Chongqing Medicine 2013;(32):3926-3928
Objective To investigate the effects of different dose of edible liquor on cardiac structure and function in rats ,and explore its underlying mechanisms .Methods 54 male SD rats were randomly divided into saline group ,alcohol group ,liquor group , each group were further divided into low-,middle-and high-dose groups .After 12 weeks of feeding ,left ventricular pressure was de-termined ,and left ventricular pressure amplitude and indexes of HW /BW were calculated .Myocardial fibrosis was observed by Masson staining ,AngⅡ content of myocardial tissue were detected by ELISA ,and ACE and ACE2 mRNA expressions were detec-ted by RT-PCR ,respectively .Results Left ventricular pressure amplitude and HW/BW index were increased by both liquor and al-cohol .The myocardial cell turbidity ,degeneration ,hyperplasia of fibrous tissue change were gradually worsened ,and the AngⅡ con-tents and the ACEmRNA expressions of the myocardial tissue were also increased by both liquor and alcohol .The ACE2 mRNA ex-pression of the myocardial tissue were higher by low-dose liquor and alcohol ,while the ACE2 mRNA expression of the myocardial tissue were lower by middle-and high-dose liquor and alcohol .Conclusion Long-term alcohol consumption can damage the balance of cardiac ACE and ACE2 ,causing the increase of ACE ,AngⅡ and the decrease of ACE2 ,resulting in myocardial fibrosis ,whose degree is related to the amount of alcohol consumption and drinking history .
2.Influence of CD146-siRNA on epithelial-mesenchymal transition in human ovarian cancer cell line A2780
Journal of Chinese Physician 2014;16(10):1374-1376
Objective To investigate the influence of CD146-siRNA on epithelial-mesenchymal transition in human ovarian cancer cell line A2780.Methods The influence of loss of CD146 on the mRNA and protein expressions of E-cadherin,vimentin,and fibronectin was evaluated by real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blotting. Results Compared to non-transfected (control group) and those transfected with RNAi-NC (RNAi negative control group),the mRNA and protein expressions of Ecadherin were significantly increased in A2780 cell lines transfected with RNAi-CD146.The loss of CD146 expression down-regulated the mRNA and protein expression of vimentin and fibronectin(P < 0.05).Conclusions CD146-siRNA can suppress epithelial-mesenchymal transition in human ovarian cancer cell line A2780.
3.A new NK cell subset with antigen presentation function:IKDC cells
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2001;0(10):-
A new NK cell subset with antigen presentation function was recently found and called as interferon-producing killer dendritic cells (IKDC cells). These cells co-express surface markers of NK cells and DCs;functionally, they can secrete interferons, kill target cells and have antigen-presenting ability.IKDCs extensively exist in almost all lymphoid tissue or organs with similar phenotype, but recent studies indicated that IKDCs were developmently not from DC cells but from NK cells, the conclusion of which is still in its early stage. The discovery of IKDC will be help to understand the link between innate and adaptive immunity.
4.ADRENAL HEMATOMA: A REPORT OF 4 CASES AND REVIEW OF CHINESE LITERATURE
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
To investigate the cause, clinical features, differential diagnosis and treatment of adrenal hematoma, 4 cases were studied retrospectively. Chinese literature was reviewed. There were 4 cases diagnosed as adrenal hematoma pathologically among 282 cases of adrenalectomy in Chinese PLA General Hospital. Two cases were suspected as adrenal adenoma and the others were found incidentally during nephrectomy. Forty six cases of hematoma were reported in 7 Chinese articles since 1979. 26 1%(12/46)were misdiagnosed as adenoma for surgical treatment and 73 9%(34/46)were followed up. It is very important to have sound knowledge to make a correct diagnosis of adrenal hematoma. It is helpful to inquire the case history in detail and to do B type ultrasound repeatedly, CT scanning or MRI with contrast. Follow up is reasonable if it is not suspected to have malignant or hyperfunctioning adenoma.
5.The preparation method of total nutrient admixture
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2004;0(05):-
Objective: To study review the experience of the preparation method of total nutrient admixture(TNA).Methods: 273 patients receive TNA in 2005.More than 4 200 bags of TNA were prepared. Results: There were no infusion reaction and complication in clinical application because of unsuitable preparation.100 bags of TNA were detected for bacteris and all were negative. Conclusion: The ingredients of parenteral nutrition are various and the preparation is important.Strict aseptic technique and preparation procession are wanted.
6.Advances in innate lymphoid cells
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2015;(2):145-150,155
Natural killer (NK) cells have long been considered the only representative of lymphocyte lineages among the innate immune system ,but recent studies have revealed that several types of innate lymphoid cells ( ILC ) exist in both humans and mice. These newly identified ILC populations were mainly distributed at mucosal barriers ,regardless of their rarity ,they play important roles in the defense against pathogens and in the maintenance of tissue or organ homeostasis .In the early stages of ILC development ,a common ILC lineage-restricted progenitor exists and under the control of different transcription factors ,the progenitor can later give rise to different ILC subsets with distinct phenotypes and functions.Different ILC subsets exhibit distinct cytokine secretion profiles ,based on the categorization of helper T cell subsets , ILC family has been further classified into three groups. The finding of diverse ILC extremely enriches the content of innate immunity ,and also provides new insights into links between innate and adaptive immunity .
7.Biological characteristics and clinical implications of CALR mutations in classic myeloproliferative neoplasms
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2015;24(7):420-423,427
CALR mutations are discovered in classic myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) as a new biomarker very recently.CALR mutations occur in about 20 %-35 % essential thrombocythemia and primary myelofibrosis and are associated with some clinical features and favorable prognostic impact. This article reviews biological characteristics and clinical implications of CALR mutations in classic MPN.
8.Progress of coxsackievirus A10
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(5):335-339
Hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD)is a common class C infectious disease for children under 5 years of age in our country, which pathogens are multiple enteroviruses.Recent studies have found that coxsackievirus A10(CVA10)has become one of the main pathogens of HFMD gradually, and its infection is on the rise. Moreover, enterovirus 71(EV71), coxsackievirus A16(CVA16), coxsackievirus A6(CVA6), and CVA10 co-circulate has appeared. The CVA10 cell receptor is recombinant kringle containing transmembrane protein 1(KRM1), and the specific neutralizing antibody is named 2G8.The vaccines in related animal models are inactivated vaccines and virus-like particle vaccines. This paper reviews on aspects of cell receptors, neutralizing antibodies, vaccines researches and animal models about CVA10, providing some ideas for the prevention and control of HFMD.
9.Effect of Early Bilateral Limbs Rehabilitation on Stroke Patients
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(6):494-495
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of early bilateral limbs rehabilitation on nerve function of stroke patients.Methods60 cases of acute stroke were divided into unilateral group and bilateral group with 30 cases in each group. Cases in bilateral group were treated by training healthy side and sick side limbs alternatively and electric stimulating bilateral limbs at same time. Cases in unilateral group were treated only on sick limbs (both training and electric stimulating). After 4 weeks treatment, neurological deficit evaluation (NDE), motor function and activities of daily living of all cases in two groups were assessed.ResultsAfter treatment, scores of NDE, Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment Scale and Barthel index of patients of bilateral group were 9.9±4.52, 71.21±22.43 and 78.6 ± 20.17 respectively. Those of patients of unilateral group were 13.46±9.2, 52.21±17.68 and 54.2±16.34 respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01) after 4 weeks treatment.ConclusionEarly rehabilitation can improve nerve function of stroke patients and the effect of bilateral limbs rehabilitation is better than that of unilateral limbs rehabilitation.
10.Biological character of immortalized rat astrocyte strain by transferction of simian large T antigen gents
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(06):-
Objective To study the biological character of rat astrocyte strain immortalized by simian virus 40 large T antigen gene(SV40Tag) and explore the feasibility of using it as cell vehicle for transgenic cellular analgesia. Methods Rat cerebral cortical astrocytes (AST) and immortalized rat astrocyte strain (IAST) were cultured in vitro. Morphology and growth features of AST and IAST were examined and compared after subculture, freezing and recovery. The ultrastructure of the cells was observed by transmission electron microscopy. The glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in these cells was detected by immuno-cytochemistry. The cell proliferation rate and cell cycle were determined by bromodeoxyuridine labelling and flow cytometry. AST and IAST were cultured in soft agar and inoculated in nude mice to investigate the tumorigenesis of IAST. Results LAST could be subcultured successively. The cells remained monolayer, anchorage dependent and the growth was attachment-inhibited. When AST was subcultured for only 10 passages, replicative senescense began. Subculture, freezing and recovery did not influence the shape and proliferation of IAST (94%?5%) , but decreased the vitality rate of AST (54%?4% ) (P
