3.Application of femtosecond laser in keratoplasty
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2021;39(2):166-171
Femtosecond laser has been widely used in ophthalmology for its high precision, safety and minimal damage to tissues, and now its application in the corneal refractive surgery, corneal stromal ring implantation and cataract surgery has been more mature. In recent years, it has been actively developed and applied in penetrating keratoplasty, anterior lamellar keratoplasty and corneal endothelial transplantation, and some achievements have been obtained in experimental research and clinical application. While femtosecond laser promotes the development of corneal transplantation surgery, there are still some problems such as limited indications, uncertain efficacy, expensive equipment, lack of big data support and intelligence in personalized design.Continuous optimization and improvement are still needed to ensure postoperative vision, reduce postoperative complications, simplify parameter design and reduce consumption costs. In this paper, the indications, parameter design, clinical effect and limitations of femtosecond laser in keratoplasty were reviewed.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the emulsifying technology of Compound kuhuang cream. METHODS: The factors influencing the stability of the cream were optimized by orthogonal experiment with the thickness of the oil layer obtained after centrifugalization and substratification of cream as index. RESULTS: The optimum condition was obtained when the ratio of oil-phase stearine∶glyceryl monostearate∶lanoline∶liguid paraffin∶white vaseline was 4∶1∶2∶2∶1,the proportion of emulsifier was 4%, the hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) was 13 and the emulsion temperature was 80℃. CONCLUSION: The optimized emulsifying technology is stable and feasible and provides theoretic basis for the industrial production of Compound kuhuang cream.
7.Effect of leupeptin, TLCK and lactoferrin on tryptase release from human colon mast cells
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
AIM: To investigate the ability of leupeptin, TLCK and lactoferrin on tryptase release from human colon mast cells. METHODS: Human mast cells were dispersed from colon tissue with collagenase and hyaluronidase, and were challenged with stimulus for 15 min at 37 ℃. Tryptase concentrations were measured with a sandwich ELISA procedure. RESULTS: Leupeptin, TLCK and lactoferrin were not able to provoke significant tryptase release from human colon mast cells. But they were able to inhibit anti-IgE and calcium ionophore (CI)-induced tryptase release in a concentration-dependent manner. Preincubation of inhibitors of leupeptin and TLCK with cells for 20 min before challenging with anti-IgE failed to enhance their inhibitory actions. The extent of inhibition by leupeptin was increased when colon mast cells were preincubated for 20 min before CI being added. However, the same treatment failed to improve the action of TLCK. CONCLUSION: We found for the first time that leupeptin, TLCK and lactoferrin were able to inhibit anti-IgE and calcium ionophore-induced tryptase release from human colon mast cells, which may indicate a potential of a novel therapy for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease or other mast cells-related diseases.
8.The roles of IL-17,18,23,25 in the allergic diseases
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(10):-
Many newly discovered interleukins have been implicated to play an important role in the pathogenesis of the allergic diseases, for example, human interleukin (IL)-17, a T-cell derived cytokine; interleukin (IL)-18, an interferon (IFN)-gamma-inducing cytokine; interleukin (IL)-23, produced by activated dendritic cells, and interleukin (IL)-25, a recently described T helper 2 (Th2) cell-derived cytokine. Understanding their characteristic and roles in diseases may help us to know better the mechanism of the allergic diseases and develop the strategy for treating the disease. [
