Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of nerve block therapy guided by electric stimulation on the relief of pain and the improvement of function in patients with low back pain(LBP).Method:A total of 78 LBP patients were divided into nerve block treatment group(n=40)and traditional treatment group(n=38)randomly.The nerve block treatment group was injected with Betamethasone compound 2mg and Lidocaine 2ml guided by electric stimulation.The physical modalities and exercises therapy were applied in the traditional treatment group.The pain was evaluated with visual analogue scale(VAS)before treatment and 1 d,1 and 2 weeks after treatment.The function of lumbar was assessed before and after the treatment with performance assessment scale for the treatment of lumbar vertebral diseases.Result:The effective rate in treatment group was 100.0%,in traditional group was 86.8%:the improvement rate in treatment group was 96.6%.in traditional group was 64.3%:there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:Nerve block therapy guided by electric stimulation display significant effect on relief the low back pain and improve the function of lumbar vertebrae.

Objective To investigate the effects of catheter balloon dilatation on patients with dysphagia caused by neurogenic cricopharyngeal achalasia.Methods Thirty-two patients with dysphagia caused by neurogenic cricopharyngeal achalasia were divided randomly into a treatment group (n =16) and a control group (n =16).The treatment group received catheter balloon dilatation therapy and routine dysphagia rehabilitation training; the control group was treated with routine dysphagia rehabilitation training only.Both groups were tested before treatment,after 3 weeks of treatment (after treatment) and at 6 months after treatment (follow-up).All cases were evaluated using Saitoh's 7-grade swallowing assessment and videofluoroscopy.Results After treatment,5 cases in the treatment group had been cured (31％) and 8 cases showed marked effectiveness (50％) ; in the control group,1 case was cured (7％) and 5 cases showed marked effectiveness (31％).These differences were statistically significant.At follow-up,5 cases in the treatment group had been cured (31％) and 9 cases showed marked effectiveness (56％) ; for the control group,1 case was cured (7％) and 6 cased showed marked effectiveness (38％).Those differences were also statistically significant.After treatment and also at follow-up,the average time for a bolus to pass the pharynx in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.Conclusion Catheter balloon dilatation therapy is effective for treating neurogenic cricopharyngeal achalasia in both the short and long term.

[Objective]To evaluate the usability of endoscopy for the diagnosis of rhinorrhea.[Methods]An analysis was made on the rhinorrhea figure and letter data among 100 cases undergone endoscopy via the route of nasal cavity.All the cases were diagnosed as rhinorrhea.[Results]All of the cases were seen turbinates tumescence or mucous hyperemia and edema changes.Different changes reflected asthenia or sthenia of the 4 types of syndrome.[Conclusions]It is very valuable for combining endoscopy with TCM in the diagnosis with syndrome differentiation of rhinorrhea.

Objective To investigate the effect of goserelin combined with marvelon in treatment of en -dometriosis(EM)and its effect on estrogen levels .Methods 120 EM patients were randomly divided into the ob-servation group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)according to the digital table.Two groups underwent laparoscopy .3.6 mg sustained release goserelin was injected subcutaneously from the anterior abdominal wall once every four weeks on the first time of menses recovery .The treatment continued during the following six months.The observation group were treated with marvelon on the basis of this , 1 tablet each day, 21 days of con-tinuous treatment and then began to take medicine on the 5 th day of the next menstruation during the following six months.The two groups were followed up for two years .The level of luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle-stimula-ting hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2), the cumulative pregnancy rate, recurrence rate and peri menopausal sta-tus of the two groups were observed before and after treatment .Results The total effective rate was 96.67%and 83.33%respectively for the observation group and the control group .The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).The level of E2, FSH, and LH at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months after treatmnet was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The level of E2, FSH, LH of two groups had no statistical difference (P<0.05). The cumulative pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group while the recur -rence rate was lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The perimenopausal symptom score ( Kupperman score)of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Goserelin combined with marvel-on can effectively improve the effect of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of endometriosis , lower estrogen level , improve patients'pregnancy rate , and reduce the recurrence rate .

Objective To observe the safety and efficiency of two different ways of intravenous anesthesia combined with oropharyngeal airway ventilation in hysteroscope operation.Methods 40 ASA Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ patients undergoing hysteroscopy were randomly assigned into two groups,20 cases in each group.Patients in the group A,B,were administered respectively with sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg or dexmedetomidine 0.5μg/kg by micro-pump in at least 10 minutes before operation.The perioperative hemodynamic index was recorded.The different outcomes including total dose of propofol,hemodynamic changes,recovery time,postoperative uterine contraction pain and episodes of adverse actions were observed and compared.Results Compared with group A,heart rate (HR) and systolic blood pressure (SBP) were higher in group B (P ＜ 0.05).The recovery time in group A was longer than that in group B (P ＜0.05).But there were no statistical differences of the total dosage of propofol,the incidence of respiratory depression,and the incidence rate of drowsiness after operation betwween group A and group B (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion There was safe and effective of two different ways of intravenous anesthesia combined with oropharyngeal airway ventilation in hysteroscope operation,but the dynamic index was more stable,and the recovery time was shorter in patients with lowdose dexmedetomidine.

Bacterial cellulose (BC) is a new kind of natural biological nano-materials which displays unique physical, chemical and mechanical properties. It has high bioactivity, good biocompatibility, and biodegradability. BC fiber has a nanoporous structure and certain nano-pore size distribution, and a large number of nanopores can be used as a "template". BC can be used as a template to synthesize nano-composite materials with three-dimensional network structure through biomimetic synthesis. BC can also be used as a template to stabilize and disperse the polymers which are easily assembled into a cluster or bundle in the ultra-fine fiber network structure. The BC template could be removed in order to change or optimize the properties of the composite material. The process can make use of the synergy between the BC template and inorganic materials to make a new type of hollow molecular sieve. It can synthesize a variety of nanoscale metal oxides with the hollow network. The present study of template svnthesis based on BC is introduced in this paper.

Objective Choroidal neovascularization(CNV) is the main cause of blindness in over 50-years-old population. To establish an available CNV animal model is helpful for us to understand the pathogenesis and management of CNV. Purpose of present study was to observe the role of coagulation with different power of diode laser in laser-induced choroidal neovascularization model of Brown Norway (BN) rats. Methods Coagulation of 810 nm diode laser(8 - 10 spots for each eye) was performed in 36 male BN rats with the spot diameter 75 μm, shutter time 0. 1 s, power 120 mW, 140 mW and 160 mW, respectively, while 6 normal BN rats were used as contrast. CNV was evaluated by fundus examination, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA), indocyanine green angiography(ICGA) and light microscope on day 1, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 56 after photocoagulation. Results CNV formed on the 7th day after photocoagulation in 120 mW, 140 mW and 160 mW groups and reached the peak on the 21st day according to FFA and ICGA manifestation. Incidence of CNV in 120 mW, 140 mW and 160 mW group was 51. 3%, 91. 8%, 88. 3% on FFA findings and 51.3%, 92.7%, 93.7% on ICGA findings, respectively. In 7 days after photocoagulation, inflammatory cells increased and CNV formed at the lesion. Photocoagulation plaque became thicker with pigment cells proliferating and migrating on 14 days. After that time, inflammatory cells decreased and more collagen fibers emerged. The CNV reminded till the 56th day after photocoagulation. Conclusion CNV model of BN rats can be successfully created using the different power of diode laser (from 120 through 160 mW). CNV rate under the laser coagulation with 140 mW is higher, indicating that the power of 140 mW may be a suitable parameter for diode laser-induced choroidal neovascularization model of BN rats.

Objective To study the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in artery tissue under different calcification environments.Methods We made a vascular calcification model using warfarin,vitamin K1 and vitamin D3.After the model was successfully made,we took artery tissue of normal SD rat arteries and calcified arteries co-cultured with MSC,which were divided into three groups.The normal group included normal artery tissue with MSC; calcified inducers group included calcified inducers (dexamethasone with β-glycerophosphate and ascorbic acid),normal arterial tissue and MSC; calcification group included calcified artery tissue and MSC.Each group was cultured for 3 weeks.On the 10th day of the experiment,osteoprotegerin (OPG) protein secretion was detected by ELISA.After three weeks,changes of cell morphology were observed using inverted microscope,and total protein content and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity were detected by ELISA.In additional,the Ror2 (receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2) mRNA expression was detected by using RT-PCR method.Results MSC in calcification group spontaneously proliferated and differentiated to osteoblast-like cells.Compared with normal group,calcification group showed that the total protein content,ALP activity of bone metabolism markers,OPG were significantly elevated,while Ror2 mRNA expression was significantly decreased.MSCs in calcified inducers group did not differentiate to osteoblast-like cells,and the total protein content and OPG were increased,while ALP activity had no significant difference as compared with the normal group.However,Ror2 mRNA expression was lower in calcified inducers group than in normal group,while was higher than that in calcification group.Conclusions MSCs proliferate into bone-like differentiation in vascular calcification environment and aggravate the vascular calcification.And in normal vascular with calcified inducers environment,MSCs proliferate into smooth muscle cell differentiation and rehabilitate the vascular calcification.These phenomenons may be related to the Ror2 expression in artery.
