Objective To observe the changes of hemorheology after acute hypervolemic hemodilution (AHH), and provide theoretic basis for clinical rationally using artificial plasma substitutes. Methods 90 patients undergoing hip joint operation were randomly divided into 3 groups (each group containing 30 patients), which received intravenous infusion of 6% hydroxyethyl starch (HES), 4% gelofusine or ringer's solution at 20ml/kg, respectively before operation. The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, Hct, index of RBC aggregation and index of RBC deformation were measured before and after hemodilution. Resutls Hemodynamics was stable after AHH, and the amounts of perioperatively blood transfusion in the patients received colloid solution were obviously less than those in the patients received crystalloid solution. The whole blood viscosity, Hct and index of RBC aggregation significantly decreased after AHH in all the patients, and index of RBC deformation markedly increased in the patients after AHH with 6% HES. Conclusion AHH could effectively maintain hemodynamics stable, improve hemorheological condition and perfusion of microcirculation, enhance the tolerance of blood loss, and reduce homologous blood transfusion. Colloid solution was better than crystalloid solution for AHH.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(04):-
Objective To compare the effect of acute hypervolemic hemodilution (AHH) and normovolemic hemodilution (ANH) as means of perioperative blood conservation in the patients undergoing hepatic tumor operation. Methods 45 ASA I-II patients with hepatic tumor were randomly divided into three groups, control, AHH and ANH, each group containing 15 cases. After induction of anesthesia, the patients of AHH group were rapidly infused 20 ml/kg fluid intravenously, the patients of ANH group were withdrawn 15ml/kg intravenous blood and simultaneously infused the same volumes of 6% hydroxyethyl starch. BP, HR, ECG, SaO2, urine output, fluid input and blood loss were monitored during operation. Blood samples were collected before and after hemodilution, at end of operation and the first day of postoperation to measure Hb, Hct, Plt, blood biochemical indices, PT and APTT. Results After hypervolemic and normovolemic hemodilution Hct reduced to 30.9?3.3% and 29.6?2.8% from 39.8?3.4% and 40.2?3.5% respectively, and PT and APTT were significantly prolonged in both the AHH and ANH patients (P

In China, the treatment of AIDS With Chinese herbal medicine compound has been widely studied and practiced. Clinical Studies showed that the treatment of AIDS with Chinese medicine can significantly relieve AIDS patients' clinical symptoms, improve life quality with rising immunity and alleviate toxic and side effects in antiviral drug. This study took 28 Clinical Studies on the treatment of AIDS with Chinese herbal medicine compound published in Chinese periodicals as the research object, and designed Tree Analysis Algorithm was used to analyze prescription compatibility in the treatment of AIDS with Chinese herbal medicine compound. Results of data analysis revealed that clinical therapy on AIDS could be classified into three types: predominent de-toxication, predominent supplementing Qi, and simultaneous de-toxication and supplementing Qi due to different understanding the pathogenesis of excessive evil and deficient essence-qi. But in practical medication, there has not formed a reasonable and effective combination or basic prescription up to now, except that Astragalus was wildly used.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2018;27(9):513-516
Objective To investigate the cytogenetic and clinical features of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with CD7 positive. Methods Among 788 AML patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC from January 2008 to December 2012, a total of 140 AML patients with CD7 positive were enrolled, and their clinical and cytogenetic characteristics were analyzed respectively. Results According to French-American-British (FAB) classification systems, M5[47.1 % (66/140)] and M2[27.1 % (38/140)] were often detected in 140 AML patients with CD7 positive. The positive rate of CD7 in M0patients [(60.9±13.2) %] was the highest, followed by (53.1±29.5) % in M1patient. Karyotype analysis showed that 72 (51.4 %) AML patients with CD7 positive had unfavorable karyotypes. Thirty-one (22.1 %) AML patients with CD7 positive simultaneously showed the expressions of lymphoid antigens. Clinically, some AML patients with CD7 positive was accompanied by hyperleukocytosis [75.0 % (105/140)] (white blood count ≥20×109/L) and hepatosplenomegaly [82.1 % (115/140)]. The proportion of elder patients (above 65 years old) and complete remission rate of AML with CD7 positive were lower than those of AML with CD7 negative [25.7 % (36/140) vs. 39.4 % (255/648);12.1 % (17/140) vs. 24.7 % (160/648), respectively], and there were statistical differences (χ 2= 8.62, P=0.03; χ 2= 9.70, P= 0.01, respectively). Conclusion AML patients with CD7 positive have specific cytogenetic and clinical characteristics, and poor prognosis.
