China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2015;28(6):538-541
OBJECTIVETo explore therapeutic effects of reconstructing coracoclavicular ligament for the treatment of Rockwood-III Acromioclavicular dislocation by palmaris longus muscle with polyester suture.
METHODSFrom August 2011 to November 2013,37 cases with Rockwood-III acromioclavicular dislocation were treated with reconstructing coracoclavicular ligament by palmaris longus muscle with polyester suture. Among patients, 24 were males and 13 were females, ranging the age from 19 to 46 years old, with an average of 32 years old. There were 11 cases on the left side and 26 cases on the right side. Twenty-nine cases were fresh dislocation and 8 cases were old dislocation. Blood loss, operative time were observed, and Karlsson evaltae standard were applied for assessing postoperative recovery of shoulder joint function.
RESULTSAll patients were followed up from 2.5 to 5 months with an average of 3.5 months. Operative time ranged from 52 to 98 (meaned 72) min, blood loss ranged from 50 to 180 (meaned 75) ml. All operative incision were healed at the satge I . According to Karlsson standard, 32 cases obtained excellent results and 5 cases were moderate.
CONCLUSIONFor Rockwood-III acromioclavicular dislocation,reconstructing coracoclavicular ligament by palmaris longus muscle with polyester suture has advantages of simple operation, and rapid recovery of shoulder joint function.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2002;0(S1):-
Objective To study the value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility women caused by intrauterine adhesions. Methods 32 cases of infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions received hysteroscopic diagnosis, classification and treatment. The postoperative pregnancy rate was observed. Results The hysteroscopic diagnosis and score of infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions included 19 cases of gradeⅠ, 11 cases of gradeⅡ, 2 cases of grade Ⅲ. After hysteroscopic surgery and the related treatment, the postoperative menorrhea improved rate was 65.7%(21/32), and pregnancy rate was 62.5%(20/32). Conclusions Hysteroscopy is accurate , safe ,effective and may be used as the first choice in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions.

Objective To observe the clinical significance and laboratory diagnostic values of Pre-S1 antigens (Pre-S1)and its relativity to HBeAg and HBV-DNA after using interferon in association with kurarinone.Methods The content of Pre-S1 and HBV-M was detected by ELISA and the levels of HBV-DNA were detected by flores- cence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR)in 100 serum samples of patients with HBV infection and patients after an antivi- ral treatment.Results Matched control in 50 serum of HBsAg-positive and detectable HBV-DNA cases,both 29 samples in 30 HBeAg-positive cases and 17 samples in 20 HBeAg-negative cases Pre-S1s were positive.Treatment set 50 serum of patients after taking two courses of an antiviral treatment for HBV infection,drawing blood to observe related markers,5 cases of effect set were turned into negative for serologic markers and virologic markers.19 cases of valid set,serologic markers were various and the HBV-DNA copies descended 2-3 orders of magnitude.26 cases of invalid set,serologic markers were not various,and 30 % samples of the HBV-DNA copies descended 1~2 orders of magnitude.Conclusion It was supplementary for Pre-S1 to indicate HBV expression when the HBeAg varied.It also provided detcctable laboratory markers in HBV infectivity,replication and therapeutic efficiency evaluation.

The challenge of the emergence of drug-resistant influenza strains, which is caused by wide spread utilization of direct-acting antivirals (DAAs), accelerates the research and exploration towards host targeted agents. In contrast to DAAs targeting viral replication components, host targeted agents, which regulate host factors and pathways linked to viral replication, can interfere the replication of influenza. Additionally, the innate immune system is activated by influenza during the early stage of infection, so manipulating the innate immune response may prevent the viral infection. However, the excessive inflammatory response induced at the late phase of influenza infection would lead to severe tissue injures. Thus, it is very important to explore drugs with anti-inflammatory actions to suppress these immune imbalances and tissue injures. Here we overview the current progresses about host targets related to anti-influenza drugs.

Medical imaging involves not only the multidisciplinary knowledge,but also the concurrent updating of the knowledge system related to the imaging technology development.In this case,it's an important issue how to guarantee the teaching quality of the medical imaging postgraduate education effectively and cultivate the professsionals with higher comprehensive quality in the limited teaching time available.Thus the implementation as well as the teaching effects of the reading report in the promotion of medical imaging postgraduates' research ability and comprehensive quality is needed to be discussed from the accumulation and update of knowledge system.

Objective To study the immunomodulatory property of Compound Shougong powder(SGS) on S180 tumor-bearing mice.Methods The S180 model of tumor-bearing mice by Kunming mice were prepared.Then,the tumor-bearing mice were randomized into the model group,positive control group,and SGS groups (29.25g/kg,19.50g/kg,9.75g/kg).Besides the normal group,the other groups were used intragastric administration of into tumor-bearing mice by one time,14 consecutive days.The carbon clearance,quantitative hemolysis and DNFB induced delayed-type hypersensitivity were applied to assay effects of SGS on nonspecific immunity,humoral immunity and cellular immunity.Results Compared with the model control group,in the SGS groups,the tumor-bearing mice with spleen and thymus index of organ improved (all P < 0.05),and the clearance index and values of phagocytic index were elevated(all P <0.05),and the productions of IgM and IgG in serum and hemolysin in splenocytes were enhanced(all P <0.05),and the percentages of T cells expressing CD4+,CD8+ and the ratio of two subset of T lymphocyte increased,and the IL-2 production of spleen lymphocytes was also improved (all P < 0.05).Conclusion SGS showed significant immunomodulatory property on tumor-bearing mice through specific and nonspecific immunity.
10.Mechanism and Chemical Basis of the Effect of Bacteria on Urinary Stone Formation
Huan-Xin YUAN ; Yi-Ming LIU ; Jian-Ming OUYANG ;
Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
There are two populations of bacteria to affect the formation of urinary stones in humanity. The first one can promote the formation of urinary stone by increasing urinary pH, decreasing concentration of urinary inhibitors , and damaging the protective urothelial glycosaminoglycan layer. The second inhibit the formation of urinary stones. These bacteria ( mainly the intestinal oxalate degrading bacteria such as Oxalobacter formigenes, lactic acid bacteria, Enterococcus faecalis etc) can decrease urinary oxalate concentration by regulating exogenous oxalate. The problems faced and the developing direction were also indicated.
