Infant functional constipation is one of the common clinical symptoms in infancy stage,so far we do not have a specific diagnostic criteria and treatment for infant functional constipation.In this paper,we reviewed the diagnostic methods,clinical evaluation,differential diagnosis,and treatment recommendations according to recent research results for infant functional constipation.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical significance of changes of platelet microparticles (PMPs) in burn and burn infection patients.MethodsThe patients were divided into burn shock group (n =44),burn infection group (n =33) and control group (n =11 ).Plasma PMPs were determined by flow cytometry and were recorded in absolute value and in particle proportion.Also,the frequently used biochemical indicators were detected and analyzed for their relationship with PMPs.ResultsCD41 + PMPs levels in the burn shock and burn infection groups were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.01 ) and they showed positive relation with extent of burn ( r =0.258,P ＜ 0.05 ).Stepwise regression analysis indicated that r-glutamyltranspeptidase (r-GT),extent of burn and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) entered CD41 + PMPs level regression equation.ConclusionThe increase of PMPs levels may be closely correlated with the pathological coagulation state in severe burn patients.

Objective To explore the current situation and the relationship of job satisfaction,job performance and career plateau in senior health technical personnel.Methods The career plateau questionnaire,job satisfaction scale,job performance scale were adopted to carry out the questionnaire survey among 410 senior health technical personnel in Wanzhou district of Chongqing.The results underwent statistical description,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results Senior health technical personnel's career plateau score was 2～5 points,with an average of (3.26±0.58) points,job satisfaction score was 20～60 points,with an average of (44.81±11.46) points,job performance score was 20～75 points,with an average of (35.79 ± 9.55) points.The score of career plateau was significantly negatively correlated with job satisfaction,and was significantly negatively correlated with job performance.The content of plateau was a factor affecting job satisfaction,and the content and the level of plateau were influencing factors of job performance.Conclusions Career plateau in senior health technical personnel was in a moderate level,while job satisfaction and job performance were relatively low.Hospital managers should take in occupation development assistance strategy and reduce negative influence of career plateau to improve job satisfaction and job performance in senior health technical personnel.

Guizhou Miao medicine Polygonum capitatum has many advantages such as resources and clinical. After companying with Phellodendri Cortex, the compound prescription plays the pharmacological activity of antipyretic and diuretic, especially for the symptom heat stranguria, damp and hot junction based in the bladder. Miao medicine Kelintong capsule showed clinical advantage in the treatment of symptom heat stranguria, having a clinical advantage in improving the overall effectiveness and improve the overall aspects of the patient's symptoms.

This paper collected the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescriptions of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis from CNKI to set up database and used TCM inheritance system to analyze the composing principles in prescriptions. We collected 103 and 106 prescriptions for osteoporosis and osteoarthritis respectively, then analyzed inherent principles between herbs in prescriptions by using the TCM inheritance system, and obtained the frequency of each herb, and drug combinations of two diseases' prescriptions. The result showed that the principles in TCM prescriptions of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis are similarities, buch as tonifying kidney and invigorating the circulation of blood, but differences of the specific drugs. That is to say, tonifying kidney is the main method of osteoporosis treatment, however, invigorating the circulation of blood is the main method of osteoarthritis treatment.

Background The study on influences of gender,age and axial length (AL) on lens thickness (LT) and anterior chamber depth (ACD) in normal population is still lack in China.Objective This study was to measure LT and ACD in normal subjects and discuss their changes with age,gender and AL.Methods AL,ACD and LT were measured on 866 eyes of 433 normal population with Lenstar LS900 in Tianjin Eye Hospital from March through December in 2013,including 390 eyes in 195 males and 476 eyes of 238 females.ACD/AL,LT/AL and (ACD+LT)/AL were calculated after measurement.The subjects were grouped to the 10-20 years group,21-30 years group,31-40 years group,41-50 years group,51-60 years group and ≥61 years group based on age,or the 22 mm≤AL＜24 mm group,24 mm≤AL＜26 mm group and AL≥26 mm based on AL,and the measured parameters were compared and analyzed among the groups.Oral informed consent was obtained from each subject or child contutor prior to any medical examination.Results AL,ACD and LT values were (24.41±1.37),(2.89±0.42) and (4.05±0.52) mm in the males,and those in the females were (23.83±1.31),(2.72±0.40) and (4.20±0.44) mm,showing significant differences between them (t=6.278,6.102,-4.595,all at P=0.000).No significant differences were found in ACD,LT,ACD/AL,LT/AL and (ACD+LT)/AL values between the right eyes and the left eyes (t=-0.713,0.186,-0.754,0.296,-0.168,all at P＞0.05).As the increase of the AL,ACD was remarkable deepened but LT was declined,with the considerable difference among the 22 mm ≤ AL＜24 mm group,24 mm ≤ AL＜ 26 mm group and AL ≥ 26 mm group (F =176.640,94.569,both at P =0.000).ACD value was higher,but LT value was lower in the 24 mm≤AL＜26 mm group or AL≥26.00 mm group than that in the 22 mm≤AL＜24 mm group (all at P＜0.05).ACD value was gradually reduced,while LT value was elevated with aging,with significant differences among the different age groups (F =104.531,373.225,all at P =0.000).Significant correlations were found between age and ACD,LT or (ACD + LT)/AL,with the regression equations of ACD (mm) =-0.015 × age + 3.434 (F =-22.979,P =0.000);LT (mm) =0.024 × age + 3.122 (F =44.856,P =0.000),LT/AL =0.001 × age + 0.122 (F=37.982,P=0.000),(ACD+LT)/AL=0.001×age+0.259 (F=22.451,P=0.000).Conclusions Compared with normal females,males have thinner LT and deeper ACD.In the normal eyes,longer AL is,thinner LT is and the deeper ACD is.LT thickens and ACD deepens with aging.

OBJECTIVE: To explore a new method to identify Microcos paniculata to guarantee its safe use. METHODS: ITS2 Sequence was used as a barcode to identify herbal tea ingredient M. paniculata and its adulterants. The genomic DNAs from 56 samples were extracted, and the ITS2 sequences were amplified and bidirectionally sequenced. All the sequences were assembled and obtained using the CodonCode Aligner V3.7.1. The genetic distances were computed by kimura 2-parameter (K2P) model and the neighbor-joining (NJ) phylogenetic trees were constructed using MEGA6.1. RESULTS: The length of ITS2 sequence of M. paniculata was 237 bp. The intra-specific genetic distances (0-0.036) were much shorter than the inter-specific genetic distances (0.155-0.404) between M. paniculata and its adulterants. The NJ tree indicated that M. paniculata and its adulterants could be distinguished clearly. CONCLUSION: ITS2 Barcode can accurately and effectively distinguish herbal tea ingredient M. paniculata from its adulterants, which provides a new molecular method to identify M. paniculata from its adulterants. It is a great help for the market supervision and medication safety.

In recent years, the incidence rate of breast cancer has increased year by year, and gradually tends to be younger. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) has become the standard treatment for locally advanced breast cancer (LABC). Therefore, it is of great clinical significance to evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in early and effective manner. Multimodal ultrasound plays an important role in evaluating the response of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. This article will review the recent research progress of three-dimensional multimodal ultrasound in the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer .

Objective To study the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction serum on cell cycle of A549/DDP cell. Methods A549/DDP cells and splenocytes cells were cultured in vitro and divided randomly into three groups:control group, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction group and splenocyte group. A 549/DDP cells were stimulated by different concentrations of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction serum and spleen cells, the direct killing effect on cells were measured by MTT method, cell apoptosis were detected by lfow cytometric analysis and the apoptotic body were observed by immunolfuorescence method. Results MTT results showed that cell growth were inhibited by Buzhong Yiqi Decoction serum in contrast with control groups, and the effect was same as spleen cells, and both treated groups had similar effects. Marked apoptotic peak and the apoptotic body were seen by lfow cytometric analysis and lfuorescence microscope in both two groups. Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction could inhibit the proliferation of A549/DDP cells in vitro and induced cell apoptosis, which is the similar as spleen cells.
