Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(12):-
Objective To assess result with multi-measures operation for adhering otitis media. Methods The operation of 100 cases(110 ears) were used by mauto-bone,absorbable merogel, tympanic chorda nerve as a spring press prostheses etc,and were followed up for example auto-bone cup pole or gung-pole as total and partial ossicular replacement prostheses, scute rebuild. Results 110 ears mean air-bone gap(AB gap) was(38.60?12.70)dB pre-operation.It was(15.28?11.69)dB post-operation.The AB gap closure to with in 20dB as succeed achieved in 70%(77 ears).AB gap closure in 10 dB as best result in 40%(44 ears).Air conduction was under 40dB in 75%(83 ears).AB gap closure not enough 10 dB and air conduction over 40 dB as no effect was 6%(7 ears). Conclusion As long as technique measures is right, even though adhering middle ear has much difficulty in operation, the succeed rate can gain 70%,but still 30% has no satisactory effect, more study is necessary.
3.The study progress and second-line chemotherapy of small cell lung cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2000;0(06):-
Small cell lung cancer(SCLC) is an chemosensitive and radiosensitive malignant tumor which can appear hematogenous metastasis in early stage. The treatment of SCLC is based on chemotherapy and combined with radiotherapy and operation. In spite of the high response rate, the median time from drug-resistance to death of extensive SCLC is still disappointed. As to limited SCLC, there are still 75 % ~ 80 % patients relapse after inductive chemotherapy and radiotherapy. All in all, the second-line therapy is very important in SCLC patients.
4.Advances in therapeutic options of peripheral T-cell lymphoma
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2016;43(4):166-169
To date, the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCL) has lagged behind B-cell malignancies. Traditionally, para-digms for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma were applied to patients with PTCL, but the outcomes were poor. Recently, the FDA has ap-proved four drugs for patients with relapsed/refractory PTCL, and the Japanese government has approved of anti-CCR4 monoclonal an-tibody for patients with adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma. Clinical studies are exploring the combination of these new agents into stan-dard CHOP-based regimens for patients with newly diagnosed PTCL. Recent studies have revealed that PTCL may be associated with epigenetic dysregulation and is thus sensitive to histone deacetylase inhibitors. These advances provide a new understanding of PTCL, whose therapeutic options will be presented in this review.
5.Cisplatin-based Sequential Chemoradiotherapy for the Complete Obstructive Esophageal Carcinoma.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(02):-
Objective In order to finish radiotherapy, improve local control rate and prolong survival period, dysphagia of complete obstructive esophageal carcinoma was treated by sequential chemo-radiotherapy. Methods From Apr.1999 to Oct.2003, the 21 patients of complete obstructive esophageal carcinoma were analysed retrospectively. The 21 patients were thoracic esophageal carcinoma, which accounted for 2.4% in all of esophageal cancinoma patients treated by radiotherapy in the same period. They were divided into two groups:10 patients in group R received radiotherapy only, while 11 patients in group C + R received chemo-radiotherapy .For both groups, the same radiation technic was carried out by conventional fractionation, 180~200cGy/F,five times every week. For group C+R, 8 cases were treated with DF chemotherapy regimen, 3 with NP. 12~18 days After chemotherapy, radiotherapy was followed. Results In group R, 9 cases give up radiotherapy because dysphagia was not improved, one case was treated six weeks. Dysphagia was not improved in the ten patients. They died within 1~2 months from beginning of radiotherapy. Median overall survival was 40 days. In group C + R, Dysphagia was improved in the 11 patients from 1~7 days after chemotherapy. 10 patients finished radiotherapy apart from one whose life quality was poor. The quality of life was comparatively poor during and after radiotherapy. Myelosuppression was comparatively severe. Median overall survival was 14 months. There was statistically singnificant difference in two groups (P

Objective To investigate the positive expression of ATP binding cassette transporter protein F2 (ABCF2) in ovarian cancer tissue and its relationship with chemotherapy resistance. Methods 91 patients with ovarian cancer specimens were selected and 42 cases from the tumor 5cm adjacent tissues as normal controls, ABCF2 expression in each sample was detected by immunohistochemical staining , the relationship between ABCF2 expression and clinicopathological features of patients with ovarian cancer were analyzed .Results The positive expression rate of ABCF2 in ovarian cancer tissue was 68.13%, which was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue (9.52%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive expression of ABCF2 was not related to the age and organization type of ovarian cancer patients. The positive expression rate of ABCF2 in stage III~IV was 86.54%, which was significantly higher than that of phase I~II (43.59%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of ABCF2 in patients with chemotherapy resistance was 88.89%, which was significantly higher than that in patients with chemotherapy sensitivity ( 59.38%) , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that ABCF2 positive expression was the independent influencing factor of ovarian cancer drug resistance (OR =4.586,95% CI:1.121 ~3.392,P<0.05). Conclusion ABCF2 is highly expressed in ovarian cancer, which may be associated with chemotherapy resistance in patients with ovarian cancer .

Objective To compare the cell-killing and sensitization effect of 6-gingerol on human hepatoma carcinoma (HepG-2) cell in normal mode versus hypoxia-hypoglycemia mode in chemotherapy. Methods The HepG-2 cells was cultured to logarithmic phase and treated with adriamyein doxorubicin hydrochloride (ADM) (5,10,15,20,40,60 mg/L) and 6-gingerol(25,50,100,200 μmol/L)in different concentrations. Then the cell counting kit (CCK-8) assay kit was used to determine the proliferation inhibition of HepG-2 cells.Cell apoptosis was detected by combining flow cytometry and AnnexinV-FITC PI double staining after treated with different drugs. The expressions of bcl-2,bax and birc-5 mRNA in HepG-2 cells was detected by real time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)assay.Results 6-gingerol and ADM had a certain degree of growth inhibition on HepG-2 cells. In two modes, the inhibition ratios of the 6-gingerol and ADM were both increased along with the increase of the concentration, which showed a dose-dependent manner.Flow cytometry analysis demonstrated that the apoptosis rate in the control group,6-gingerol group,ADM group and the 6-gingerol+ADM group in the normal mode was (7.98±0.76)%,(9.63 ± 1.00) %,(12.70 ± 2.13) % and (19.92 ± 1.41) % respectively. The apoptosis rate in the control group,6-gingerol group,ADM group and the 6-gingerol+ ADM group in the hypoxia-hypoglycemia mode was (13.92 ± 2.02)%,(19.36 ±-1.22)%,(27.87 ± 0.99)% and (38.63 ± 2.25)% respectively. It demonstrated that the apoptosis rate was increased in the experimental groups as compared to the control group under the two culture conditions(the normal mode and the hypoxiahypoglycemia mode)(t=7.250,5.259,12.185,8.140,15.000,47.576,respectively,all P<0.05,0.01 or 0.001).The combination group had the highest number of apoptosis cells, and the number of apoptosis cells was higher in hypoxia-hypoglycemia group than in normal culture group.Real-time PCR analysis showed that, compared with the control group, the expressions of bcl-2 and birc-5 mRNA were decreased and the expression of bax mRNA had no significant changes in experimental group under the normal culture conditions. The expressions of bcl-2 and birc-5 mRNA were significantly decreased and the expression of bax mRNA was increased in experimental group as compared with the control group under the hypoxia-hypoglycemia conditions.Under the hypoxiahypoglycemia environment, the expression of bcl-2 mRNA was significantly increased, the expressions of bax and birc-5 mRNA was significantly reduced, and the ratio of bcl-2 and bax was significantly increased as compared with the normal culture conditions. Conclusions 6 gingerol may decrease the inhibitory effect of survivin protein on tumor cells apoptosis by reduced the expression of birc-5,which generates the cell-killing and sensitizing effect on HepG-2 cell in chemotherapy. This performance is more obvious in the hypoxia-hypoglycemia environment.
