4.MUC4 research progress in tumor molecular markers.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(1):233-236
Mucin antigen 4 (MUC4) is a molecular marker for some malignant tumors for early tumor diagnosis, prognosis and targeted therapy. It provides a new research direction in tumor diagnosis and treatment that will have a wide application prospect. In recent years, there has been a large number of research reports on the basic and clini-a wide application prospect. In recent years, there has been a large number of research reports on the basic and clinical studies about MUC4, but the molecular imaging study about MUC4 is seldom reported. In this paper the recentcal studies about MUC4, but the molecular imaging study about MUC4 is seldom reported. In this paper the recent research about MUC4 on basic and clinical studies is briefly reviewed, and it is expected to promote the development of tumor molecular imaging.

5.Rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy: 4 cases report
Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences 2010;37(1):100-102
Objective To study the current situation of diagnosis and treatment of rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy through 4-cases report. Methods We made a clinical study of 4 cases of rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy admitted to our hospital between 1995 and 2005. Results Three patients had been undergone artificial abortion before they were admitted to our hospital. All the patients were asymptomatic. Ultrasonography was made in 3 cases. Two cases were diagnosed as rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy. Three patients were cured with surgery. Conclusions Rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy is rare and with atypical clinical manifestation in the first trimester. Although diagnosis before surgery is difficult, ultrasonography and MRI make a great role. Surgery is the most important therapeutic method.

7.Expression and function of P2X purine receptors in the enteric nervous system
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(1):37-40
P2X receptors are ligand gated ion channels, extracellular ATP is their natural extracellular ligand. When any of the subtypes of P2X receptors and extracellular ATP are combined, P2X channel opens, allowing cations (calcium, sodium, potassium, etc. ) pass through. Enteric nervous system is composed of the gut myenteric plexus and submucosal plexus, in both of which P2X receptors exist, mediating different effects under physiological and pathological conditions. In this paper, the enteric nervous system,P2X receptor distribution and related functions are reviewed in order to further explore the P2X receptor in the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal diseases.
8.Development of 5- to 9-year-old children's understanding the probabilities of the causes of illness
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2009;18(2):142-144
Objective To study the development of children's understanding the probabilities of the causes of illness. Methods 120 5-to 9-year-old children were interviewed via open-ended items and forced choices about illness. Results There were statistical significance in their understanding of the probabilities of the causes of illness and their strategies of prediction among the three groups(χ2(2)= 50.134,P <0.01;χ2(6)= 95.781, P <0.01);in addition, there was statistical significance between the two educational backgrounds (χ2(1)= 11.162, P <0.01;χ2(3)= 35.043, P <0.01). Conclusion Some preschool-aged children viewed outcomes of familiar causes of illness as probabilistic. The children's understanding of the causes' probabilities appeared to be based on naive biology. 5- to 9-year-old children made probabilistic predictions from a single cause to multiple causes. Children coming from higher educational backgrounds outperformed their counterparts coming from lower educational backgrounds with respect to understanding illness.

10.Mechanism and preventive measures of renal injury after cardiopulmonary bypass
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(04):-
Despite the continuous improvement of cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB),renal dysfunction remains a frequent complication of cardiac surgery.Previous studies reported that the incidence of acute renal dysfunction following CPB was 7%-40%,while that of acute renal failure(ARF) was 1%-10%.In those who developed ARF,the prognosis was poor, with mortality of about 40%-80%.The present paper reviews the mechanism, risks and available preventive measures of acute renal injury following CPB.
