti-platelet therapy in the treatment of diabetes and acute cerebral infarction was better than aspirin alone,and has better security.

In the patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) with hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection who underwent hemodialysis, the viral load of HBV DNA is relatively low and stable.For this phenomenon, some studies suggest that hemodialysis can reduce the HBV DNA load.The mechanism, which remains unclear, may be as follows: when HBV DNA enters the dialysate through the dialysis membrane, it was adsorbed onto the dialysis membrane;some virus particles were destroyed, and antiviral substances were produced in the course of hemodialysis.At present, there is no consensus on the mechanism responsible for the influence of maintained hemodialysis on the viral load of HBV DNA.This article reviews the factors involved in the influence of maintained hemodialysis on the viral load in ESRD patients with HBV infection and the recent progress.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes in different gesta-tional age. METHODS:The data of 121 women with gestational diabetes were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into observa-tion group (63 cases) and control group (58 cases) based on first use of insulin in different gestational age. All patients received dirt control [(calorie control in 30-35 kJ/(kg·d),55% carbohydrates,25% fat and 20% protein)];based on it,Biosynthetic hu-man insulin injection was injected before meals and at bedtime by 4∶2∶3∶1 with 4-6 units before pregnant 30 weeks according to the FPG and postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 h PG)levels in observation group,the blood glucose of women with gestational dia-betes was monitored to prevent the occurrence of complications such as hypoglycemia. Control group received Biosynthetic human insulin injection(the same dosage with control group)when no less than 30 weeks. The treatment course for both groups was 15 d. FPG and 2 h PG levels when first diagnosed and delivery,pregnancy outcomes and neonatal conditions in 2 groups were observed, and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded. RESULTS:When first diagnosed,there were no significant differences in FPG and 2 h PG levels in 2 groups(P>0.50). When delivery,FPG and 2 h PG levels in 2 groups were significantly lower than first di-agnosed,and observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The inci-dence of premature delivery,gestational hypertension,neonatal asphyxia,low-weight children and neonatal hypoglycemia in obser-vation group were significantly lower than control group,Apgar score was significantly higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and there were no significant differences in the incidence of polyhydramnios,multi-cesare-an and fetal macrosomia in 2 groups(P>0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Based on diet control,insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes before pregnant 30 weeks can effectively control blood glucose level and improve pregnancy outcomes,with good safety.

Methods We reviewed 37 cases of laparoscopic intrafascial hysterectomy and 45 cases of open intrafascial hysterectomy. Objective To investigate the current formaldehyde pollution levels in the decoration materials in Beijing. Methods Some of the detecting samples were collectted selectively by sampling and some were provided by the manufacturers voluntarily. The contents of formaldehyde in the samples were determined according to the National Standard Detecting Method for the threshold of harmful substances in decoration materials. Results The emission levels of formaldehyde in 15 of 27 man-made board samples were higher than 1.5 mg/L and the rate exceeding the national standard was 56%. The formaldehyde emission level from 1 of the 4 wall-dope samples was higher than the national standard. In 7 gooey samples,the content of formaldehyde in 1 sample was higher than the national standard. The detecting results of 3 wallpaper samples were all accorded with the national hygienic standard. Conclusion The results of this investigation indicated that some problems did exist in the current decoration materials made in our country. The relatively serious problem among them was that the emission level of formaldehyde from the man-made boards and its related products was much higher than the national standard.

Specific primers were designed according to published nucleotide sequence of FABP (fatty acid binding protein) gene in the GenBank database. The kozak sequence (CCACC) was introduced at the upstream of initiator. The total RNA was extracted from protoscoleces of Echinococcus granulosus (Inner Mongol isolate). The FABP gene cDNA fragment was amplified by RT-PCR and cloned into pMD19-T vector for sequencing and analyzing. The cloned FABP gene cDNA was with 402bp. The ORF encoded 133 amino acids. The amplified cDNA fragment was subcloned into pCDNA3.1(+)vector. The results showed that the nucleic acid vaccine candidate pcDNA-FABP-NM has been constructed.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of Toxoplasma gondii infection and awareness of toxoplasmosis?related knowledge among women with poor pregnant outcomes in Wuxi City. Methods A total of 217 women with poor pregnant out?comes from Wuxi City during the period of January 2011 to December 2015 were randomly selected as the study subjects( a study group),while 250 women with normal pregnancy were served as controls(a control group). The sero?prevalence of T. gon?dii infection was detected by using ELISA and compared between the study and control groups. The awareness of toxoplasmosis?related knowledge was investigated by using a self?designed questionnaire and compared between the study and control groups. Results The positive rate of anti?Toxoplasma antibody was 30.88%in the study group,which was significantly higher than that (8.8%)in the control group(χ2 =36.7,P<0.01). The positive rates of anti?Toxoplasma IgG and IgM antibodies were 20.74%and 10.14% in the study group respectively,which were significantly higher than those(6% and 2.8%)in the control group (χ2=22.53 and 10.74,both P values<0.01). In addition,the positive rates of anti?Toxoplasma,anti?Toxoplasma IgG and IgM antibodies were significantly higher in the women with missed miscarriage,natural abortion,stillbirth and birth defect than those in the women with normal pregnancy(all P values<0.05). The awareness rates of“Do you hear about Toxoplasma or toxo?plasmosis?”(P<0.01),“Do you know that breeding pet cats or dogs may cause Toxoplasma infection?”(P<0.05)and“Do you know that pregnancy women require the detection of Toxoplasma infection?”(P<0.01)were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group,while no significant differences were seen in the awareness rates of“Do you know that eat?ing hot pot may cause Toxoplasma infection?”,“Do you know that the use of chopping block in regardless of cooked and un?cooked food may cause Toxoplasma infection?”,“Do you know that Toxoplasma infection may transfer from mother to fetus?”,“Do you know that Toxoplasma infection may cause adverse pregnant outcomes like abortion,stillbirth or fetal abnormalities ?”, and“Do you know that the women infected with T. gondii during pregnancy require treatment?”between the two groups(all P values>0.05). Conclusions This study demonstrates higher prevalence of T. gondii infection in women with poor pregnant out?comes than in those with normal pregnancy in Wuxi City.
