1.Theories of Teacher's Rights and Legal Relief: The Premise of Teacher's Specialization
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
The premise of teachers' specialization is the potential protection of teachers' rights.Teacher's rights,in the sense of law, embody the original rights and vocational rights. When the two are in trouble, the course lying on the legislative Issues can be relied on to protect the teacher's rights.
2.On Cheating in College Entrance Examination in the Perspective of multi-subjects
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Although under the aegis of severe supervision and punishment by the central administrators and the subordinates, cheating in college entrance examination is still a common phenomenon. Why?Economists attribute it to the game between risks and profits.Sociologists have different idea that cheating results from the prevailing disordered values.Educationists consider it to be the consequence of present education alienation. The purpose of adapting aspects of multi-subjects to analyze the problem is to probe into the truth of cheating and find out some more practical measures to prevent cheating.

Objective To discuss clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery, on herniated lumbar disc. Methods 50 patients of herniated lumbar disc were selected, and 25 patients were treated by micro endoscopy discectomy (MED).Results The treatment effect was better in treatment group, and the surgery time was shorter.1 case in treatment group had erector spinae hematoma, and 9 patients in control group had lumbago, while 2 cases had sciatica behavior. Conclusion The injury of MED was small, the surgery time was shorter, and the recovery was quicker, and it could be popularized in the clinic.

Objective To compare the curative effect of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy (PELD) and microendoscopic discectomy (MED) in lumbar disc herniation. Methods A literature search was performed in PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Wanfang, CNKI. Two authors reviewed all articles individually. The methodological quality of RCTs was assessed by the Cochrane risk of bias tool, and the quality of retrospective studies was evaluated by the modified Newcastle-Ottawa scale. The data was extracted by the Review Manager 5.30.Results A total of 19 articles were brought into this Meta-analysis. The outcomes were divided into primary outcomes and secondary outcomes. Excerpt for the short-term VAS score was lower in PELD group (P = 0.010), other index, including long-term VAS score (P = 0.120), ODI score (P = 0.260), complication (P = 0.100) and recurrence (P = 0.100), didn't had significant difference in two groups. The blood loss (P = 0.000), hospital stay (P = 0.000) and the length of incision (P = 0.000) were all superiority in PELD group. Whereas the operative time was shorter in MED group (P = 0.001).Conclusion PELD was a more minimally invasive and secure technique in lumbar disc herniation.

Objective To investigate the effects of saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids on proliferation and autophagy of human lung cancer cells. Methods The lung cancer cells A549 were treated with stearic acid (saturated fatty acid) and doconexent (DHA, unsaturated fatty acid), respectively, in concentrations of 0, 30, 60, 120 and 240μmol/L. MTT test and cell clone formation assay were performed to detect the proliferation of A549 cells. The morphology of A549 autophagy was observed by confocal laser scanning microscopy after A549 cells were treated with stearic acid or DHA for 24 hours. Western blotting assay was used to detect the expression of autophagy-related protein after A549 cells were treated with stearic acid or DHA for 12, 24 and 36 hours, respectively. Results 30-240μmol/L stearic acid or DHA both inhibited the proliferation of A549 cells (P<0.05). Both stearic acid and DHA induced autophagy of A549 cells, meanwhile, down-regulated Phospho-mTOR (ser2481) and up-regulated LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ of A549 cells (P<0.05). Conclusions Both saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid can inhibit the proliferation and induce autophagy of lung cancer cells. The mechanisms of autophagy may be related to Phospho-mTOR (ser2481) signaling pathway.

Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of self-made multifunctional endoscopic instrument accessory stent in endoscopic mucosal dissection (ESD).Methods:A total of 80 patients who received ESD in 924th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force of Chinese People′s Liberation Army from May 2019 to February 2021 were selected as research object. Random number table method was used to divide patients into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The experimental group used self-made endoscopic instrument accessory stent, and the control group did not use self-made endoscopic instrument accessory stent. The length of operation, the number of instruments taken by mistake, the number of instruments polluted during operation and the infection of postoperative 3-7 days under the same operation position, operating doctors and nurses were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of instruments taken by mistake, the incidence of instruments polluted during operation and the infection rate of postoperative 3-7 days were 0.9% (8/856), 1.4% (12/856) and 2.5% (1/40) in the experimental group, which in the control group were 10.8% (96/887), 11.8% (105/887) and 15.0% (6/40) respectively, there were significant differences between the two groups ( χ2=75.92, 75.76, 3.91, all P<0.05). The length of operation in the experimental group was (51.56 ± 2.32) min, and that in the control group was (79.02 ± 2.83) min, the difference was statistically significant ( t=-8.72, P<0.05). Conclusions:When the patients underwent ESD surgery, the self-made multifunctional accessory stent was used to place the required instrument accessory. The length of operation was shorter, the incidence of instruments taken by mistake, the incidence of instruments polluted during operation and the infection rate of postoperative 3-7 days were reduced, the quality of minimally invasive endoscopic surgery was improved.
