Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2009;18(3):257-261
Objective To investigate the effects of somatostatin(SST)or vasoaetive intestinal peptide (VIP)on the expression of MAdCAM-1 in the intestinal muecosa of rats with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS)and its significance of prevention and treatment of MODS.Method Thirty six Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups(6 rats in each group),including control group,VIP group 1 and SST group1 (rats treated with VIP and SST respectively),MODS group(rats with MODS),VIP group 2 and SST group 2(NODS rats treated with VIP and SST respectively). The rat model of MODS(system inflammatory response syndrome,>2 or-gans dysfunction)was established by occlusion of superior mesenteric arteries.0.2 ρmol·g-1 h -11 VIP or SST by intravenous injection combined with 0.25 ρmol/g VIP or SST by intraperitoneal injection were injected into rats.In each group, intestinal lymphocytes from rats labeled with 51 Cr were infused into rat veins and were quantified with γcounter in GALT.The expression of MAdCAM-1 in the intestinal mucosa was measured by western blot.Inflam-mation in the intestinal mucosa was evaluated with histological sections.Student's t test was used to assess differ-ence between the experiment group and the control group. Results In VIP group l and SST group 1,the peak values of MAdCAM-1 expression in diffusive lymphatic tissue of small intestinal were 157.67±2.52 and 154.33±3.22.and those in Peyer patches were 136.00±1.00 and 137.00±1.00.There were no significant difference when compared with control group(165.33±1.53,152.67±2.31,P>0.05).The percentage of 51 Cr-lympho-cytes in diffusive lymphatic tissue of small intestine(1.04%±0.59%,1.01%±0.83%)showed no significant difference from control group(1.07%±0.61%,P>0.05),and those in Peyer patches(1.83%±0.90%,1.56%±0.64%)were significantly less than control group(3.85%±2.02%,P<0.05).In VIP group 2 and SST group 2,the peak values of MAdCAM-1 expression in diffusive lymphatic tissue of small intestinal(158.00±2.65,154.33±1.53)and Peyer patches(156.33±1.53.151.33±2.31)were significantly less than MODS group(175.33±2.52,173.00±2.65,P<0.05).The percentage of 51 Cr-lymphocytes in diffusive lymphafic tissue of small intestine(1.58%±0.42%,1.45%±0.26%)and Peyer patches(2.14%±1.49%,0.81%±0.35%)were significantly less than MODS group(3.23%±1.69%,5.04%±1.23%,P<0.05)and the se-vere histopathological danlage in intestine was relieved. Conclusions VIP or SST reduced intestinal lymphoeytes homing to GALT in rats with MODS through suppressing the expression of MAdCAM-1,and attenuated the inflam-matory injure in the intestinal mucosa.
4.Comparison of effects between Leep knife operation and Vaginal ligation operation in submucous uterine myoma
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;22(9):1353-1355
Objective To compare the clinical application value between Leep knife operation and Vaginal ligation operation in submucous uterine myoma during the basic-level hospital. Methods According to digital table method,63 cases with submucous uterine myomas were randomly divided into the trial group and control group,33 cases in the trial group used the Leep knife,30 cases in the control group used vaginal ligation operation. Results The amounts of the trial group such as operation time, complications bleeding, operation stump bleeding rate and menstrual disorder improvement rate were (8 ± 3)min,(7 ± 3)mL,0.0%,91.0%,while the amounts of the control group were (10 ± 3) min,(10 ± 4) mL,13.3%,70.0%.The difference was statistically significant (t =2.642,3.387,x2 =4.698,4.455,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Leep knife operation is better than Vaginal ligation operation, because it has shorter operation time, less complications bleeding, lower operation stump bleeding rate and higher menstrual disorder improvement rate.It is worthy of applying in the basic-level hospital.

7.Matrix Metalloproteinase and Cerebral Ischemic Injury
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2008;16(9):703-706
The studies of animal models have shown that the expression of matrix metalloprotease (MMP) is abnormal during cerebral ischemia/reperfusion,which indicating that it is associated with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury, especially MMP-2,MMP-3 and MMP-9 play the important roles in the pathogenesis of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Understanding of the roles and expressions of MMP,the factors affecting its expression, and the studies and application of the related antibodies in cerebral ischemic/reperfusion injury may provide a new alternative for the early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(12):1765-1767
Objective To explore the hypoglycemic effects of Viola tianshanica Maxim. Methods Extraction conditions by orthogonal design research,in total flavonoids as index by reflux extraction for Viola tianshanica Maxim extracted.Established mouse model of diabetes with streptozotocin(STZ),reused Viola tianshanica Maxim extract for hypoglycemic experiment. The mice were divided into high dose group, middle dosage group, low dose group, blank control group, positive control group and normal mice group,15 mice in each group. The mice blood glucose and body weight of the different groups were observed. Results Viola tianshanica Maxim in a high concentration had significantly hypoglycemic effect in diabetic mice, average blood glucose level decreased from (18.4±5.8)mmol/L to (11.6±3.4)mmol/L,and the concentration of the extract could reduce the level of blood glucose in diabetic mice, average blood glucose level decreased from (24.8±5.6)mmol/L to (18.5±4.6)mmol/L,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Viola tianshanica Maxim crude extract has a certain hypoglycemic effect.
10.Application of NAT Connection Between Configuration Hospital and Medicare Data Center
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Objective In order to meet the needs of Medicare patients, hospitals use existing network equipment to implement the connection with Data Center of Medicare without changing the present frame. Methods Network Address Translation function (NAT) was used to translate equipment IP address that hospital needs to connect with data center of Medicare into legal IP address in data center of medicare. Results The author used existing NAT function of equipment to reduce the repeating purchase for network equipment and successfully realized the connection between hospital and Data Center of Medicare. Conclusion Using NAT devices not only does not need to change the local IP address but effectively overcomes the lack of legal IP addresses, and what's more, network security is further strengthened.
