1.Current management of alcoholic liver disease

Alcoholic liver disease includes acute alcoholic hepatitis and alcoholic cirrhosis.Abstinence remains the cornerstone of management of all forms of alcoholic liver disease.Recent research,which has elucidated the mechanisms of alcohol-induced liver injury,offers the prospect of advances in the management of alcoholic liver disease.We review the most recent data on the efficacy of treatment of acute alcoholic injury,including nutritional support,corticosteroids,anti-inflammatory agents and antioxidants,and agents that are directed against the progression to fibrosis,such as colchicines and antioxidants. Although these therapies offer a tantalizing glimpse into future that may include therapies that directly alter the process of injury and repair in the liver,none has been shown consistently to improve the course of alcoholic liver damage.Consequently,liver transplantation remains an ultimate option for selected patients with liver failure due to chronic alcoholic liver damage.
2.Effect of Simoyinzi Decoction on serum 5-HT and inflammatory factors in early onset of severe depression of perimenopausal women

Objective To investigate the effect of Simoyinzi Decoction on serum 5-HT and inflammatory factors in the treatment of perimenopausal women with early onset of severe depression.Methods 82 cases of perimenopausal women with primary severe depression were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, 41 cases of each group.Control group received basic medicine treatment, the research group received Simoyinzi Decoction treatment,serum neurotransmitter, inflammatory factor and sex hormone levels were detected before and after the treatment, and clinical symptom score and clinical curative effect were compared after the treatment.Results Compared with before treatment, levels of noradrenaline norepinephrine(NE), 5 serotonin(5-HT), dopamine(DA), glutamate(Glu) and N-methyl-D-aspartate(Asp) increased in 2 groups after treatment, levels of gamma amino acid (GABA) and glycine(Gly) decreased, levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) decreased, levels of estradiol(E2) increased, levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-αand CRP decreased, scores of HAMD and Kupperman decreased, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), compared with the control group, levels of NE, 5-HT, Glu and Asp in the research group after treatment were higher, levels of GABA and Gly were lower, levels of FSH and LH were lower, levels of E2 were higher, levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-αand CRP were lower, and scores of HAMD and Kupperman were lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the effective rate in the control group(70.73%) was lower than the research group ( 90.24%) ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Simoyinzi Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal women with early onset of severe depression was curative effective, and it can improve the 5-HT and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.

Sport fatigue affects exercise ability of human being.A number of experiments of animals and humans have proved that the rational usage of nutritional supplementation will eliminate the fatgue caused by over-exerise,and improve exerise ability.This review is about the effect of the nutritional supplementation in eliminating sport fatigue.
4.Biomechanics research on ATP6i gene-interference treating steroid-induced necrosis of the femoral heads in rats

Objective To explore the biomechanics mechanism of ATP6i gene-interference treating steroid-induced necrosis of the femoral heads(SINFH)in rats.Methods Forty SD rats were randomly assigned to four groups:blank control group,experimental control group,ATP6i SiRNA(+)group and ATP6i SiRNA(-)group,10 rats in each group.We established rat models of SINFH by injecting Escherichia Coli Endotoxin and prednisolone for 12 weeks,then cut along the inner side of the patella for about 1 cm and turn the patellar outside of the both knees of the experimental control group,the ATP6i SiRNA(+)group and the ATP6i SiRNA(-)group,and drill from the intercondylar until the femoral neck.Rats were treated by transfecting ATP6i small interference RNA(ATP6i SiRNA)into the osteoclasts of the femoral heads to interference the expression of ATP6i SiRNA(+),or by the ATP6i SiRNA(-)and same amount of saline.One month later,test the load,stress,modulus of elasticity,and axial stiffness of the right femoral heads of all four groups,and at the same time take the left femoral heads of all four groups for pathological study.Results The load,stress,modulus of elasticity,and axial stiffness of the ATP6i SiRNA(+)group were(307.01±27.34)N,(60.44±5.38)MPa,(125.29±11.16)MPa,(162.42±14.45)N/mm,respectively,which were much greater than the ATP6i SiRNA(-)group and the experimental control group(P<0.05).In the pathological studies,we found that the trabecula of the femoral heads of the ATP6i SiRNA(+)group was much thicker than the ATP6i SiRNA(-)group and the experimental control group,but the degeneration,necrosis and breakage of the osteoepiphysis in each group had no statistically significant differences.Conclusion ATP6i gene-interference can inhibit the acid-secreting function of osteoclasts and improve the biomechanical property of the femoral heads of rats in treating the SINFH.
5.Application of 18F-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer

Accurate clinical staging of cervical cancer before treatment is very important for making treatment decisions,monitoring therapy effect,forecasting the prognosis,and adjusting treatment plan.The metabolic changes in the primary tumor and metastases of cervical cancer could be clearly detected by 18FFDG PET/CT whole body imaging,which helps to guide the clinical staging,treatment options,and is conducive to monitoring the therapeutic efficacy and prognosis.
6.The immunotherapy of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy

The treatment of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) is still a worldwide problem.The conventional glucocorticoid therapy can not benefit all the patients.In recent years,new immunosuppressive agents,such as tumor necrosis factor inhibitors and anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody have been emerging and serving as new targets in treating TAO to remedy the insufficiency of glucocorticoid treatment.In this paper,recent advances in immunotherapy of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy are reviewed.
7.Correlation between service leadership behavior and turnover intention of nurses in military central hospital

Objective To understand the status quo of servant leadership behavior of head nurses in military hospital and its relationship with nurses′ intention to stay, and to make suggestions for maintaining the stability of military hospital nurses. Methods A total of 501 nurses from a military hospital (top three) were surveyed by self-designed general data scale, Head Nurses′Servant Leadership Behavior Scale and Turnover Intention Scale. Results The average score of servant leadership behavior was (80.39 ± 13.79) points, and the correlation coefficient between the head nurse service and the leave intention was-0.255 (P<0.01). Conclusions The servant leadership behavior of the head nurses in a military hospital is at a moderate level and it still can be ameliorated. Training can improve head nurses′capacity of the servant leadership behavior, which can reduce the turnover intention of the nurses in military hospitals.
8.Comparative analysis of the structural characteristics of total health expenditure financing and the per capita disposable income in China

Based on the basic data of China's total health expenditure from 2003 to 2015, this paper compares and analyze the structural characteristics of total health expenditure financing and the per capita disposable income before and after the new health care reform, in order to understand the overall level of total health expenditure financing before and after the new health care reform, whether the financing structural changes is reasonable and the overall trend is sustainability, and the relationship of the changes between per capita disposable income and health expenditure.The study found that, 1) although the growth rate of total health expenditure in China has declined after the new health care reform, the growth rate of personal health expenditure is still on the rise;2) the growth rate of government health insurance expenditure is limited to the substitution of personal health expenditure, and the growth rate of per capita personal health expenditure is still higher than the growth rate of urban and rural residents' per capita income;3) the problem of residents' serious burden of medical treatment is still very prominent.Based on the above problems, this paper accordingly proposes to speed up the reform of public hospitals, strengthen the construction of medical insurance fund specialization, and improve the ability of medical insurance fund to control costs, etc.
9.Value of Gd-BOPTA in Diagnosis of Focal Liver Lesion and Biliary System Disease

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of a double action MR contrast agent——gadobenate dimeglumine (Gd-BOPTA) for focal liver lesion and biliary system disease.Methods Articles about Gd-BOPTA in CNKI and PubMed for the past few years were searched and the value of Gd-BOPTA in the diagnosis of focal liver lesion and biliary system disease was summarized.Results For focal liver lesion,Gd-BOPTA not only can reveal blood supply of the lesion,but also reveal the hepatocellular functional status in the lesion.For biliary system,biliary excretion of Gd-BOPTA can be used to evaluate the anatomic structure of bile duct,function of gallbladder and biliary system disease.Conclusions Gd-BOPTA has an important value in the diagnosis of focal liver lesion and biliary system disease.Gd-BOPTA may have wider applications in the future.
10.The new hypoglycemic mechanism and other effects of metformin.

Metformin has been applied for 50 year.In recent years,new studies found that metformin could reduce glucose through activating inhibition of dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅳ(DPP Ⅳ) and enhancing the biological effect of glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1).In addition,metformin can reduce vascular disease risk of patients with type 2 diabetes by improving insulin resistance and the effect of reducing total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood coagulation factor Ⅶ,plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1) and proteinuria.Merformin can't change blood pressure of patients with type 2 diabetes,however,it can significantly reduce the salt-sensitive blood pressure of patients with obesity.Metformin has also been applied to patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).It can induce ovulation,decrease the rate of abortion and have effect on hypertrichosis and hyperandrogenism.Besides,metformin has been the focus of the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
