1.A study on the stability of control preparation of blood cells after unsealing
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(5):456-458
Objective To investigate the stability of control preparation of blood cells after un-sealing. Methods One vial of red blood cell control preparation was aliquoted in fifteen round bottom centrifuge tube with covers stored at 2-8 "C. Aliquots were tested respectively in modes of whole blood and pre-dilution each day. The test results were filled in the quality control chart. The quality control i- tems included hemoglobin (Hb), mean cell volume (MCV), hematocrit (HCT), white blood cells (WBC) ,red blood cells (RBC) and platelets (PLT). The stability of the blood cell control preparation was also dynamically observed for 15 days with a non-aliquot standard preparation. Results There were no significant differences in the test results among the aliquots tested from day 1 to day 15. The PLT count was significantly increased for the non-aliquoted vial on day 7 (P<0.05). The coefficientvariation (CV) of test results for pre-dilution specimens was 1.3 to 5.5 times as that for whole blood specimens. Conclusion The aliquots of blood cell control materials has the potential to remain viable for at least 15 days under the temperature of 2 ℃-8℃. The whole blood dilution method has preferable reproducibility and accuracy.

Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1997;0(04):-
To study the basic properties of DPOAE including the Spectral History of DPOAE in subjects with normal hearing, Thresholds of octave pure tone from 0.125 to 8 kHz and Tympanometry in 226 Hz were measured to exclude the abnormal function of middle ear in 38 ears of 19 young subjects, then the spectrum of DPOAE、DP - Gram、I/O function curve、Latency and Spectral History of DPOAE were recorded. DPOAE can be detected in all subjects, the amplitude of DPOAE has great intersubjectal variety, the largest two values are 9.11 dB SPL at 1. 5 kHz and 7.72 dB SPL at 6 kHz, DP - Gram has two peaks. The amplitude increased with the increasement of primary tone level, The latency shortened with the increasement of primary frequency. The Spectral History in most of them is flat, the coefficiency of variance is 2. 53?1. 89% , the abnormal rate is 18.5% implying the Spectral History maybe have role in predicating subclinic cochlear lesion.
3.Clinical Significance of the Correlation Between Serum Hepatocyte Growth Factor and Urinary Viable Tubular Cells Count in Patients with Acute Renal Failure.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(02):-
Objective To study the correlation between serum hepatocyte growth factor and Urinary viable tubular cells count in patients with acute renal failure and to evaluate the clinical significance. Methods Serum HGF levels were determined by ELISA and the number of viable tubular cells in urine was determined by trypan blue in 25 patients with ARF at the stages of oliguria, polyuria and convalescence. The relationship between serum HGF levels, the number of viable tubular cell and renal function was studied. Results Compared with the 9th day from the occurrence of ARF,the HGF levels in the serum increased significantly at the 1th day in the ARF patients. There was significant positive correlation between BUN or SCr and the serum HGF in urine in patients with acute renal failure. Conclusion Serum HGF in ARF patients increased significantly and tended to rise at first but dropped afterwards, which reflected the course of renal injury and the recovery of renal epithelial cells. The detected viable tubular cells in urine were an early predictive indication of renal function recovering in ARF patients.

Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(03):-
Transient Evoked otoacoustic emissions(TEOAE) in 25 hearing- normal youngers was analysed to study its basic character and the influences of different stimulus intensities on the amplitude and the power spectrum which may be useful to identify the hearing-loss subjects as the standardline. We find that the average amplitude of TEOAE is 5.97, 9.22, 12. 76 dB SPL under three intensities, the frequencies of the spectrum distribute from 0 to 6 000 Hz. The two maximal values are located in 1 025 Hz and 1 513 Hz seper-ately. The amplitude of TEOAE increases with the stimulus tone's growth. We conclude that it's necessary to consider completely when evaluating the patient's hearing function by TEOAE's power spectrum on account of its incontinuity and decrease in high frequency.

Objective To explore the association between acute ischemic stroke and albumin to creatinine ratio (ACR).Methods A case-control study.During January to December in 2013, 127 acute ischemic stroke patients as case group and 150 controls who were similar with case group in age and gender were recruited in Tianjin Union Medicine Center . According to diabetes , hypertension , cardiovascular diseases and patients without these three diseases , case group was divided into A1, B1, C1 and D1 subgroups, control group was divided into A2, B2, C2 and D2 subgroups in the same way.The first morning urine from participants were collected .Urinary albumin concentration was tested by nephelometry , urinary creatinine was examined by using enzymic method , ACR were calculated(≥30 mg/g as the cutoff value). Then difference of ACR between case and control group was compared , the cutoff value of albuminuria for ischemic stroke patients was analyzed by ROC , and the risk factor of ischemic stroke were analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Results The prevalence of albuminuria in ischemic stroke patients was 38.58%(49).According to analysis of covariance, after adjustment for age, gender, cardiac-disease, diabetes, hypertension, lnACR in case group was significantly higher than control group (3.18 mg/g vs 2.78 mg/g, t=2.13 P=0.03), especially D1 was significantly higher than D2 subgroup (3.01 mg/g vs 2.51 mg/g,t=5.56,P=0.009) .If 19.82 mg/g from ROC analysis was used as the cut-off value, the sensitivity and specificity are 68.5% and 61.7%.The odds ratio ( OR ) of ACR >19.82 mg/g was about 2-fold when compared with ACR<19.82 mg/g adjusted for stroke risk factors , and the OR value is 2.43 in comparison of patients without diabetes , hypertension and cardiovascular diseases .Conclusions Urinary albumin excretion is the independent risk factor of ischemic stroke .The increased urinary albumin has important clinical significance to predict the risk of ischemic stroke for the patients without diabetes , hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.
