Objective To explore the clinical effect of microendoscopic discectomy through posterior approach in old patients with multilevel lumber spinal stenosis and analyze the influence factors that related to clinical effect .Methods 64 old patients with multilevel lumber spinal stenosis were selected and divided into microendoscopic group and open group based on different operation method ,each group contained 32 patients .Comparison was made between two groups in respects of operation time ,amount of bleed-ing ,hospital time post-operation and Nakai scores .Analyzed the influence factors that related to clinical effect .Results The opera-tion time ,amount of bleeding ,hospital time post-operation in microendoscopic group were lower than open group ,the differences had statistical significance .Based on the Nakei score ,the curative effect in microendoscopic group was slightly lower than open group ,but the differences had no statistical significance .The JOA score pre-operation ,walking distances and complication were rela-tive factors that could influence the clinical effect of microendoscopic discectomy through posterior approach method .Conclusion Microendoscopic discectomy through posterior approach in old patients with multilevel lumber spinal stenosis had quicker postoper-ative recovery than conventional operation ,and the JOA score pre-operation ,walking distances and complication were relative fac-tors that could influence the clinical effect of microendoscopic discectomy through posterior approach method .

Surgical site infection (SSI)following spinal surgery is the most common complications, which is devastating for both the patient and the surgeon.There is strong evidence in the literature that opti-mizing specific preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative variables can significantly lower the risk of developing an SSI.Evidence-based approach will allow surgeons to minimize the risk of SSI and,therefore, significantly improve patient care.Here,we review the current evidence.

Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Shangsuyu Spray.Methods:A Shim pack CLC ODS column was used. The mobile phase consisted of NH 4H 2PO 4 buffer (3.0) methanol (50∶50). The detective wavelength was 276nm.Results:The linear range was from 1.08 to 20.60?g/ml, r =0.9999. The recovery of the added sample was 100.5%. RSD was 2.5%. This method was easy to operate with accurate result, high sensitivity and good reproducibility.Conclusion:The method can be used for the determination of the contents of baicalin in Shangsuyu Spray.

Objective To study the influence of Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying and blood-activating recipe(养阴益气活血方) on anticoagulation and fabrinolysis of cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC).Methods Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying blood-activating recipe was composed of three equal proportions of Radix Rehmanniae(生地黄),Radix Astragali(黄芪) and Rhizoma Chuanxiong(川芎);blood-activating recipe(活血方)contains Rhizoma Chuanxiong only.Serology pharmacology method was used to observe the effects of Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying and blood-activating recipe on anticoagulation and fabrinolysis of cultured endotheliocytes of human umbilical vein.Results Compared with control group,both Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying blood-activating and blood-activating recipes could obviously increase the content of 6-keto-prostacyclin 1?(6-keto-PGF1?) in HUVEC((412.5?42.7)ng/L and(231.7?30.1)ng/L vs.(137.6?13.5)ng/L),promote the activity of tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA)((0.920?0.072)kU/L and(0.679?0.062)kU/L vs.(0.516?0.052)kU/L),and inhibit the activity of tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI)((0.622?0.071)kAU/L and(0.851?0.085)kAU/L vs.(0.934?0.076)kAU/L),decrease the content of endothelin(ET)((35.7?4.9)ng/L and(46.8?5.1)ng/L vs.(58.6?6.2)ng/L),and increase the content of nitrogen monoxide(NO)((21.68?2.26)mmol/L and(15.15?1.73)mmol/L vs.(8.67?1.24)mmol/L) of cultured HUVEC(P

Methods Ten 18-22 day pregnant and 10 non-pregnant SD rats were killed under pentobarbital anesthesia. OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine concentration of cefixime in human serum.ME_ THODS:The assay was conducted on Agilent ZORBAX?SB C 18 column with methanal-water-PBS(25∶15∶60,V/V/V)as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was270nm,and the acetanilide was taken as internal standard.RESULTS:The lin?earity range was0.11～5.28mg/L with a regressive equation of Y-0.07534X-0.13186,r=0.9995.The recovery was high.CONCLUSION:This method is accurate,rapid and simple and can be used for determining the concentration of cefixime in human serum.

Objective We studied the expression of VEGF and its receptor,FLK－ 1,in neuroblastoma and its relation to clinical features.Methods With the help of antigen repairing,immunohistochemical analysis using antibody against VEGF,FLK－ 1 was carried out on speciments of 52 cases of neuroblastoma.Results There were 36 cases of VEGF and 34 cases of FLK－ 1 positive expression,the expression of them were nearly consistent.The positive rate of VEGF and FLK－ 1 were higher in metastatic tumors(28/34,26/34)than in non－ metastastic tumors and had statistical significance(respectively P<0.01,P<0.05).The expression of VEGF in UH tumors was higher than in FH tumors,and statistical value is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF is a vital angiogenic factor,and may play an improtant role in the progression and metastasis of neuroblastoma.Its expression and function correlates well to FLK－ 1,and may aid in predicting patients at risk of metastasis.

Objective:This paper was designed to reveal the active ingredients to inhibit platelet aggregation in Andregraphis Paniculata Ness (APN).　Methods:Separating the active component parts of APN on the antiplatelet aggretion by extraction of organic solvent, chemical separation and silica column chromatography step by step, simultaneously comparing the effect of samples in APN on the antiplatelet aggretion induced by ADP, so that we can find the more active components.　Results:We find the acid components in chlorlform parts (F021) show more active on the antiplatelet aggretion, farthermore we think we can obstain pure chemicals on the antiplatelet aggretion in F0212 and F0214.　Conclusions:The active components on antiplatelet aggretion of APN can be prepared by separation step by step.
