With regard to the bounded linear continuous-time system, a universal chaotic anti-controlling method was presented on the basis of tracking control. A tracking controller is designed to such an extent that it can track any chaotic reference input, thus making it possible to chaotify the linear system. The controller is identical in structure for different controlled linear systems. Computer simulations proved the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Yangrong Tablets (JYT) on mice with cyclophosphamide-induced low immunity. Methods Sixty NIH mice were equally randomized into 6 groups: low-, middle-and high-dose JYT groups (4、8 and 16gkg-1d-1 respectively), batyl alcohol group (0.055gkg-1d-1), model group and normal group. The mice received gastric gavage of the corresponding drug according to the experimental design. On the 5th day of medication, the mice received intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide 200mg/kg to induce the models of low immunity. The method of multiplex PCR was set up to identify two or three transgenes in one reaction such as uidA and bar; uidA and IDx5 or uidA, bar and 1Dx5 genes. Three sets of primer pairs which was specific to each of these three genes respectively were designed and synthesized. Recombinant plasmids pAHC25 and p1Dx5 harboring uidA + bar and 1Dx5 gene separately were used as template DNA in the process of optimizing an multiplex PCR reaction. The optimal annealing temperature for uidA and bar MPCR is range from 57. 1℃-62. 3℃ , for uidA and 1Dx5 is range from 60℃ to 60. 6℃ , and for uidA、bar and 1Dx5 range from 57. 0℃-58. 4℃. The amount of template for MPCR is twice as much as that for simplex PCR, while the concentration of primers is the same with simplex one. Less than 50bp MPCR products can be separated clearly by 10% non-denaturalized polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis. Fourteen transgenic wheat lines were tested by multiplex and simplex PCR respectively, which shows the same results and hence presents that MPCR is the reliable, rapid and high-effective approach to detect foreign genes from transgenic plant.

In this study, plate transparent circle by Davis method was introduce firstly screening ?-Rhamnosidase high-yield strain. The spore-sprouted Aspergillus niger 8-hour were mutagenized by ethyl methane sulphonate and pre-screened via transparent circle. 11% mutants yield 40% higher of ?-rhamnosidase than the original strain. A high-yield strain, T-226 with the highest ?-rhamnosidase activity of 373.4 U/mL was finally selected from these potential high-yield mutants after rescreened by shake flask fermentation twice. When the T-226 strain was fermented in 5 L bioreactor, the enzyme activity could reach to 631.9 U/mL after 84 h. Thus, the established screening method is highly efficient to isolate ?-rhamnosidase high-yield mutant of A. niger.

OBJECTIVETo study on the expression and genomic imprinting status of IGF2 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma.

METHODSRT-PCR semi-quantitation analysis was used to test IGF2 in paired hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent normal tissue. Restriction fragment length polymorphism was used to detect the imprinting status of IGF2. The relationships between the expression level of IGF2, its imprinting status, and clinical information were analyzed.

RESULTSThe expression pattern of IGF2 was quite variable among the various HCC cases; the expression of IGF2 mRNA on cancer tissue was significantly higher than that on paired normal tissues (t=3.695); LOI was found in 11 HCC cases.

CONCLUSIONSIt is supposed that the enhanced expression of IGF2 gene was involved in the carcinogenesis of HCC; LOI of IGF2 may be a prophase manifestation of hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the precision of BREEZE~(TM) glucose monitor and correlation of glucose measurements between fingertip capillary whole blood glucose(CBG)using BREEZE~(TM) glucose monitor and venous plasma glucose(VPG)using autoanalyzer.Methods All samples of venous plasma and fingertip blood from 188 diabetes or non-diabetes patients were detected for glucose level at fasting,30,60 and 120 min postprandial.BREEZE~(TM) glucose monitor and autoanalyzer measured CBG and VPG respectively.Intra-and inter- coefficients of variations were determined using 10 BREEZE~(TM) glucose monitors with normal,slight high and high glucose levels for the three lots of strips.Results The correlation coefficients between CBG and VPG were all higher than 0.950 at fasting and different postprandial time.98.94% of all measurements were in the A zone when using error-grid analysis.The relevant differences between CBG and VPG were less than 5% at different blood glucose concentrations.The intra-and inter-coefficients of variations of blood glucose values at different blood glucose concentrations using different lots of strips were within 5%.Conclusion BREEZE~(TM) glucose monitor provides high accurate and precise glucose readings on fasting and different postprandial time points over a variety of blood glucose concentrations.

Objective To study the influence of electro-acupuncture(EA)at Zusanli points(足三里穴) on the apoptosis of thymocytes in rats with abdominal infection and its mechanism.Methods A total of 40 Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into four groups,including normal control group,model group,non-acupoint group and Zusanli group.The abdominal infection model of rat was made by cecal ligation and puncture(CLP).After abdominal cavity infection for 36 hours,the apoptosis of thymocytes was observed under electron microscope and light microscope,and the apoptosis ratio of thymocytes was determined by Annexin V-PI method with flow cytometry technique.The content of Bcl-2 protein of thymocytes and concentration of corticosterone in plasma were determined.Results Abdominal infection resulted from CLP could significantly increase the apoptosis of thymocytes and lead to the typical histopathological changes of apoptosis of thymocytes under electron microscope and light microscope.Apoptosis ratios of thyrnocytes in model group[(44.7?3.3)%],non-acupoint group[(42.7?3.0)%]and Zusanli group[(32.6?3.3)%] were significantly higher than the ratio in the control group[(21.2?2.3)%,all P0.05).Abdominal infection resulted from CLP also could reduce the content of Bcl-2 protein of thymocytes.The content of Bcl-2 protein of thymocytes in model group(71.2?5.6),non-acupoint group(73.5?5.9)and Zusanli group(82.4?6.8) were significantly lower than normal control group(95.3?6.3,all P
