1.A study on the mRNA expression of the glucose transporter gene in the diabetic rats
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1993;0(00):-
The study was proceeded on the mRNA expression of the GULT1 and GLUT4 gene in the alloxan diabetic rats by the technique of dot-blot hybridization analysis. The results showed that the levels of the GLUT4 mRNA expression were reduced in diabetic rats while increased in insulin treated diabetic rats. This suggests that the reduced GLUT4 mRNA expression which could affect the quantity of its posttranslational products may be one of the causes of the insulin resistance.

Based on experience on medical service drilling for many years, this paper analyses the hardship and complexity of medical service support in high & cold mountainous region. It also puts forward some suggestions in such aspects as integral design, focal points insurance, necessaries reinforcement, preach for popularization and mutual cure training.
4.Clinical analysis of ketogenic diet for 25 children with infantile spasms
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(7):532-534
Objective To assess the efficacy, compliance and safety of ketogenic diet (KD) for children with infantile spasms, thus to provide an effective basis for the treatment of infantile spasms. Methods Twenty-five patients with infantile spasms were treated with KD.The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) were used, except for metabolic diseases,to detect the blood routine, urine, stool, blood Iipids, liver function,as well as electrocardiogram (ECG),electroencephalograph (EEG),ultrasound of the urinary system and other related checks of all patients. The KD antiepileptic drug therapy was given after all children were admitted to hospital, and KD started directly in all patients without fasting. The efficacy compliance and safety were followed up in this study. Results KD maintenance therapy for 1 month,3 mouths,6 months were given to 25 cases (100%,25/25 cases),to 22 cases (88%,22/25 cases),and to 10 cases (40%,10/25 cases),respectively.Among them 7 patients (28%,7/25 cases) were in complete control of seizures within 1 month.Up to Class Ⅱ,Ⅲ efficacy level accounted for 32% (8/25 cases),12% (3/25 cases),respectively.Thirteen cases of children had varying digestive symptoms,10 cases of them developed asymptomatic hypoglycemia, and 9 cases of children had sleep trouble during KD treatment, but after symptomatic treatment, children's adverse reactions almost subsided.Only 4 cases of children discontinued treatment due to adverse reactions. All children's seizures were fully controlled. Conclusions The effect of KD is sure in the treatment of infantile spasms.Although KD has some adverse reactions, but it can be tolerated;serious body organ dysfunction treated by KD + antiepileptic drugs combination therapy for 1 to 6 months is not found yet,so the therapy is worthy of promotion clinically.
5.Diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors
International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(2):124-127
Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is the most common mesenchymal tumors of the diges-tive tract. Along with histology progress, the people have made the new progress regarding the mesenchy-moma understanding, also proposed the new viewpoint to its treatment, the therapy of GIST has changed from surgical resection alone to surgery after the application of tyrosine kinase inhibitor. The article reviews the therapy of GIST and proposes possible therapeutic regimen.
6.Determination of Residual Citrinin in Zhibituo Tablets by Solid Phase Extraction-UPLC-MS/MS
China Pharmacy 2017;28(9):1278-1280
OBJECTIVE:To determine residual citrinin in Zhibituo tablet by solid phase extraction-UPLC-MS/MS. METH-ODS:The sample was processed preliminary by solid extraction. The determination was performed on Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 col-umn with mobile phase consisting of water (0.1% formic acid)-acetonitrile (70:30,V/V,gradient elution) at the follow rate of 0.30 mL/min. The column temperature was 40 ℃,and analysis time was 7 min,the sample size was 2 μL. Ionization mode was positive ion mode. The ion source temperature was 150 ℃,drying gas velocity was 15 L/min,sheath gas temperature was 350 ℃, sheath gas flow rate was 12 L/min,capillary voltage was 3500 V,atomization device pressure was 40 psi, atomization voltage was 0 V. The acquisition mode was MRM mode. RESULTS:The linear range of citrinin was 0.1-20 ng/mL(r=0.9994);the limits of quantitation and detection were 0.05 and 0.01 ng/mL. RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability tests were all lower than 2.0%;recoveries were 98.868%-103.160%(RSD=1.5%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is rapid, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of residual citrinin in Zhibituo tablet.
7.Research on internet-plus pharmacy service at large traditional Chinese medicine hospitals
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2017;33(1):66-68
Mobile internet terminals were connected to the pharmacy of the hospital to improve the outpatient pharmacy process, building an internet-based pharmacy service model for general tertiary hospitals. This model covered the entire outpatient service, ranging from registration, payment and dispensary at the hospital. It significantly enhanced the efficiency, namely 80. 8% less time for payment, not to mention the free delivery and no waiting time for dispensary.
8.Research of procalcitonin in the inflammatory response following cardiopulmonary bypass
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Procalcitonin (PCT) detection is a diagnostic tool for the differential diagnosis of bacterial or non-bacterial infections complicated by a systemic inflammatory response. Recent research in the cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)suggests PCT level reflect the systemic inflammation following CPB. Measurement of PCT may help to identify the patients with high-risk who may be benefited from specific treatment administered and intensified monitoring provided, so as to reduce the surgical complications.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(12):-
The article introduced the recent progress of tissue-engineered trachea. The problems encountered in the field and the study direction in the future are also mentioned.
10.Heat shock protein and cardioprotection
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
The defense mechinism of heat shock protein(HSP)acting as moleculars chaperons requires heat shock transcription factors as the primary mediators of the heat shock response.Increased expression of HSP may protect the heart.Overexpression of HSP can inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis, protect the integrity of the microtubules and the actin cytoskeleton in cardiac myocytes and endothelial cells exposed to ischemia, participate in the folding and activation of protein kinases and transcription factors such as HIF-1? and HSF1,bind to endothelial nitric oxide synthase(Enos) and stimulate its activity, and downregulate cytokine production.Hence,it is of benefit to efficiently elevate HSP expression in myocardium using pharmacological and/or gene therapy procedures without any adverse effect.
