1.Medical service in high & cold mountainous region in future war
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Based on experience on medical service drilling for many years, this paper analyses the hardship and complexity of medical service support in high & cold mountainous region. It also puts forward some suggestions in such aspects as integral design, focal points insurance, necessaries reinforcement, preach for popularization and mutual cure training.
2.A study on the mRNA expression of the glucose transporter gene in the diabetic rats
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1993;0(00):-
The study was proceeded on the mRNA expression of the GULT1 and GLUT4 gene in the alloxan diabetic rats by the technique of dot-blot hybridization analysis. The results showed that the levels of the GLUT4 mRNA expression were reduced in diabetic rats while increased in insulin treated diabetic rats. This suggests that the reduced GLUT4 mRNA expression which could affect the quantity of its posttranslational products may be one of the causes of the insulin resistance.
3.Effects of Xingding injection on the expression MCP-1 in the kidney of diabetic rats
Journal of Chinese Physician 2009;11(4):466-468
Objective To study the protective effects of Ginkgo biloba injection on the renal in diabetic nephropathy rats. Methods The models of diabetic rats were induced by streptozotecin. SD rats (n=18) were randomly divided into three groups, including control group, diabetic group and treated group. After 6 weeks, blood glucose, serum cholesterol and urinary protein were measured respectively. The expression of MCP-1 in the glomerulus was determined by immunohistechemical staining. Results Xingding injection did not influence blood glucose and serum cholesterol, but significantly inhibited expression of MCP-1 and lowered urinary protein excretion. Conclusion Xingding injection has some protective effect, which may be through down-regulating MCP-1 expression.
4.Three-dimensional reconstruction of ultrasound blood vessel images based on Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit and the Visualization Toolkit
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(48):9476-9478
Three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of medical images constructs the 3D models of organs using 2D medical image serials, which provide intuitionistic visual information for medical workers. However, most people concern about the CT images reconstruction, only few people focus on the reconstruction of Ultrasound images. In this thesis, it introduces Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit (ITK) and The Visualization Toolkit (VTK) firstly. Then it presents the process of Ultrasound image serials using ITK and VTK. At last, it presents the outcome of the experiment. The results show that the reconstruction of Ultrasound images can also get good effect by using ITK and VTK.
5.Research involved with 5-Fu metabolize and resistance mechanism
Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(1):67-69
5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) as an antimetabolite drug, has been widely used in the treatment of various solid tumors. However, due to the heterogeneity of tumor and the impact of the individual, some patients still have drug resistance or serious lethal toxicity reaction. The text focuses on the research progress of pharmacogenomics and pharmacogenetics of some forecast elements which affect the efficacy and toxicity of 5-Fu,and discussed their guiding role on the choice of chemotherapy drugs.
6.An Attempt to Breed Medicinal Animals Together Under Same Ecological Condition with Constant Temperature
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2000;31(9):703-704
The feasibility to breed gecko, scorpion, centipede, leech and ground beetle together in abreeding shed of our own design with constant temperature was tried for a period of 2 years. Resultsshowed that the animals lead their normal dietetic and living habit satisfactorily, without hibernation andreproduce their offsprings the whole year round. It could be concluded that such breeding scheme is worth-while to advocate for the benefit of those who are engaged in the business of medicinal animal breeding.
7.Study on quality standard of Liancao Oral Liquid
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(2):171-172
Objective To establish the quality standard of Liancao Oral Liquid. Methods The content of scutellarin and p-Coumaric acid in Liancao Oral Liquid was determined by HPLC. Results There was a good linearity for scutellarin in the range of0.208~1.042 μg (r=0.9999) (n=5) , The average recovery rate was 100.3%, RSD=0.81% (n =6) ; There was a good linearity for p-Coumaric acid in the range of 0.079~0.394 μg (r=0.9994) (n=5) , The average recovery rate was 99.6%, RSD=0.94% (n=6) . Conclusion To develop a method of determining the content of Liancao Oral Liquid. The methods are simple, effective with good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of Liancao Oral Liquid.
8.Progress in the role of hydrogen sulfide in inflammation
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(2):212-214
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) was considered as the third gasotransmitter, along with nitric oxide and carbon monoxide, with extensively biological activities.Considerable evidence showed that H2S was involved in inflammatory processes such as in inflammatory cells, inflammatory mediates, vascular tension and signaling pathways.Previous studies suggested H2S played a bidirectional role in regulating inflammation including pro- and anti-inflammatory actions due to different animal models.Further study about the role and mechanism of H2S in inflammation will contribute to efficient prevention and treatment for inflammatory diseases.
9.Diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors
International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(2):124-127
Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is the most common mesenchymal tumors of the diges-tive tract. Along with histology progress, the people have made the new progress regarding the mesenchy-moma understanding, also proposed the new viewpoint to its treatment, the therapy of GIST has changed from surgical resection alone to surgery after the application of tyrosine kinase inhibitor. The article reviews the therapy of GIST and proposes possible therapeutic regimen.
10.Diagnosis and emergency treatment of intracranial hypotension syndrome in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2011;18(5):400-402
Intracranial hypotension syndrome is easily underestimated by doctors and patients, but its occurrence is not infrequent.Primary intracranial hypotension is usually associated with cerebral blood vessel disturbance and infections.Secondary intracranial hypotension is usually secondary to iatrogenic and other diseases or trauma. The main manifestation of intracranial hypotension syndrome is postural headache which may be diagnosed by cerebrospinal fluid pressure measurement during lumber puncture. The headache can disappear by posture adjustment in most children,or by water intake or intravenous administration of hypotonic (0.5%)or saline in serious case.Prognosis is good and precaution is most important for all.
