Objective:To develop an Online Game Cognitive Distortions Scale(OGCDS) and examine its applicability in Chinese adolescents.Methods:A pretest was given to 117 middle school students to determine a 17-item version of OGCDS.A sample of 495 middle school students were required to complete OGCDS,Internet Game Cognition Addiction Scale and Young's Internet Addiction Disorder scale.Reliability and validity of OGCDS were analyzed.Results:①The retest reliability,split-half and Cronbach's ? reliability coefficients of the total scale were 0.753,0.827 and 0.904,respectively.②Scores of the total scale and each subscale were both significantly correlated with scores of IGCAS and IAD scale at 0.01 levels (r=0.540～0.728;r=0.283～0.413).③Four factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,explaining 72.626% of the total variance;the load of each item varied from 0.490～0.886.④Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that standard measurement model fit data well:?2=141.586,NFI=0.909,IFI=0.952,CFI=0.952,RMSEA=0.063.Conclusion:Reliability and validity of OGCDS is corresponded with psychometric standard.

Objective To investigate the relationship between vitamin D level in plasma and concomitant symptoms in children over 4 years of age. Methods Radioimmunoassay was employed to detect the vitamin D level in plasma of 98 children over 4 years of age suffering from monoarticular joint-pain, debility, dizziness and hyperhidrosis. Results Among the 98 cases, 15 cases (rickets) were found to have a vitamin D level of 0-10ng/ml, 26 cases (subclinic rickets) with a level of 10.1-15ng/ml, 55 cases with a level of 15.1-60ng/ml, and the remaining 2 were found to have a level of 61-86ng/ml. A significant positive correlation existed between the low vitamin D level in plasma and the symptoms of joint-pain, debility, dizziness, and hyperhidrosis. Conclusion It is of a diagnostic significance to determine the 25-hydroxyvitanmin D_3 level in plasma to confirm the diagnosis of delayed vitamin D deficiency rickets in children.

Objective To evaluate the imaging features,pathologic characteristics and diagnostic methods of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST).Methods A retrospective study was performed to analyze the clinical pathological and imaging data of 14 GIST patients diagnosed by surgery and pathology.Results 14 cases of GIST were all solitary.10 cases were located in stomach and 4 cases in small intestine.Tumors were mostly round or oval,and a few of them were irregular lobulated.Immunohistochemistry analysis:12 cases were CDll7 positive and 9 cases were CD34 positive.Conclusion The imaging examination was important to the diagnosis and localization of GIST,but the final diagnosis of GIST depended on histopathological and immunohistochemical examination.

Objective To understand the status quo of servant leadership behavior of head nurses in military hospital and its relationship with nurses′ intention to stay, and to make suggestions for maintaining the stability of military hospital nurses. Methods A total of 501 nurses from a military hospital (top three) were surveyed by self-designed general data scale, Head Nurses′Servant Leadership Behavior Scale and Turnover Intention Scale. Results The average score of servant leadership behavior was (80.39 ± 13.79) points, and the correlation coefficient between the head nurse service and the leave intention was-0.255 (P<0.01). Conclusions The servant leadership behavior of the head nurses in a military hospital is at a moderate level and it still can be ameliorated. Training can improve head nurses′capacity of the servant leadership behavior, which can reduce the turnover intention of the nurses in military hospitals.

Objective To evaluate the effect of sevoflurane postconditioning on the expression of Pim-1 kinase during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) in rats.Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 250-300 g,were used in this study.After the animals were anesthetized,their hearts were immediately removed and retrogradely perfused with an oxygenated K-H solution at 37 ℃ in a Langendorff apparatus.Thirty-six isolated rat hearts were assigned into 3 groups (n=12 each) using a random number table:control group (group C),group I/R and sevoflurane postconditioning group (group SP).The hearts were subjected to ischemia for 30 min followed by 120 min of reperfusion to establish the model of myocardial I/R injury.In group SP,the hearts were perfused with K-H solution saturated with 3％ sevoflurane for 15 min starting from the beginning of reperfusion.Heart rate (HR),left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP),left ventricular developed pressure (LVDP) and the maximum rate of increase and decrease of left ventricular pressure (±dp/dtmax)were recorded at the end of equilibration and 30,60,90and 120 min of reperfusion.Myocardial tissues were obtained at T2 for determination of the expression of Pim-1 kinase,Bcl-2 and cytochrome c (Cyt c) in cytoplasm and mitochondria by Western blot.The hearts were selected at T4 for determination of myocardial infarct size (by TTC staining) and for examination of mitochondrial ultrastructure (with transmission electron microscope).Results Compared with group C,HR,LVDP and ±dp/dtmax were significantly decreased,and LVEDP was increased at T1-4,the myocardial infarct size was enlarged,the expression of Pim-1 and Bcl-2 in cytoplasm and mitochondria was down-regulated,the expression of Cyt c in cytoplasm was up-regulated,and the expression of Cyt c in mitochondria was down-regulated in group I/R (P＜0.05).Compared with group I/R,HR,LVDP and ±dp/ dtmax were significantly increased,and LVEDP was decreased at T1-4,the myocardial infarct size was decreased,the expression of Pim-1 kinase and Bcl-2 in cytoplasm and mitochondria was up-regulated,the expression of Cyt c in cytoplasm was down-regulated,and the expression of Cyt c in mitochondria was upregulated in group SP (P＜0.05).The damage to mitochondria was significantly attenuated in group SP as compared with group I/R,and was aggravated as compared with group C.Conclusion The mechanism by which sevoflurane postconditioning attenuates myocardial I/R may be related to up-regulation of Pim-1 kinase expression in rats.
