1.Follow-up after treatment of CIN2~3
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(12):-
Treatment of CIN2~3 includes cervical ablation, cervical local excision and hysterectomy, while cervical local excision is the standard procedure for CIN2~3.The recurrence rate was 0.7%~21% after surgery treatment of CIN2~3;The high risk factors of recurring are positive margin, serious lesion and age over 40.The follow-up items for postoperation involve cytology, colposcopy,ECC and HPV testing; If there were 2 LSIL or 1 HSIL for cytology, the patients should be given colposcopy examination and ECC.Retreatment must be clinically individual one.It is the same significance for follow-up and treatment of CIN2~3.

China Pharmacist 2016;19(10):1869-1871
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Cassia leschenaultiana from different regions. Methods: The column was SinoChrom ODS-BP (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 , the detection wavelength was 285 nm, the column temperature was 25℃, and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results: The fingerprint consisted of 13 common peaks. The range of similarity for ten batches of Cassia le-schenaultiana was 0. 839-0. 998. And the reference fingerprint of Cassia leschenaultiana was established by HPLC. Conclusion: The fingerprint method is simple and reproducible, which can provide basis for the quality control and the medicinal resources exploration.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Constant infusion, exponentially declining infusion and program infusion of theophlline were administered to rabbits byadopting the rabbit population pharmacokinetic parameters in this laboratory, and the plasma concentrations of the drug was measured by ul- traviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that the plasma drug concentrations following exponentially declining infusion and program infusion attained the desired steady-state level at only 30 min, though the T1/2?= 6. 08h, The median absolute value of performance error in pro-gram infusion and exponentially declining infusion was 7. 8% and 14% respectively.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the effects of consolidation chemotherapy on postponing the relapse in patients with advanced epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods 44 patients with advanced epithelial ovarian carcinoma treated in our hospital from March 2000 to April 2004 were enrolled. Clinical complete remission was achieved after standard treatments in all these patients, and they were randomly assigned into consolidation group and control group. Relapse rate and Disease-free Survival were analyzed. Results 22 patients were assigned to consolidation group, and 22 patients as control group. The latest follow up examination was done in July 2005. Relapse rate was 45.5% in consolidation group, and 59.1% in control group (P=0.365). Mean relapse time in consolidation group was 25.3?9.3 months, and was 16.9?6.7 months in control group (P=0.019). Mean Disease-free Survival was 31.9?14.8 months in consolidation group, and was 22.7?12.9 months, in control group (P=0.033). Kaplan-Meier Survival Analysis showed no significant difference P=0.22. Conclusion Consolidation chemotherapy may postpone tumor relapse and prolong Disease-free survival in patients with clinical complete remission advanced epithelial ovarian carcinoma. While it hasn′t been proved but the results in present study did not prove that consolidation chemotherapy could lower relapse rate or elevate survival rate. Further study is needed to achieve better results.

Objective To investigate the effects of siRNA silencing enhancer of zeste homolo 2 (EZH2) on invasion and migration of cervical cancer cells and the molecular mechanisms. Methods The small interfering RNAs (siRNA) targeting EZH2 were transiently transfected into C33A cell line by lipofectamin2000.The effects of EZH2 on cell invasion and migration were detected by wound-healing assay, Transwell assay and soft agar colony assay. The expression of MMP2 was detected by Western blot. Results Downregulation of EZH2 expression by siRNA in C33A cell line significantly inhibited cell invasion and migration in vitro.Meanwhile, siRNA-mediated depletion of EZH2 reduced the expression of MMP2.Conclusion Knocking down EZH2 expression by siRNA could surpress invasion and migration of human cervical cancer cells, which might be related to downregulating MMP2 expression.

Objective To study the effects of ischemia postconditioning(IPC) in reducing ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI) in acute limp ischemia(ALI) and investigate the mechanism. Methods 45 New Zealand rabbits were treated with the method that combined high lipid diets and femoral intima injury by balloon inflation to build up limp atherosclerotic stenosis model, then they were randomly divided into three groups( each group 15 rabbits):control group;IR group and IPC group.Serum creatine phosphate kinase(CK),malondialehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) in three groups were measured before occlusion and 2 hours after sustaining reperfusion. The histological changes of limp skeletal muscle of experimental rabbits were analyzed and TUNEL method was used to access apoptosis of skeletal muscle cells. Results The levels of CK,M DA in IPC group were lower than IR group [ (7.49 ± 0.84)vs (8.19 ± 1.06),P<0.05],[ (3.67 ±0.36) vs (4.06 ±0.55),P <0.05] while SOD level was higher than IR group [ (420.40 ± 30.94 ) vs ( 384.73 ± 44.12),P < 0.05 ] ; The injury of skeletal muscles in I PC group was lighter than IR group and the apoptosis index of skeletal muscle cells was significantly decreased compared with that in IR group[(12.27+2.11)% vs (16.62 ± 1.44)%,P<0.01].Conclusion Applying IPC in acute limp ischemia could alleviate IRI and protect skeletal muscles. The mechanism was associated with oxidation resistance enhancing and the effects in reducing apoptosis of skeletal muscles induced by IRI.
