Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
We determined the polysaccharide content of different grade Xinjiang Lycium Barbarum L. in the way of colo]rimetry of phenolsulfuric acid at 490nm wavelength. All of them contained polysaccharide, But the higher content was found to be in big, red and thick fruits.
2.Biological characteristics of tumor infiltrating regulatory T cells and the application of regulatory T cells in tumor immunotherapy
Cancer Research and Clinic 2021;33(5):397-400
Regulatory T cells (Treg cells) have a critical role in the maintenance of immune homeostasis. However, tumor infiltrating Treg (TITR) contributes to weaken anti-tumor specific immune response through enhancing immunosuppressive effect in tumor microenvironment (TME), leading to tumor escape from immune surveillance. Recently, Treg cells-based immunotherapy has achieved good anti-tumor effects with the appearance of immune checkpoint inhibitors, chemokines and their receptors antagonists, specific Treg cells selective target genes knockout and novel drugs. This paper reviews the biological characteristics of TITR and discusses the prospect and application of Treg cells-based immunotherapy.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2011;46(8):890-5
With the development of drug discovery, more and more candidate compounds need to be studied. Methods that can screen compound rapidly received significant attention. Parallel artificial membrane permeability assay (PAMPA) as a powerful tool has been applied to drug studies. It uses an artificial lipid membrane to mimic the barrier for drug permeability studies. This article introduces the establishment and characteristics of PAMPA, as well as its applications in screening compounds. It can be used as models (e.g. predicting the ability of compound in gastro-intestinal absorption, blood-brain barrier transportation and skin penetration) by changing the component of artificial lipid membrane. PAMPA has advantages in high throughput selection of valuable compound with low cost, versatile, low dose, and good reproducibility.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of wheat-sized moxibustion in treating epigastric pain due to deficient cold of spleen and stomach. Method Fifty-six patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 28 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by wheat-sized moxibustion; the control group was by orally taking Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets. For both groups, 7 treatment sessions were taken as a course, and the therapeutic efficacies were evaluated after 2 courses. Result There were significant differences in comparing the total effective rate, pain score, and relapse rate between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion It can be confirmed that wheat-sized moxibustion is effective in treating epigastric pain due to deficient cold of spleen and stomach, and it can effectively lower the relapse rate and significantly reduce the sufferings brought by the recurred symptoms.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;(1):65-68
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of different processes ofBaijin Capsule to treatment of mice with chronic unpredictable stress-induced depression. Methods Chronic unpredictable stress was used to establish depression mice models. Experimental mice were divided into the following groups according to body mass: model group, positive medicine group, artware one (traditional process) high-dose and low-dose groups, and artware (refining process) two high-dose and low-dose groups. All medication groups were given relevant medicine for gavage. By detecting the two behavior indexes, immobility time of swimming and tail suspension of mice, the anti-depression effects of traditional process and refining process ofBaijin Capsule were investigated. By detecting autonomic activities and body mass, tested medicine was examined for function state of central excitation and changing animal body. Results The times for automatic activities ofBaijin Capsule in the model and artware (refining process) two high-dose and low-dose groups were (138.27±40.70)s, (100.01±34.75)s and (88.15±30.62)s, respectively, with statistical significance (P<0.01); the mice swimming immobility times in the model and artware (refining process) two low-dose groups were 668±19 and 705±24, respectively, with statistical significance (P<0.01); the mice tail suspension immobility times in model and artware (traditional process) one high-dose groups group were (28.14±1.25)g and (26.43±2.58)g, respectively, with statistical significance (P<0.05); the mice tail suspension immobility times in model and artware (refining process) two high-dose groups were (98.29±36.90)s and (87.54±30.05)s. Mice tail suspension immobility time in artware (refining process) two high-dose group decreased, without statistical significance. Conclusion Refining process ofBaijin Capsule can effectively be used to treat mice with chronic unpredictable stress-induced depression, and the efficacy is superior to the traditional process.
8.The improvement of archives system for medical equipment management
China Medical Equipment 2014;(7):86-87
Objective: To improve the database of medical equipment archives system and manage medical equipment more scientifically and efficiently. Methods:According to the needs of medical equipment management, the problems of medical equipment archives system would be analyzed and addressed. Results:In recent medical equipment archives system, the database of usage rate, cost-effectiveness, maintenance costs and property management should be improved. Conclusion:The improved archives system could provide reliable basic data and multi-faceted sharing for medical equipment dynamic management.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2001;0(05):-
Objective To characterize the relationship between diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) and serum anti gangliosides antibody(GS). Methods Elderly patients were divided into three groups: patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) showing no DPN,DM group, 25; DPN group, 32; healthy control group, 30. The nerve conduction velocity was measured using Nicolet Viking type IV electromyography(USA). The anti GSIgM Ab and anti GSIgG Ab were examined by solid enzyme immunoassay, and interleukin 1?(IL 1?), IL 2,tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF ?), HbA 1C and NO were also measured. Results The positive rate of anti GSIgM Ab and anti GSIgG Ab in DPN group being 65.6% and 34.4% respectively, was obviously higher than those in N group and DM group(P

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and the safety of the direct coronary stent implantation Methods Retrospectively reviewed the clinical and angiographic data of 139 patients received direct coronary stent implantation, follow up was performed in 95 of these patients Results The direct coronary stenting procedure was successful in 133 (95 7%) of 139 cases In residual 6 (4 3%) failure cases, the stent could not cross the lesion and was successful retrieved in 2 cases, balloon predilation was added In 4 cases the stent did not completely cover the lesion or dissection appeared after direct stenting, the second stent was deployed Angiographic success was achieved in all the 139 cases without major adverse coronary events during in hospital In 7 (7 4%) of 95 cases the target lesion needed repeat PTCA because of significant restenosis during 1~23 months (median 4 7 months) of clinical follow up Conclusion Direct coronary stent implantation is feasible and safe in selective patients It can save the cost of one balloon catheter
