1.Expression of GDF-15 in chronic mountain sickness rat model and discussion of the relationship with GDF-15 and hepcidin
The Journal of Practical Medicine 2015;31(14):2255-2257
Objective To determine the growth differential factor 15 (GDF-15) in CMS rat model, investigate the significance of GDF-15 in CMS and the relationship between GDF-15 and hepcidin. Methods 32 rats of CMS model were taken as experimental group (EXP), the other 16 rats fed in Xining (CON) were taken as control group. The mRNA and protein expression levels of GDF-15 were detected respectively. Results Compared with that in CON group, the level of mRNA and protein of GDF-15 were significantly higher in EXP group (P<0.01). GDF-15 and EPO had correlation in EXP (r=0.397, P=0.031), but had no correlation with serum hepcidin in EXP (r = -0.224, P = 0.218). Conclusion GDF-15 can promote CMS and represent erythrocytosis, while GDF-15 has no inhibition to the expression of hepcidin.
2.Caveolin-1 with tumour
International Journal of Surgery 2013;(6):398-401
Caveolin are a family that proteins are highly conserved and located at the mammalian plasma membrane. They include four isoforms:Cav-1,Cav-2,Cav-3 and Cav-4.Caveolin proteins are implicated in endocytosis, lipid metabolism and cellular signaling. There is recent evidence that Cav-1 expression levels in tumour have been associated with tumour growth and metastasis, stromal car-1 expression downregulated have been also associated with mutli-tumor metastasis.
3.Clinical and Molecular Epidemiological Characteristics in Children with Measles
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To analyze the clinical and molecular epidemiology in children with measles in Shanghai and identify the clinical characteristics and the prevalent genotype of measles virus. Methods The clinical features of measles-such as ages of onset, crowds and epidemiological data were retrospectively analyzed in 39 children with measles from Nov.2005 to Jun.2006 in Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University. Results of blood routine test, liver function test and chest X-ray were also included.Sputum examinations were carried out on the ones who had bronchitis or bronchopneumonia.Throat swab specimen within 3 days of the onset of rashes were collected and were sent to Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of Shanghai to isolate measles virus, then the genotypes of the isolated viruses were determined subsequently in CDC of China. Results Twenty-nine cases out of the 39 children were from foreign provinces (74.36%).Among of them,24 cases were younger than (or as young as) 9 months old.Among the 39 cases,35 children had never been inoculated with measles vaccine, and to speak of the ones who were younger than 8 months, the ratio was 57.14%.Five cases out of the 39 children had contacted with measles sufferers.Clinical manifestation were fever, rashes,Koplik spots and catarrh.Twenty-three cases were co-infected with respiratory system and only 8 cases were identified as infection with bacteria or other viruses. The genotype of all analyzed measles viruses belongs to H1a.Conclusions There are also some changes in age groups and endemic distribution, such as younger age and more immigrants except for the typical clinical manifestation of fever, rashes,Koplik spots and catarrh. The predominant genotype is still H1a as in most parts of China. There is no evidence to demonstrate any relationship between the raised morbidity of measles and the genovariation of measles virus.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(10):1999-2003
Totally 80 rats were randomly divided into the control group, the model group, low, middle and high dose (25, 50, 100 mg x kg(-1)) scutellarin( SC) groups and the colchicine ( Col) group. Apart from the blank group, all of the remaining groups were intraperitoneally injected with 0.5 mL pig serum twice every week for consecutively 13 weeks and orally administered with the corresponding drugs since the 9th week. The blank group and the model group were orally given equal volume of normal saline once every for consecutively four weeks. After the experiment, efforts were made to detect the contents of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspertate aminotransferase (AST), albumin (ALB), total protein (TP), total bilirubin (TBIL), hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN) and collagen type IV (CIV), collect liver tissues of fixed positions, observe the pathological changes through hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, conduct the pathological grading for liver fibrosis, determine the expressions of hepatic collagen type I and III (C I, C III) and calculate their color rendering index. Compared with the model group, low, middle and high dose (25, 50, 100 mg x kg(-1)) SC groups could decrease the contents of ALT, AST, TBIL, HA, LN, CIV, increase the contents of ALB, TP in serum and reduce the contents of C I, C III in liver tissues. In conclusion, scutellarin has a certain therapeutic effect on immune liver fibrosis in rats induced by pig serum.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(7):863-868
The standardized resident training is an important part of continuing medical education in China, which plays a vital role in the cultivation and development of doctors. At present, the standardized resident training system in our country is at an exploratory stage and different from those advanced countries. This paper contrastively analyzed the domestic and foreign standardized resident training modes from the perspectives of education patterns, training years, training organizations, training contents, assessments, and financial sources.By learning from the advanced experience of those foreign countries,it provided the reference for the standardized resident training system in China.

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 1997;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between antiendothelial cell antibodies(AECA)and anticardiolipin antibodies(ACA)in patients with lupus nephritis. Methods 58 sera from patients with lupus nephritis were studied. ELISA technique were used to detect both AECA and ACA, and immunoblotting was performed to determine specific endothelial targets. Results The prevalence of IgG-AECA and IgG-ACA positive were 36.2% and 39.7% respectively in the patients with lupus nephritis. 17 out of 23 patients with ACA had higher titers of AECA, while only 4 out of 35 patients without ACA were AECA positive(P

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(02):-
Objective To optimize a preparation technique of Pingfenggujin Granule. Methods The technique was determined by the orthogonal design with content of Astragalosides, polysaccharides and the rate of dried extracts. The contents of polysaccharides and Astragalosides were determined by UV and ELSD-HPLC respectively. Results The optimum water-extraction technique was to steep 2.5 h, ten times of water as much as weigh of total drugs and extract three times, 2 h each. Conclusion The optimum technique is feasible, and the method of content determination is accurate and reliable.

Objective To investigate the causes and prevention of hemorrhage and recurrent laryngeal nerve injury during the endoscopic thyroidectomy via the breast areola approach. Methods Totally 36 patients underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy via the breast areola approach from January 2006 to January 2008.Results All the procedures were completed under an endoscope with a mean operation time of 105 min(50 to 180 min),and mean blood loss of 30 ml(20 to 150 ml).None of the patients were converted to an open surgery. One patient developed fat liquefaction, and one showed subcutaneous emphysema,no patient had injuries to any of the nerves or the parathyroid glands. The drainage tube was removed in 24 to 72 months after the surgery. The patients were discharged from the hospital 3 to 7 days postoperation.Postoperative pathological examination showed thyroid adenoma in 7 cases and thyroid nodular goiter in 29.The 36 patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months with a mean of 12 months.During the period,3 patients complained of chest symptoms and were cured spontaneously in 3 to 7 months. All the patients were satisfied with the aesthetic outcomes, none of them had local recurrence of the tumor. Conclusions Endoscopic thyroidectomy via the breasts areola approach is feasible and effective with good short-term and aesthetic outcomes.
