With the development of the time,its original management system problem revealed. Then how to reform in order to play its due role? The author pondered on the college student associations'development prospects and ideas by analysing its status and the plight of its development.

Objective] The pathogenesis of HuangQin Tang is discussed little in six meridians syndrome differentiation, and which meridian syndrome does it belong to isn’t clear. So this article tries to discuss the belonging and pathogenesis of it. And the key point of using it in clinic will also be involved.[Method] Combining the observation of efficacy of XiaoChaiHu Tang and HuangQin Tang and the elaboration articles are related to that two prescriptions to analyze the difference of that two prescriptions in pathogenesis.[Result]It’s found that HuangQin Tang and XiaoChaiHu Tang all belong to ShaoYin in six meridian syndrome.But their pathogenesis is different. HuangQin Tang should be used in heat syndrome of ShaoYang disease which caused by heat pathogen of ShaoYang meridian and diarrhea will appear because belly is shocked. However, XiaoChaiHu Tang is used to drive cold pathogen of ShaoYang meridian. [Conclusion]Both of HuangQin Tang and XiaoChaiHu Tang belong to ShaoYang Meridian, but it’s known that HuangQin Tang is used less. And less discussion of HuangQin Tang should be blamed. The more we know on pathogenesis of HuangQin Tang, the better we use it.

Objective To investigate the effect of diosmin on the pain and wound healing after modified anal fissure resection .Methods 98 patients from January 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital who were admitted to meet the inclusion criteria and improved anal fissure resection patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, 49 cases in each group.And the control group was given routine postoperative treatment, the study group was treated with diosmin tablets on routine postoperative therapy , two groups were treated for seven days for a course of treatment, the wound pain, wound width and wound healing were observed and recorded before and after treatment, blood samples were taken to determine changes in serum inflammatory factors, the clinical efficacy and complications were compared.Results After treatment, the two groups of wound pain, the width of the wound and wound healing rate were decreased, the serum TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6 levels were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), compared with the control group, the degree of pain, the width of the wound and wound healing rate were lower, the serum TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6 content were lower, the average healing time and granulation growth time and remove decay time were shorter, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 91.83%, higher than the control group 75.51%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).All patients were followed up, no case falls off phenomenon, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Diosmin tablets on the improvement of anal fissure after resection of wound healing has a role in promoting inflammation, reduce the severity of pain conditions.

Objective To compare elasticity imaging and conventional ultrasound when applied to the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods Totally 124 breast tumor patients (140 lesions) from some hospital were analyzed retrospectively,who were divided into a control group and an observation group according to ultrasound examination ways.The control group involved in 60 patients with 66 lesions undergoing conventional ultrasound examination,and the observation group had 64 patients with 74 lesions undergoing elasticity imaging.Pathological findings were considered as gold standard,and the two groups were compared on accuracy,specificity and sensitivity.Results Pathological detection found the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the malignant tumor in the control group were 85.00％,84.78％ and 84.85％ respectively,and the ones of the malignant tumor in the observation group were 95.83％,96.00％ and 95.95％ respectively.The two groups had significant differences between the accuracies,specificities and sensitivities (P＜0.05).Conclusion Elasticity imaging describes the size,shape,number,margin and etc of the breast tumor,and thus can enhance the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity for diagnosing breast tumors.

10 000 u,5 000~10 000u and 10 000 u group,and the gene expression was slightly increased in molecular weight 5 000～10 000 u group,but no significant difference of gene expression and protein secretion in 10 000 u uremic toxin,through promoting the gene expression and protein excretion of TGF-?_1 of renal tubular epithelial cells in patients with chronic renal failure.

Objective To explore the application value of mammary gland remodeling to one-stage repair local defects after partial excision.Methods The clinical data of 62 breast patients undergoing mammary gland remodeling to one-stage repair local defect after partial excision between January 2011 and December 2014 were reviewed.Results All patients recovery,the average operative time was 60 min,the average hospital stay was 7 days,the average cost was 5 216 yuan,1 case with postoperative concurrent incision infection,6 cases with postoperative hematoma.The cosmetic results were excellent or good rate was 87.1％ (54/62),and fair rate was 12.9％ (8/62).The breasts showed natural and symmetrical appearance during a follow-up of 12-36 months.Conclusions The application of mammary gland remodeling to one-stage repair local defect after partial excision is a safe and economical method.

Objective To detect the expression of Cytokeratin 19 (CK19) mRNA in the peripheral blood of cervical carcinoma patients and evaluate its clinical significance.Methods The expression of CK19 mRNA was evaluated by fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( FQRT-PCR ) in the peripheral blood of 138 patients with cervical carcinoma and 36 patients with benign gynecological tumors.In 138 patients,possible correlations between clinical pathological factors were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of CK19 mRNA was 69.6％ in 138 cervical carcinomas in comparison with 13.9％ in benign gynecological tumors,and 57.9％ in patients with FIGO Stage Ⅰ A to Ⅱ A cervical carcinoma in comparison with 80.6％ in patients with FIGO Stage Ⅱb to Ⅳ cervical carcinoma.The expression of CK19 mRNA in patients with FIGO Stage Ⅰ A to Ⅱ A cervical carcinoma were significantly correlated with stage,differentiation and lymph vascular space involvement,but was not associated with prognostic factors including age,bully tumor size,pathological types,deep stromal invasion and lymph node metastasis.In multivariate survival analysis,lymph vascular space involvement was an independent risk factor of CK19mRNA expression in patients with cervical carcinoma.Conclusions Fluorescent quantitative RTPCR can be used to detect the expression of CK19 in the peripheral blood of cervical carcinoma patients,and it is a sensitive and specific technique.CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood may be a potential biomarker for detecting micrometastasis in cervical carcinoma.The results suggest a possible use of this approach for evaluating prognosis.

Objective To investigate the effect of cyclosporine A (CsA) on autophagylysosomal pathway in tubular epithelial cells.Methods Human renal tubular epithelial cell line (HK-2 cell) was treated with different concentrations (3,5 and 10 μmol/L) of CsA for 24 h.Then the viability and apoptosis of cells were measured by MTT assay or AnnexinV-PI staining followed by flow cytometry analysis,respectively.Autophagy-related protein LC3-Ⅱ and p62 were detected by immunofluorescence assay.Autophagic flux was analyzed in HK-2 cells transfected with a tandem mRFP-GFP fluorescent-tagged LC3 (ffLC3) plasmid by laser confocal microscope.The lysosomal degradation was evaluated by DQ-ovalbumin staining followed by flow cytometry analysis.Results The viability of HK-2 cells was significantly decreased with CsA stimulation when compared with control group (P ＜ 0.01),but the number of apoptotic cells was markedly increased by CsA treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the control group,different doses of CsA dramatically increased the expressions of LC3-Ⅱ (P ＜ 0.01) and p62 (P ＜ 0.05) in HK-2 cells.Moreover,HK-2 cells treated with CsA displayed a significant increase in autophagosomes but a marked decrease in autolysosomes.In HK-2 cells,exposured to CsA caused a decrease in lysosomal degradation by DQ-ovalbumin staining when compared with control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Blockade of autophagy via disrupting lysosome degradation may represent a novel mechanism of CsA-induced tubular epithelial cells injury.

OBJECTIVE： Four different one－ week triple therapeutic schemes to eradicate Helicobacter pylori were compared by pharmacoeconomic analysis to provide a scientific method for rational assignment of our limited medical fund.METHODS： According to literature reports,892 cases of duodenal ulcer and gastritis with Helicobacter pylori were selected.These patients were randomly divided into four groups which received different one－ week triple therapeutic schemes： OMC(Omeprazole＋ Metronidazole＋ Clarithromycin),OFC(Omeprazole＋ Furazolidone＋ Clarithromycin),OFA(Omeprazole＋ Furazolidone＋ Amoxicillin)and BFC(Colloidal bismuth subcitrate＋ Furazolidone＋ Clarithromycin).The schemes were evaluated with pharmacoeconomic cost－ effectiveness analysis.RESULTS： The cost－ effectiveness ratios of OMC,OFC,OFA,BFC for gastritis or duodenal ulcer were 16.19/17.33,17.30/13.93,11.40/10.56,11.17/10.75 respectively.They changed to 16.36/17.51,17.49/14.08,8.15/7.55,11.66/11.20 by sensitivity analysis.CONCLUSION： OFA is the most effective and inexpensive one to eradicate Hp.

Background and purpose:Uterine body invasion of carcinoma of the uterine cervix is not in the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)staging system.Some reports suggested that uterine body invasion of carcinoma of the uterine cervix was an important prognostic factor.The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical characteristics and prognosis of the uterine cervix carcinoma with uterine body invasion.Methods:The clinicopathologic records of 406 patients with carcinoma of the uterine cervix of stage Ⅰb~Ⅱa who underwent radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy were retrospectively analyzed,the number of uterine body invasion was 69 in all cases.On the contrary,the negative number was 337.We studied the general condition(age of onset)and tumor conditions,including clinical stage,tumor diameter,pathological type,pathology differentiated degree,positive pelvic lymph nodes,deep stromal invasion,and lymph vascular space involvement.Results:In univariate survival analysis,the incidence of stage Ⅱa,non-squamous cell cancer(non-SqCC),tumor size≥4 cm,deep stromal invasion and positive pelvic lymph nodes were signifi cantly higher in carcinoma of the uterine cervix with uterine body invasion than those in control group(P
