Abstract: Objective To understand the difference of DNA sequence and RNA sequence of paired pol region in HIV patients in constructing HIV genetic transmission network, and to provide scientific data for constructing molecular transmission networks using DNA sequences. Methods　The whole blood and plasma samples of HIV patients living in 2014 and newly reported in 2015-2018 in Liuzhou, Guangxi, were collected, DNA and RNA sequences were extracted, amplified, sequenced, spliced and aligned, and then genetic transmission networks were constructed, and the connectivity consistency of genetic transmission networks constructed by DNA and RNA sequences was compared. Results In this study, a total 2 983 participants were investigated, which were 2014 baseline and 2015-2018 newly reported HIV patients, of which 2 590 participants were only DNA sequences in 2014 baseline, 196 HIV patients were both DNA and RNA sequences of paired pol region in 2014 baseline, and 197 newly reported HIV patients were both DNA and RNA sequences of paired pol region in 2015-2018. In 393 DNA and RNA sequences of paired pol region, the genotype of DNA sequence and RNA sequence were consistent, and there was no statistically significant difference in genetic distance between paired DNA sequences and RNA sequences (Z=-2.72, P=1.00). The connection consistency rate of genetic transmission networks constructed by DNA and RNA sequences of paired pol region of 2015-2018 newly reported with the baseline DNA sequences was 91.4% (108/197). And the connection consistency rate of genetic transmission networks constructed by DNA and RNA sequences of paired pol region of 2015-2018 newly reported with the baseline RNA sequences was 97.0% (191/197). There was no statistical difference in antiretroviral therapy to reduce the risk of HIV secondary transmission between genetic transmission networks constructed by DNA and RNA sequences of paired of pol gene newly reported from 2015 to 2018 with baseline DNA sequence. Conclusion　DNA sequence and RNA sequence of paired pol region of HIV patients have good consistency in genotype, genetic distance, and genetic transmission network construction, and both DNA and RNA sequences can be used for genetic transmission network analysis.

Objective To investigate the advantages and indications of combined laparoscopic surgery(CLS). Method 488 casesof laparoscopic procedures were given from May 1992 to February 2002.Among them 21 were CLS.Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCBDE)+Laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)(7);Laparoscopic fenestration of liver syst+LC(4),LC+Laparoscopic appendectomy(4);LC+hand-assisted laparoscopic splenectomy(2);laparoscopic cystectomy for pancreatic pseudocyst+LC (1);LCBD+LC+Laparoscopic fenestration of right renal cyst(1)and LC+laparoscopic partial hepatectomy for small liver cancer(1). Results The combined procedures were succesful in all the 21 cases with no complications. Conclusions CLS has expanded the field of laparoscopy and advantages of minimally invasive nature and indications should be strictly choosen for the procedure.

Mild cognitive impairment caused by craniocerebral trauma is the key points and difficulties in judicial authentication. This article has comparative analysis of each mode of event-related potential (classical Oddball, Eriksen flanker task and so on), which can provide a more objective method for such craniocerebral trauma cases in clinical forensic judicial authentication.

Objective To investigate the changes of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody ,rheumatoid factor (RF) ,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and C reactive protein(CRP) levels in the patients with early rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and their applica-tion value in the diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 210 cases of early RA in sixth affiliated hospital of Guangzhou Medi-cal University from December 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the RA group ,including 28 males and 182 females ,at the same time 115 cases of other rheumatism were selected as the non-RA group ,male ,including 38 males and 77 females.85 persons under-going the healthy physical examination were taken as the health group ,including 46 males and 39 females.The latex enhanced im-mune turbidimetry was adopted to quantitatively detect anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody.The RF and CRP levels were quan-titatively detected by using the immune turbidimetry.The Westergren method was used to test the ESR ,their content changes in RA ,non-RA arthritis and other autoimmune diseases were detected.Results The sensitivity ,specificity ,positive predictive value , negative predictive value and Youden index of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody in the RA group were 60.95% ,97.64% , 98.46% ,50.30% and 0.59 respectively ,which of RF test were 52.38% ,95.29% ,96.49% ,44.75% and 0.48 respectively ,which of CRP test were 30.48% ,89.41% ,87.67% ,87.67% ,34.23% and 0.20 respectively ,which of ESR test were 49.52% ,87.06% , 90.43% ,41.11% and 0.37 respectively.Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody detection in the RA group was obviously higher than that of the RF test ,their test results were obviously higher than those of the non-RA group and healthy group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).CRP and ESR detection had no statistical difference between the RA group and non-RA group (P>0.05).Conclusion Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody level is higher in the patients with RA ,which is signifi-cantly superior to the RF test ,and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody detection has higher value for early diagnosis of RA.

Objective To compare the diagnostic efficiency of superb microvascular imaging (SMI) and contrast-enhanced ultrasonographic microvascular imaging (MVI) for differentiating breast lesions.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with 116 breast lesions were first examined by grayscale ultrasound.Then SMI and MVI were performed on all patients.Microvascular architectures of breast lesions were depicted by both methods.The lesions were evaluated based on their microvascular architectures.The diagnostic efficacy of both methods were compared.Results The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of SMI and MVI were 79.24％,90.48 ％,85.35％ and 88.68％,87.30％,87.93％,respectively.The areas under the curve of SMI and MVI were 0.888 and 0.926.The diagnostic values of SMI and MVI were not statistically different (P =0.212).Conclusions SMI can detect tiny vessels and depict microvascular architecture of breast lesions as MVI do,which is beneficial for breast tumor differentiation.The diagnostic efficacy of SMI is almost the same as MVI.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical characteristics and rules of allergic reaction caused by anti-copper treat-ment with Sodium dimercaptoproane sulfonate(DMPS)injection,and to provide reference for diagnosis,treatment and monitoring of drug-induced allergic reaction. METHODS:By using retrospective analysis,allergic reaction reports of DMPS injection were se-lected from our hospital during Jan. 2013-Dec. 2015 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:A total of 131 cases of allergic reaction were reported. The average age of the patients was(23.26±9.63)years old,mainly concentrated on 10-39 years old(87.79%). Al-lergic reaction mainly occurred in the first and second courses of treatment,accounting for 71.76%. For systems-organs involved, skin and its appendages disorders had the highest proportion (85.90%),being mainly the lesion of limbs (27.45%) and body (22.22%) involved;followed by systemic damage (12.33%). Clinical manifestations of systemic impairment were mainly fever, with rash or itching at the same time frequently. 131 patients had good outcome after treatment. The symptoms of 115 patients (87.79%)disappeared in 7 d. Serious cases accounted for 25.19%. The proportion of drug allergy history,the rate of anti-copper treatment failure with allergy prevention or desensitization therapy,and symptom duration in patients with severe ADR were higher or longer than that in general ADR cases,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The allergic reac-tion of DMPS injection increased the difficulty of anti-copper treatment. ADR monitoring should be strengthened in the process of using DMPS,specially for the history of allergies and the first,second treatment courses of patients.

Objective To investigate the status and difference of learning burnout between Korean-Chinese nursing students and Chinese nursing students;and to compare the influencing factors of learning burnout between them.Methods A total of 307 nursing students in Yanbian University were recruited by convenience samphng method.Data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0,using descriptive statistics,t-test,ANOVA,correlation analysis,and linear regression analysis.Results The emotion and learning burnout of Korean-Chinese nursing students scored (3.18±0.52)points and (2.84±0.33)points,which were higher than (3.04±0.53)points and (2.69±0.36) points of Chinese nursing students (t=5.72,4.19,all P ＜ 0.05);The significant predictors of learning burnout of Korean-Chinese nursing students were effective commitment,continuance commitment and ideality commitment;and the significant predictors of Chinese nursing students were effective commitment,continuance commitment and behavior self-efficacy.Conclusions Because of the special background of Korean-Chinese nursing students,it is suggested payed attention to improve their major commitment and learning self-efficacy,then to decrease their learning burnout.

In recent years,antibiotics have been playing more and more important roles in maintaining human health with the increasing variety and quantity.However,under the influence of different reasons caused by subjective or objective factors,antibiotics irrational use has induced bacterial resistance and adverse reactions,which are becoming more and more serious.The paper put forward the countermeasures of antibiotics irrational use and provided reference for rational use of antibiotics based on the present situation analysis in China and foreign experience in order to control the irrational use.

Objective To study the immunomodulatory property of Compound Shougong powder(SGS) on S180 tumor-bearing mice.Methods The S180 model of tumor-bearing mice by Kunming mice were prepared.Then,the tumor-bearing mice were randomized into the model group,positive control group,and SGS groups (29.25g/kg,19.50g/kg,9.75g/kg).Besides the normal group,the other groups were used intragastric administration of into tumor-bearing mice by one time,14 consecutive days.The carbon clearance,quantitative hemolysis and DNFB induced delayed-type hypersensitivity were applied to assay effects of SGS on nonspecific immunity,humoral immunity and cellular immunity.Results Compared with the model control group,in the SGS groups,the tumor-bearing mice with spleen and thymus index of organ improved (all P ＜ 0.05),and the clearance index and values of phagocytic index were elevated(all P ＜0.05),and the productions of IgM and IgG in serum and hemolysin in splenocytes were enhanced(all P ＜0.05),and the percentages of T cells expressing CD4+,CD8+ and the ratio of two subset of T lymphocyte increased,and the IL-2 production of spleen lymphocytes was also improved (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion SGS showed significant immunomodulatory property on tumor-bearing mice through specific and nonspecific immunity.
