Objective To understand psychological pressure of nurses in wards of retired cadres,eatablish incentive mechanism accordingly and further improve nursing quality. Methods Incentive mechanism was applied to nurses in wards of retired cadres to settle their psychological pressure. Results After application of incentive mechanism,14 nurses and 1 nursing worker showed placid psychological state,keep forging ahead actively.Nursing quality of the wards increased. Conclusion Application of incentive mechanism can effectively alleviate psychological pressure of nurses.

Objective To observe the effects of gypenosides(GP) on cardiac dysfunction induced by adriamycin in rats and to investigate the therapeutic mechanism.Methods Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,adriamycin(ADR) group,low-,moderate-and high-dose GP groups.The low-,moderate-and high-dose GP groups received GP 100,200 and 400 mg? kg-1? d-1 for five days respectively.Meanwhile,the purified water was given to rats of control group and adriamycin groups.On the sixth day,adriamycin(10 mg? kg-1) was given intraperitoneally(ip) to all the groups except the control rats.At the twenty-fourth hour after administration of adriamycin,the cardiac functions such as left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP),maximal rates of increase and decrease of left ventricular pressure(? dp/dtmax),as well as the activities of cardiac ATPase,succinic dehydrogenase(SDH) and sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase(SERCA2a) were measured.Results The impairment of heart function induced by adriamycin was relieved and the activities of cardiac ATPase,SDH and SERCA2a were obviously increased after GP treatment.Conclusion GP have protective effects on cardiac dysfunction induced by adriamycin in rats,and the mechanism may be related to the increase of activities of cardiac ATPase,SDH and SERCA2a.

Objective To observe the effects of rapid decompression on serum level of IL-1?,IL- 6 and IL-10 in mice and investigate the role of cytokines in the pathogenesis of decompression sickness. Methods Twenty-one mice were randomly divided into rapid decompression group (14 mice) and normal control group (7 mice). Mice in the rapid decompression group were exposed to 600kPa compressed air for 60 minute,which was then rapidly decompressed to normal pressure in one minute. The serum level of IL-1?,IL- 6 and IL-10 was measured by enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay in mice in rapid decompression group after decompression and in normal control group. Results There were no significant changes in the serum level of IL-1?,IL- 6 at the 1st hour after decompression in the rapid decompression group when compared to that of and the normal control group. Objective To investigate CT findings of atypical pheochromocytoma.Methods 18 cases of atypical pheochromocytoma were verified with operation and pathology.2 cases were extra-adrenal pheochromocytoma,3 cases were bilateral or multiple pheochromocytoma,7 cases were non-function pheochromocytoma and malignant pheochromocytoma were 6 cases.Results All atypical pheochromocytoma showed equivalent density mass with necrosis in CT scanning,calcification was rare.Most of them had strong enhancement in parenchyma.Conclusion (1)Atypical pheochromocytoma has high tendency to malignance.(2)CT has high locational and qualitative rate in diagnosing atypical pheochromocytoma but can not different malignance from benign pheochromocytoma,except the mass has metastatic signs.The diagnosis of non-function pheochromocytoma has to consider biochemical and other examination.

Objective To investigate CT features of adrenal neoplasms.Methods 9 cases of rare adrenal neoplasms were verified with operation and histology.3 cases were ganglioneuroma,2 cases were neuroblastoma and the remaining four were cyst,neurofibroma,lipoma and mesenchymoma.Results Adrenal cyst,neuroblastoma and lipoma had their obvious CT features.All adrenal ganglioneuroma,neurofibroma and mesenchymoma had low or equivalent density.Ganglioneuroma and neurofibroma had no enhancement but mesenchymoma had slight or moderate enhancement.Conclusion It is difficult or impossible to distinguish these tumors,except cyst,neuroblastoma and lipoma,from non-function adenoma or pheochromocytoma.

Objective Observe the effect of of U8 similar bioelectricity stimulant therapy of infertility with gracile endometrium on endometrium reception .Methods 80 cases of patients in 252 natrual period with infertility caused by poor endometrial develop-ment for unknown reasons were randomly divided into two groups .The treatment group was intervened by U8 similar bioelectricity stimulant other day from the eighth day of menstruation until the day to inject HCG .After ovulation ,patients were sustained by progestin with a dose of 20 mg per day .The control group was given estradiol valerate with a dose of 2mg per day from the eighth day of menstruation until the day to inject HCG .After ovulation ,patients were sustained by progestin with a dose of 20mg per day as well .To compare the generral conditions on HCG injection day of the two groups anterior-posterior :both groupsal thickness and types ,parameters of intramembrane and submucosal uterine blood flow ,biochemical pregnancy rates and clinical pregnancy rates . Results The endometrial thickness and types on HCG injection day in treatment group were improved significantly (P<0 .05) . The parameters of intramembrane and submucosal uterine blood flow were better than the control ,there was a significant difference ( P<0 .05) .And the clinical pregnancy rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group there was a significant differ-ence(P<0 .05) .Conclusion U8 similar bioelectricity stimulation can promote the grow th of endometrium ,improve the endometrial receptivity and the clinical pregnancy rate .

The serum myocardial enzymes and isoenzymes activities were measured in 65 bum patients. The results showed that serum CK, CK-MB, LDH and AST activities, and CK-MB/CK and LDH1/LDH2 ratios were markedly elevated after burn injury. The CK-MB/CK ratio in major bum patients was higher than 0.05 1 -3d and 14d postbum. The results suggest that myocardial cells of serious bum patients are significantly injured in both early period and 14 d postbum.

Objective To study the clinical applications of SIVP detecting hepatocarcinoma in cirrhosis.Methods 40 cases of cirrhosis combined with hepatocarcinoma diagnosed by operation and pathology were collected.Control group were scaned with conventional technique,experimental group were scaned with SIVP.Results Only 5 cases catched the optimal scan timing in control group,the accuracy of diagnosis in hepatocarcinoma was 70%;All the cases found the optimal scan timing in experimental group,the detectable rate of hepatocarcinoma was 95%.Conclusion SIVP can find out the optimal timing,which greatly improved accuracy of diagnosing hepatocarcinoma in cirrhosis.

Objective To analysis the CT features and differential points of adrenal myelolipoma.Methods The CT and clinical information of 9 adrenal myelolipomas were collected.Results CT diagnosed 8 cases of adrenal myelolipoma except 1 case misdiagnosing as adenoma.All mass measuring 2.8～10.5 cm in diameter with clear edge,low attenuation value of fat and irregular linear shadow of soft tissure might be seen in mass.Conclusion CT is the best examination of diagnosing,which could show the position,component of the mass and organs around it.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of MRA in the arteries of the pelvis and lower extremity with automatic table movement (MobiTrak).Methods 12 cases suspected of pelvis and lower extremity artery diseases underwent dynamic 3D contrast enhanced MRA and automatic table movement at the same time.Three cases underwent artery angiography,four cases were detected by operation.Results All diseased arteries were well demonstrated.Among them,lower extremity artery occlusion 8,failing vascular grafts 2,artery aneurysms 2.Conclusion Automatic table movement is of value in assessing pelvis and lower extremity artery diseases accurately.And it is a reliable and potential new technique.
