Objective The purpose of this paper is to study PGM1 genotyping by PCR RFLP.Method 300 unrelated individuals of Han were genotyped using PCR RFLP. The target amplificaton products of extron 4 and 8 of PGM1 gene were digested by Bgl II and Nla III respectively. The digested DNA fragments were typed by PAGE.Result This PGM1 RFLP system can discriminate 9 genotypes with Dp of 0 7450 in Han population.Compared with conventional PAGIEF, 1+2- and 1-2+ cant be differentiated and the rare genotypes also cant be detected by this method. The advantage of this method was PGM1 genotyping successfully in bloodstains stored for 25 years and with 0 1ng genomic DNA.PGM1 RFLP method is useful for forensic identification.

Aim To observe the timed analgesic effects by butabital (B), acetaminophen(A) and caffeine (C) in combination (BAC), in which the proportion was fixed as1. 25∶ 8. 1∶1. Method Three types of experimental methods, including the tailflicking method, the hot plate method and the pressurizing tail method, weretaken to determine indices at different times after the animals were adminstered(ig) high, median and low BAC dose. Results and conclusion BAC had a stronganalgesic effect in three types of experiments. The effect began 30 min after ad-ministration, arrived maximum at 1 h, decreased at 2 h and disappeared at 4 h.There was a dose-effect relationship between large and little BAC dose.

Objective To evaluate the effects of exercise therapy in the treatment of hemiplegia following cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Activities of daily living(ADL) scoring and Fugl Meyer test were performed in 46 patients with hemiplegia following cerebral hemorrhage undergoing exercise therapy before and after treatment. Results Significant improvement of ADL, upper extremity function, and balance and walking abilities was found after treatment( P

International Eye Science 2017;17(6):1055-1059
AIM: To research the correlation factor of the anterior segment values of eyes with different axial lengths.METHODS: In this study, 697 cases 697 eyes were included.According to axial length we divided all the cases into short axial length group, normal axial length group, mild long axial length group, moderate long axial length group and severe long axial length group. The relevant indicators of the anterior segment values of patients in the five groups was comparatively analyzed.RESULTS: In the short axial length group, the anterior chamber volume (ACV) showed a significantly negative correlation with age;anterior chamber depth (ACD) showed a significantly negative correlation with age.In the normal axial length group, the ACV showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with axial length(AXL);the anterior chamber angle (ACA) showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with AXL, and a significantly positive correlation with corneal curvature;the ACD showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with AXL.In the mild long axial length group, the ACV showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with AXL, and a significantly negative correlation with corneal curvature;the ACA showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with AXL, and a significantly positive correlation with corneal curvature;the ACD showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with AXL.In the moderate long axial length group, the ACV showed a significantly negative correlation with age;the ACA showed a significantly positive correlation with AXL;the ACD showed a significantly positive correlation with AXL.In the severe long axial length group, the ACV showed a significantly negative correlation with age. There were no significant differences on ACV, ACA and ACD among mild long axial length group, moderate long axial length group and severe long axial length group (P>0.05), while the difference between other groups was significant (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: There has a correlation between the anterior chamber values (ACV, ACA, ACD) age and AXL for eyes which AXL were 22-27mm, while the correlation would disappear as the AXL became shorter or longer. There was a significant growth trend of anterior chamber values for eyes with AXL <27mm.

Objective\ To prepare a digoxingen labelled cRNA probe for human tyrosine hydroxylase(hTH 2).Methods\ Using molecular cloning techniques the recombinant plasmid pGEMTH 2 was constructed.According to analysis of restriction endonucleases, the pGEMTH 2 contained the DNA fragment of hTH 2 gene and inserting sit preparation was correct for cRNA probe. From recombinant plasmid pGEMTH 2 prepared cRNA probe was identified by dot blot hybridization.Results\ The dot blot hybridization showed that the positive reaction sites were purple blue.Conclusion\ This probe prepared in present study was sensitive and reliable. This probe might provide a tool for identifying the effect of gene therapy in animal model of Parkinson disease.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(16):2170-2175
OBJECTIVE:To revise the accreditation standards of the national clinical pharmacy key specialty, promote the nor-malization and standardization of clinical pharmacy services and improve the service level of clinical pharmacy in our country. METHODS:Based on JCI international hospital accreditation ideas, suggestions for Clinical Pharmacy State Clinical Key Program Construction Score Standard for trial implementation (900 points) published by former Ministry of Health in 2012,were put for-ward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:For the problems that there were lack of pharmacy service institutional management, process control and quality management standards, some classification programs were not clear, and did not fully reflect the clinical phar-macy service quality and work effect evaluation requirements, corresponding revisions were proposed in terms of basic conditions, information management, clinical pharmacy work management system, etc. The revised standard pays more attention and refines the quality system construction in system, standard, process, quality control, effect evaluation, which can promote the enhance-ment of our clinical pharmacy service levels, normalization and standardization of clinical pharmacy services.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(24):-
Objective To study the long-term neurodevelopment in term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and explore the predictive value of cerebrospinal fluid neuron specific enolase (CSF-NSE) on long-term neurodevelopment outcome. Methods A mental and psychomotor scale for 0-4 years old was performed to evaluate the intelligence development of 39 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and 39 randomly selected healthy controls when they were at 3 to 24 months old. The former were tested for the level of CSF-NSE in jaundice climax. Results There was significant difference between 2 groups in total development quotient (DQ) tested at 3 month and 24 month old (P=0, 0.047). It was shown that the DQ scores for fine activity and social behavior were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group (Pa=0). Furthermore, within the hyperbilirubinemia group, CSF-NSE was significantly associated with DQ of 3 month and 24 month old, while there was not association with TSB. The correlation coefficients were -0.46(P=0.04) and -0.32(P=0.047),respectively.Conclusions Hyperbilirubinemia may influence long-term neurodevelopment of term infants and CSF-NSE can predict this outcome.
