Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2009;25(12):2309-2311
Phase-contrast magnetic resonance imaging (PC-MRI) is a valuable and noninvasive method for evaluating hemodynamics and assessing the severity of disease processes involving the cardiovascular system. The basical principles, influential factors and the applications of PC-MRI in the assessment of cardiovascular diseases were reviewed in this paper.

China Pharmacist 2017;20(2):317-320
Objective:To evaluate the utilization of antifungal drugs in Nanjing area, and provide clinical reference for the rational use of antifungal drugs. Methods:According to the sales data of antifungal drugs in 34 hospitals in Nanjing area from 2013 to 2015, the utilization of antifungal drugs was analyzed in respects of consumption sum, DDDs and DDC. Results:The consumption sum and use of antifungal drugs increased year by year. The maximum amount of consumption sum growth rate was 41. 13%. Triazole drugs oc-cupied the top of consumption sum during the past three years, and the sales amount accounted for more than 60% of all. In term of consumption sum, voriconazole, fluconazole, itraconazole and caspofungin ranked top 4 of antifungal drugs. Clotrimazole topical prepa-rations and oral itraconazole ranked top 2 of DDDs, and caspofungin, micafungin and voriconazole ranked top 3 of DDC. Conclusion:The clinical application of antifungal drugs continues to increase during 2013 and 2015. Invasive fungal infection is a lethal factor at high risk. Choosing reasonable, effective, safe and economic of antifungal drugs is the first principle in clinical treatment.

Objective To compare the different operation routes of laparoscopic right hemicolectomy (up‐to‐down vs.medial‐to‐lateral dissection sequences ).Methods In total ,56 cases enrolled in the Central Hospital of Wuhan between Janu‐ary 2013 and January 2014 were randomly divided into the up‐to‐down group and medial‐to‐lateral group.Statistical data in terms of general information ,operation time ,blood loss ,rate of conversion to open surgery ,number of lymph nodes harvested , postoperative complications ,time to first bowel movement and hospital stay time were compared and analyzed. Results The up‐to‐down group has the advantages of shorter operation time [(128.24 ± 21.14) min vs.(166.45 ± 30.23) min ,P<0.01] ,lower conversion rate(0% vs.7.14% ,P=0.035)and less blood loss= [(45.67 ± 10.66) mL vs.(78.45 ± 40.28) mL ,P<0.01] than the medial‐to‐lateral group. However ,there were no significant differences in terms of general information ,number of lymph nodes harvested ,rate of postoperative complications ,time to first bowel movement and hospital stay time (all P>0.05) .Conclu‐sion Taking the superiority of broad perspective ,clear image ,safety and less blood loss into consideration ,the up‐to‐down op‐eration route of laparoscopic right hemicolectomy deserves clinical recommendation.

Objective To explore the the effect of Omeprazole combined with operation on treatment of rupture of small intestine in closed abdominal injury. Methods From June 2014 to December 2014,64 cases in Xinchang county people's hospitalwith rupture of small intestine in closed abdominal were divided into the treatment group and the control group,32 cases in each group. The control group were treat with surgery, the treatment group were given surgery combined with Omeprazole. The total effective rate, quality of life, the recovery time of bowel sound and the echaust time in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate(90.6%,29/32)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in thecontrol group(75.0%,24/32),the difference is significant(P< 0.05).The life index in the treatment group is significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sound in the treatment group(15.3±2.6)h,is shorter than that in the control group(23.8±6.8)h; the exhaust time(23.6±2.2)h in the treatment group is lower than that in the control group(32.3±4.6)h,the differencesis statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion It can significantly improve the effect and postoperative indexes which omeprazole combined with surgical treatment on the treatment of rupture of small intestine in closed abdominal injury,Itshould be widely promoted.

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and mortality related risk factors in patients with acute superior mesenteric artery embolism (ASMAE).Methods Clinical data of forty-three confirmed ASMAE patients in the PLA General Hospital from June 2002 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were classified into the survival group (28 cases) and the death group (15 cases)according to the prognosis. The prognosis associated factors were further analyzed. Results The study group consisted of 31 men (72.1%)and 12 women (27.9%),with average age of (63 ± 11) years. The majority patients with ASMAE in our study had history of atherosclerotic diseases. The main clinical manifestationsincluded abdominal pain [100% (43/43)],nausea and vomitting [55.8% (24/43)],hematochezia [32.6% (14/43)].Abdominal CT scan was performed in 74.4% (32/43) patients with a high positive result of 96.9% (31/32).Weight loss occurred more frequently in survival group than in death group [32.1% (9/28) vs 6.7% (1/15),P =0.001].Moreover,weight loss has been shown as a protective factor for ASMAE survival (OR =0.75,P =0.038) by logistic analysis.Compared with the death group, the incidence of either peritoneal irritation sign or ascites was significantly lower in survival group [respectively 7.1%(2/28) vs 66.7% (10/15),14.3% (4/28) vs 73.3% (11/15),P <0.05],which were two independent risk factors of mortality(OR =8.51,P =0.014 ; OR =3.07,P =0.028).The incidence of main artery embolism of superior mesentery artery (SMA) in death group was higher than that in survival group [93.3% (14/15) vs 60.7% (17/28),P =0.023].Main artery embolism of SMA was also an independent mortality risk factor of ASMAE patients (OR =5.05,P =0.039).A total of 18 patients were treated with enterectomy.Intestine excision length was shorter in survival group than in death group [(82.8 ± 25.2) cm vs (141.0 ± 18.1)cm,P =0.017].The time from onset to operation in survival group was shorter than that in death group [(44.8 ±29.7) h vs (69.1 ±28.0) h,P =0.013].Conclusions Patients with ASMAE based on chronic ischemia have a relative good prognosis for survival.Peritoneal irritation sign, ascites and main artery embolism of SMA were independent risk factors for death in ASMAE.Intestine excision length and the interval from onset to operation may affect the mortality of ASMAE patients.

Objective To evaluate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease. Methods Twenty-one patients with complex congenital heart disease, who had undergone MRI examination were enrolled in this research. The MRI data of every patient was analyzed and abnormalities of anatomy was counted by two experienced cardiovascular radiologist.Surgical diagnosis (17 cases) or consistent diagnosis (4 cases) of ultrasonic, cardiac catheter and cardiac CT was regarded as reference standards.Accuracy and misdiagnosis rate were obtained. Results Twenty-one patients had 63 main abnormalities,61 malformations was found by MRI examination, the diagnostic accuracy was 96.8%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 4.8% (1 atrial septal defect (ASD) and 1 major aorta pulmonary collateral arteries (MAPCAS) were missed,1 arterialduct stump was misdiagnosed as patent ductus arteriosus (PDA).Conclusion MRI has excellent diagnosticaccuracy on complex congenital heart disease,it is another good noninvasive cardiac examination method beside ultrasonic.
